I met Tony first thing in the morning at Centennial Toyota... He is mobile and works at out of different dealerships each day. I chose to sit and wait while the work was done. He repaired damage to the front driver side front corner and the passenger side rocker panel that I scraped against a curb and also fixed a fender dent incurred by a grocery cart hitting me in a parking lot. I feel like my cute car is back.! The fact that the turnover was in just five hours was incredible. Pricing was very fair. He gave a discount for cash which I took advantage of. I would highly recommend Tony from Desert Express for a body repairs to your vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. Thanks Best Choice for giving me an amazing experience, and for helping turn an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one.

My wife's Mercedes-Benz E400 Convertible recently needed repair to the right front bumper, which…read morehad begun separating from the fender, with the inner liner also hanging loose. Unfortunately, this problem originated from a previous repair in Orange County, where someone supposedly installed a new bracket to address a broken mounting point. Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The young technician who worked on my Mercedes was extremely skilled and did a phenomenal job. In less than 25 minutes, the bumper was secured beautifully, the liner was back where it belonged, and everything looked great again. I couldn't be happier with the result. Laura also assured me that if anything related to their repair ever becomes an issue in the future, I should simply let them know. That kind of confidence in your workmanship is very reassuring. Bumper 360, managed and owned by Jesse, earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone in Nevada--and even my friends and family from California--looking for an honest company that isn't going to turn a relatively straightforward repair into an unnecessarily expensive job. Thank you, Laura, Jesse, and the talented young man who worked on my Mercedes. God bless you and your families, and I wish Bumper 360 many, many years of continued success.

The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper.

When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were.
