Color doesn't match, bumper is splitting and nothing. very very very disappointed. it seems that they have my money now so, I am put in the back of the bus. I paid good money for this car and Marcus acts like it's no big deal colors fine why do you say the bumper is splitting? Yelp request a quote online states 100% responses, 30 minutes. However, I stopped by and within 30 seconds they had rudely told they didn't have time for me. First, the woman who apparently is the office person, gave a weird attitude because I was interrupting her conversation. I mentioned my car did not have collision damage but I was looking to replace my headlight assemblies because they were not working correctly. She told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. I said I was not in a rush. She said, "No it will be 3 weeks before we have the time to give you an estimate." If I could give negative stars I absolutely would! This place is a major RIP OFF; we took our vehicle in after a collision. These guys charged the insurance company for a NEW hood, but reinstalled our original hood, after banging out MOST of the dents, but not ALL. They also tried to get us to come out of pocket 500-600.00 for a part THEY said had been modified and the insurance wouldn't cover replacement; that was a LIE. The woman at the front counter (Eva) and I got into a screaming match and she was swearing like crazy! DroppingF-bombs and calling me a bitch! This is the WORST place Ever to take your vehicle to!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!! Pictures are of the dent in the hood with resulting gap. The grill piece wasn't bolted in, neither was the AC condenser. The battery was 98% dead, and we had to replace, and the front tire now rubs whenever you make a right turn! read more

Also told me my car be done in 4-5 days and it took 8 days with no call backs to tell me it will take more time. Had to call multiple time to just find out when I was going to get my car back. After a tragic crash where i was hit while pulling out of a parking spot at my apartment, by luck, I met Eva who recommended me to her shop. Upon meeting her to the day i got my car, I was treated like family. Im incredibly particular about my thing's, and Eva went above and beyond accommodating my requests and needs. Her communication throughout the process gave me comfort as this was my first time filing a claim. Any question or concern i called about was quickly responded to in a timely manner and the advice from her experience in the industry was also incredible. She knew exactly what my car needed to get back on its wheels. After all was said and done, after a very short turn around, i came in to pick up my car and i was amazed. My car had looked as good as it did on the showroom. Eva and her team did perfect paint matching as well as making sure the panels were aligned immaculately. I switched to All Team Auto about three years ago when my car started to act all wonky and weird on me. He was much closer to my house than my old mechanic. The owner of the shop (Bobby) is really informed and honest, which is hard to find in a the car mechanic game. I don't know about you, but for some reason, I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off when I go to a car mechanic. Well, I don't feel that way at All Team Auto. I have had my car fixed three times with All Team (W/ Bobby as the owner) and each time I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. Bobby shows you all of the parts he took off and explains in detail why they needed to be replaced, and he lifts the car up on a giant jack thingy and shows you the new parts that were installed. Since going to All Team, I recommended that my family members go there too, which works out because Bobby recognizes the value of honest good work and he knows that a good job done spreads good words and his business grows. I typically don't take the time to sit down and write a proper review but Eva helped me out of a really difficult situation with my car so I'm logging in to my account for the first time in a long time to share my experience for anyone that's looking for a business that'll do right by them. A few months ago my car took some nasty pothole damage and so of course my insurance company instructs me to go get it evaluated. Initially I had an appointment set up with the nearby Service King. After a minimal effort visual inspection I was told limp my already damaged car back home and to schedule the next appointment. I felt like I had spent more time waiting in the lounge than was spent inspecting my vehicle so I started looking into getting a second opinion. I'm a complete novice when it comes to cars, but I can tell when I'm not being treated seriously. After checking reviews and calling around, I decided to check out First Class Body Shop. Eva immediately helped me with a much more thorough inspection of my vehicle, explaining the damage that she was able to identify (which Service King didn't bother to check for) and cautioned me about doing any further driving at the risk of exacerbating the problem. She handled talking with the insurance company and getting payment for everything sorted out; she kept me updated on any important developments and was able to quickly respond to any questions I had about the process. The repairs were very well done and tested with a trip from Vegas back to San Jose, CA with zero problems. I've been super lucky this year in finding GOOD, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY help. My sister got in a wreck and my mom's car needed to be looked at, I was steered her by a friend a few years back when a random part (vacuum booster hose - wtf is that even?) broke on my car.
