I called them because of some paint damage to my 2020 KIA Stinger GT. The rear spoiler had bubbles, indicating it wasn't painted correctly. The front, however way my fault; I was trying to change out the KIA badge to the "E" emblem that the Korean versions have, and damaged the front bumper. I brought the car down and spoke with Steve, who after talking to me gave me a quote and timeframe that sounded very reasonable. He said that if I brought the car in on a Monday, he would have it back by the end of the week. Brought the car to the shop that following Monday, and the work was done on Friday as promised. These guys do quality work, and treat you like you're their old neighbors. Fantastic customer service, and even better workmanship. I cannot say enough great things about Steve and his team at VIP Collision. Several year ago, I was on a work trip in LA when a woman rear-ended my car. It was my first accident and being away from home, I was freaking out a little. When I got back to Vegas I reached out to so many repair shops, even those referred to me by friends. After replacing the stock seat on my motorcycle, my rear fender had REALLY DEEP SCRATCHES from where the old seat rested. My dealership told me that it would take roughly a week and a half and cost an arm and a leg to fix.
