What a great job repairing the bumper of my Lexus. I did not want to leave the car for days at a repair shop after severely scratching the lower air dam on a curb and then having the front right side sideswiped. After looking at some reviews, I found Bumper Pro and called Rick the owner. What I really liked was the fact that after sending him pictures of the damage he was able to give me a quote right away. With the VIN number given to him, he was able to match the paint and made an appointment. We reschedule for the wind but soon we were done. All at home and after a few hours. Almost forgot about this guy but now that I'm shopping for bumper repair again for my car that still isn't fixed, I'll put in a review. I got a quote and invoice for replacing my front bumper in 2021, $700 all in. He asked for half upfront as a deposit to order the bumper. We met in person, I gave him $350 and he gave me an invoice for the work and said he's ordering the parts. I follow up every month for an update and he comes up with excuses each time for why he doesn't have the bumper. I have an old Lexus so I'm sure it can be difficult to order parts for it, but clear communication and honesty is the least a customer can ask for. After 5 months of excuses, I asked for my $350 back as it doesn't sound like it's going to happen. No response. Sad way to operate a business.
