I've taken a couple cars to this Caliber Collison location. Hands down one of the best auto body shop's in Las Vegas & Henderson. I've had great experiences with all the employees that I've came into contact with at this location. They kept me updated from the moment I brought my vehicle in. "Tory" was available for any questions I had throughout my visit. Once the vehicle was ready for pickup, "Tory"brought my vehicle out front and went over everything that was done to the vehicle. You could tell immediately that Caliber Collision paid attention to the small details. I was extremely happy with their craftsmanship on my vehicle. Don't understand how could this store get 4.5 stars????? We had our car fixed at this store but during the process someone put a scratch on the bottom of the steering wheel and the passenger-side window and door were not properly sealed--causing wind noise while driving. We asked them to fix it again and the General Manager - Cody Wheeler, he rejected to fix it and told me it's not their responsibility. We passed this issue to our attorney, after a month, they have finally contact us and replace a new steering wheel and fix the window and door issue. On the pick up day, we found out the issue is still there and the steering wheel's material is different than the original one, we were not satisfied with their service, and then Cody called me and yelled at me, "We've fixed everything already! The window and door are fine. All that's left is to pick up your car. I'm not doing anything else. I'm done with this game!" He then hung up before I could respond. Oh, he treated us like a "GAME". Cody Wheeler - the worst GM I have ever seen in my life. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Yelling at a customer and hanging up the phone is completely unacceptable behavior, especially for someone in a General Manager position. He was full of excuses throughout the entire process, avoiding accountability at every turn. I would strongly DO NOT recommend anyone send your car there unless you want someone yell at you when you are asking for help. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. read more

I took my car in after being hit, my bumper dropped leaving a gap, which was the main reason I wanted it fixed. They did replace my bumper but was unable to fix the gap! Which they decided to tell me after I paid my claim on the way out. Literally the reason I took it in for. The fact that they didn't give me a warning or a heads up on what was happening was super shady. Also I see where the work was done they left scratches on my car. The first time I used this company and location in 2023 for a fender repair, I had great service. Based on that experience I contacted them this year for a similar fender repair. I scheduled an estimate, accepted the estimated cost, and scheduled a drop-off date 1 week later for the repair to begin. The day I was scheduled to drop off my vehicle, they called me and said they cannot service my vehicle because they are not certified for aluminum auto body work and that the work would have to be done at their Gibson location. I told them I had similar work done at that location on the same vehicle 2 years ago. I asked how they could do it then and not now? The rep told me maybe since the prior work was done under an insurance claim, they accepted the vehicle at their location and sent it to the Gibson location for the work. But since I was paying out-of-pocket this time they couldn't do that. This didn't make sense to me. I expressed extreme disappointment that the rep providing the estimate should have informed me when I first brought the car in that they couldn't repair the vehicle there. Better yet, the rep I spoke to on the phone in the beginning should have asked questions to determine if they could repair my vehicle or not. They offered to have the Gibson location contact me to set up an appointment there, which I accepted. Unfortunately I did not receive a call from the Gibson location. Very disappointing. read more

Repairs were done in extremely fast time so that was the positive part. However two major issues: 1) Got it home and saw two deep scratches on the fender that were NOT there before. The pictured scratches were not part of the original repair needed. They are new scratches. 2) My $75 Apple Car Play adapter and a multi-tool picket tool I had for 10+ years that I had in the center console are now missing. Can't trust anyone these days. I definitely left those in the car as I didn't need them during the time the car was in the shop. And I KNOW I left those items, because I DID take a couple other items out of the center console that I DID need. Take your cars elsewhere for repairs - there are plenty of options around town for good body shops that don't have thieves. You got people with sticky hands that will steal stuff out of your car. Unacceptable and absolutely terrible. How embarassing that your company has thieves in your service department who will root around in people's cars and steal things when we entrust you to do your jobs - which is repair our cars - nothing more. read more

I am a very patient person but when you have made numerous calls that don't get returned, actually gone into the business on several occasions to get my repair finalized and even management can't make it happen I feel compelled to warn others before they have to deal with the hassle. My car went in on August 9, 2022 due to someone hitting my front end while it was parked, the front bumper and front headlight needed to be replaced. After the repairs were done I picked up my car like a week later and everything looked good and appeared to be working but I picked it up during the day so no way to really see the effect of the headlights and fog lamps till I drove into my garage later that night and saw that they in fact were not working properly (fog lights weren't even coming on) so I drove it back the next day and they did something to get them to come back on, again this is in the daytime, so later that night I check all the lights and notice that my fog lights are no longer the LED bulbs I paid a lot of money for but regular yellow bulbs and my headlight bulbs are LED everything was matching when I took it in there and now it's not, I asked several times to have it corrected and was always told ok no problem we will order them and get back to you....... Well it is now November and I haven't heard from anyone, I am once again going to buy the correct bulbs for my car and be sure to let anyone and everyone know what poor service I received here. read more

