I wanted to give Rick the benefit of the doubt because he seemed like a good guy, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing and I can't recommend his services. I was quoted a 10-day turnaround after paying a little over $600 upfront. After taking my deposit, Rick told me my vehicle was somehow unique and that he had ordered the wrong parts--even though he had my VIN from the beginning. This delayed the repair, and ultimately he stopped following through on the job altogether. I tried to be patient and even offered to work with him on a revised plan. He assured me he would "take care of me" and possibly help with some smaller repairs instead, but after making those promises he effectively stopped responding and missed deadlines. It's now been nearly two months, the work was never completed, and I am out over $600. I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company because I was unable to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, the pricing may seem attractive, but the follow-through was not there. I would recommend being cautious before paying a deposit with this vendor. read more

What a great job repairing the bumper of my Lexus. I did not want to leave the car for days at a repair shop after severely scratching the lower air dam on a curb and then having the front right side sideswiped. With the VIN number given to him, he was able to match the paint and made an appointment. We reschedule for the wind but soon we were done. All at home and after a few hours. Almost forgot about this guy but now that I'm shopping for bumper repair again for my car that still isn't fixed, I'll put in a review. I got a quote and invoice for replacing my front bumper in 2021, $700 all in. He asked for half upfront as a deposit to order the bumper. We met in person, I gave him $350 and he gave me an invoice for the work and said he's ordering the parts. I follow up every month for an update and he comes up with excuses each time for why he doesn't have the bumper. I have an old Lexus so I'm sure it can be difficult to order parts for it, but clear communication and honesty is the least a customer can ask for. After 5 months of excuses, I asked for my $350 back as it doesn't sound like it's going to happen. No response. Sad way to operate a business.
