Rick responded quickly and worked with my schedule to fix my bumper. Also, since he's mobile I didn't need to take time off from work or be without my car for a day. He quoted me a fair price. I've included before and after photos to show the quality of the work. Thank Rick! read more

I had a dent this size of a quarter on my 2024 vehicle-Rick is a Ponzi scam-he takes your money and never shows or shows up with his barking dog and then says his equipment he bought on Marketplace does not work-he requested payment in full and never finished-do NOT use this company-being reported to the State!! Paint overspray over entire hood and he claims he had a heart attack 2x and car break down-VERY unprofessional!! read more

I wanted to give Rick the benefit of the doubt because he seemed like a good guy, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing and I can't recommend his services. I was quoted a 10-day turnaround after paying a little over $600 upfront. After taking my deposit, Rick told me my vehicle was somehow unique and that he had ordered the wrong parts--even though he had my VIN from the beginning. This delayed the repair, and ultimately he stopped following through on the job altogether. I tried to be patient and even offered to work with him on a revised plan. He assured me he would "take care of me" and possibly help with some smaller repairs instead, but after making those promises he effectively stopped responding and missed deadlines. It's now been nearly two months, the work was never completed, and I am out over $600. I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company because I was unable to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, the pricing may seem attractive, but the follow-through was not there. I would recommend being cautious before paying a deposit with this vendor. read more

DO NOT BOOK THIS MAN FOR ANY SERVICES!! HE IS A SCAMMER, WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. I paid him over 1000 dollars to fix some scratches on my car he painted my door the complete wrong color and will not reply to me. Makes up an excuse for not coming 10 minutes after he was supposed to come. Do not trust this man, he should be taken off of yelp because he's done it to multiple people. Horrible customer service. Horrible morality. Horrible person all around. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and go with someone else. 0 Stars. read more

The Bumper Pro's came through today for me. After seeing the amount of work was more than anticipated they recommended the best option might be to replace my bumper through the auto manufacturer. So many times a company will say/do whatever it takes to get the business, even if it's not in your best interest. I was impressed with how everything was handled and will definitely recommend them to others in the future. read more

I did a couple of searches on yelp to find someone who would handle some paint transfer from a garage door on a newly leased Honda. Richard responded right away, promptly and professionally He allowed me to meet up the same DT and solved my problem in 15 to 20 minutes. His level of service, honesty, integrity, and capability surpasses anyone I encountered from my time living in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend. read more

I searched the internet and found a couple of bumper repair facilities in Henderson. I sent photos to Bumper Pro and they came back with a $700. quote. I sent him a $350.00 deposit through Zelle. Rick left us with a bumper hanging off and is not returning calls. He replaced the bumper on a 2017 Yaris, and it was not done correctly. I ended up taking the car to a physical shop and haven't had a single problem since. Rick did not offer any refund and is not standing behind his work. Unfortunately he's just ignoring calls and leaving a customer with a dragging bumper and hundreds of dollars out. read more

What a great job repairing the bumper of my Lexus. I did not want to leave the car for days at a repair shop after severely scratching the lower air dam on a curb and then having the front right side sideswiped. After looking at some reviews, I found Bumper Pro and called Rick the owner. What I really liked was the fact that after sending him pictures of the damage he was able to give me a quote right away. With the VIN number given to him, he was able to match the paint and made an appointment. We reschedule for the wind but soon we were done. All at home and after a few hours. Rick did a great job, did not mind me watching and learning for a few minutes when I was nosey. He explained everything and was very patient and thorough. The car looked great and he also came back a week later to just wet sand and buff it out. Is it really looks even better. Rick is fast, meticulous, clean, organized and great pricing. I am the type of person to always use the dealer and expect high service. I highly recommend Bumper Pro and Rick. I was more than happy! read more

Almost forgot about this guy but now that I'm shopping for bumper repair again for my car that still isn't fixed, I'll put in a review. I got a quote and invoice for replacing my front bumper in 2021, $700 all in. He asked for half upfront as a deposit to order the bumper. We met in person, I gave him $350 and he gave me an invoice for the work and said he's ordering the parts. I follow up every month for an update and he comes up with excuses each time for why he doesn't have the bumper. I have an old Lexus so I'm sure it can be difficult to order parts for it, but clear communication and honesty is the least a customer can ask for. After 5 months of excuses, I asked for my $350 back as it doesn't sound like it's going to happen. No response. Sad way to operate a business. I hope that $350 is of high value to you, cheers. read more

Rick has gained another loyal customer in me. A couple weeks ago, I contacted Rick about having my front bumper repaired. I texted him very late in the day because I was at work, so it was a pleasant surprise when he replied even after his work hours. I sent him pictures of my car the following day and after he gave me an estimate, I made an appointment with him to get my bumper repaired. Rick was so professional, friendly, explained everything to me, and charged a very reasonable price for being a mobile repair professional. It was an easy decision for me to go with him. Rick's work was absolutely flawless and my front bumper looks like it came out of the factory! He is very detail oriented, careful, and treated my car like it was his own. He even called me the following day just to follow up and make sure I was happy with the results.
