Our truck got backed into while parked in a parking lot by heavy equipment/ machinery while @ work 1 night (the Gramercy while the construction was going on 2024) Bent our frame on a lifted Silverado 1500 with custom steel bumpers so was definitely a construction worker that didn't want to own up to their mistake (average passenger vehicle would not have survived this) Went first to another "highly rated" frame shop in town that said we needed a completely new frame. Claimed it was "buckled" and would need complete new frame but was reluctant to give an estimate despite the fact they had the vehicle and were able to assess it on their frame machine. Got a second opinion from pro collision and Rob and his crew were completely straightforward and honest. Pro collision should be your first choice when getting any repair done. This is a rare shop, with honest people who really take good care of you. I'm serious. I rear ended someone and my insurance wanted me to take my car to their recommendation but I was skeptical because I have a Porsche. PROCC works on luxury cars! They repair Rolls Royce, Corvette, Mercedes, and Porsche! They will send a tow truck to pick up your car , for free!! Rob was extremely punctual, he constantly communicated with me during the entire repair. It took about 50 days for me to pick up my car mainly because of the parts. Luxury cars take longer and Rob takes his time! As he should because these cars are expensive and you want the best repair! I was patient and he also broke down exact how much everything was , how long the part will take to come in, how long it will take for them to break down, paint, repair.. all of that. And they also waive your deductible!! Like omfg?? PROCC is definitely a diamond in the rough. They deserve your business , it's like I never got into an accident and bought a new car ahaha. So let me start off by saying, this is a partial review for the moment. This will be based off of the initial consultation and customer service as of today, October 27th 2017. Originally came to this shop due to an insurance claim, not my fault, to get my vehicle fixed due to front end damage. Rafo is my direct contact, and has been helping me since my first visit. I take pride in my vehicle, and the original shop I wanted to go to, Formula Autohaus, was making some moves, so I was forced to find someone good if not comparable to them. This is where I landed after a search for European auto body work. They rate high, and coincidently have worked with the insurance company that is covering my repair. I still find it hard having to leave my vehicle with the unknown, which is why I and the crew do as much work as possible, but this one I could not escape, so my trust is in them meantime. They do it all here. Full body work, big or small. They have a clientele so large, they do not have room for vehicle parking for the cars that need work. Not messy or disorganized, just busy. The down side to that is, my vehicle is sitting outside with the windows rolled down collecting dust and dirt, but I'm sure that is all cleaned up on final delivery. Have a Lyft or Uber vehicle? They can do it here. Expect to be on hold once in a while, both Rafo and Robert are busy and always moving. So far I've been promised amazing work, and have seen some of what they can do, and customers are happy. I'll have to wait to see and judge for myself. Otherwise, I am happy so far with the direction this is going and look forward to a final product. Till then this partial review will have to stand at 3 stars until my final update on the work done to my vehicle. read more

OK so don't judge me but I have had the misfortune and found myself having to visit this AWESOME place TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH...haha in my defense the first accident happened a year ago and I just got around to fixing it!! ...but ok, I'm a small buisness owner and so I always want to pick a local place, I used Yelp to find them and was happy that the reviews I had read were correct! The boss of the place is awesome and friendly and really took time to explain the whole process and made me feel like he was doing his best to take care of my wallet and my Camaro!! My car came out looking better than ever, and it took a VERY reasonable amount of time!! When I was coming to the place I almost missed the turn on Post so make sure your paying attention, the place is super close to TOWN SQUARE!! ....So naturally when I made the mistake of kissing the back of another car with the front of mine...lol... I had to get my front bumper and rear bumper fixed/replaced/repaired due to an accident on my 2016 infinity and when I got it back just now it looked brand new again. They repaired it pretty quickly, kept me in the loop and updated the whole time and completely dealt with the pesky insurance people. All the staff I spoke with was great and even the lady in there office Karla was wonderful to deal with/speak to and beautiful! All the mechanics and workers were nice and looked professional and did a great job on my car The Facility, the shop, and even their parking lot was all well kept and clean. This shop does exceptional quality work at a very reasonable price. I was initially hesitant to bring my Porsche in for repair since it is a limited edition color, but Pro Collison Center was able to match the paint color perfectly, making the fender bender my car was involved in look like it never ever happened. Rob and Pro Collision are the best.. I had about a $4k damage job from a side swipe in a parking lot. Took out my whole side of my '15 Tahoe.. they made it look better than new! Their attention to detail and quality is unsurpassed.. body work, paint job and blend is phenomenal! They even cleaned and detailed my truck to make it look like it just came out of the showroom. If you're worried they may be a few extra bucks more than Joe Shmoe auto body around the corner don't forget that other places will usually always cut the corners so they can cut the bill. This place is anything but "Pro". I went to this place to get an estimate and was told it was going to be $3,200.00 to fix. I mentioned I was paying cash. I then went to Vegas Collision and they completed the same bodywork for $1,840.00. That's a $1,360.00 difference. Not to mention the owner of this bodyshop is extremely rude. Unless you want to get overcharged, I would recommend having your car repaired elsewhere. read more