One of the best things about Caliber Collision is its location- just behind a gas station in the middle of a residential area. (Silverado Ranch area). It is very easy to get to, no or minimal traffic, lots of parking, and very clean and well kept. We chose this place to have my dad's Rav4 repaired from a fender bender. It was on a list of preferred repair places from our insurance, and it was VERY close and convenient to my parents. If you are NOT near them, it is certainly worth a little drive! Donny was very kind and patient with my dad through the whole process. I am writing the review because I was right there from start to finish. We felt the work was exemplary and that the assessment was fair and reasonable. The ladies at the main desk when we walked in were friendly and easy to talk to. They gave us a timeline of about a week, but completed the work sooner than expected. This was a pleasant surprise. It was a smooth transaction working with insurance for additional payment post deductible. The entire experience was a good one! I took one star away, only because the car was ready on Friday and I felt we were contacted too close to closing time to be able to pick it up. It worked out just fine to pick up the car on Monday morning. read more

I informed the employee that a wheel alignment is listed in their website as a service they offer, to which she was confused and offered to have someone call me at a later time. I was referred by I them by my insurance company. From the moment they looked at my car to when it was done (a bumper repair) they were outstanding to work with. My repair was actually comparatively easy, but the results looked showroom new, even on an older car. I was kept in the loop via their texting app, and Tory was a pleasure to work with. Not sure if your secretary didn't pass along the message or Carlos is too busy to make a callback for a waiting customer. Either way, this is poor customer service and not a great way to do business. I am already not pleased with having to deal with State Farm but now I chose a company that can't follow up with a customer waiting on their vehicle repairs while I'm stuck driving a less then acceptable rental car. I received a text from both Caliber Collision and State Farm that my vehicle is done. All I am trying to do is confirm the completion of my car based on conflicting information I received from Caliber Collision before I drive all the way down there but unfortunately I can't do this if Carlos is too busy to call a customer back! Lost sleep before work waiting on a callback and still have no idea what's going on with my car. Update: Ahhh the generic response to show you care. I am now waiting for a callback, email response and text message response from Caliber Collision to get an update on my car. Mind blowing you can ignore a customer waiting on their own car. Eventually, I had to go through State Farm to get an answer if my car is complete and ready for pickup. Update #2: Carlos is no longer with the company. He and the front desk girl I left the message with are gone. No one took ownership of Carlos's clients. They are also in the process of new management but at this time there is no management for me to place a complaint with. They tried to give me my brand new car back with 4k miles on it and the bumper doesn't line up, the paint on the bumper had orange peel and a spot that had no paint, overspray on my wheel, and a molding hanging off the door. I also confirmed the response is a generic response with a generic email so no one actually monitors the email. Wow. What a disappointment based on the reviews for this location. Stay as far away from this Collision center as possible. You'll thank me later I promise! If you do use them DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you inspect your vehicle 100%. read more

I did some research on other car repair companies and decided to go with Caliber they fixed my window, MATCHED the tint and now my car looks brand new!! Before moving to Vegas, I hit a deer pretty hard. It was very upsetting only having bought the car 3 months ago, now I had to take it in somewhere and stress about who's touching it, who's driving it, how long it's gonna be gone. I chose Caliber Collision because of their good reviews and well known name country wide. They did an initial inspection and told me straight up that it's better if I kept it in my garage until they could get to work on my car instead of leaving in storage with them. So I did. As someone who's very particular and meticulous with my car, I really appreciated the honesty. They sent in extra work and parts to my insurance even before I dropped the car back off to them. Dropping off for service was easy. They kept me up to date with intermittent texts. Every time I called, they were extremely helpful and made it perfectly clear that I could call at any time for any reason. The best part about all this is I got my car back 8 days earlier than expected! The paint matching is great, the wash is by hand (as it should be), they even dry the car with air instead of with towels. Someone scraped my bumper while my car was parked. The manager gave me a visual estimate of $700-$800. I told him the car had high mileage and I didn't want to spend that much. He came back out with some rubbing compound and buffed it out as best he could. That was good enough for me, so I asked him how much do I owe.
