I brought in my fender to this shop. I based myself on reviews that I saw. The body work was done in a couple of days and the paint looked better than the stock paint job. I've been to other places that used AI to do an estimate and the price I received was outrageous. I left a very satisfied customer. A+ read more

They messed up my car a year ago. My mother was sick so we had to postpone the fix and then her father got sick so we had to postpone the fix the manager that is Eva. Then her father passed and we had to postpone the fix. I have been trying for the last six months to try to get this fixed. Color doesn't match, bumper is splitting and nothing. very very very disappointed. it seems that they have my money now so, I am put in the back of the bus. I paid good money for this car and Marcus acts like it's no big deal colors fine why do you say the bumper is splitting? I was told in the beginning to just deal with Eva and that's why it's taken so long. I gave her the respect to give her time when her father passed and now she has stepped away and I am nothing. read more

Great work these guys know their craft and was way less than other shops! They are a great value and hidden gem in !egas!

I just bought my 2024 Honda Civic in November and pulling into my parking spot I crapped my right finder. I was mad at myself and hurt at the same time. So I found First Class Body Shop and they gave me a price and timeline I could live with. They did a wonderful job of repairing my car in the time they said they would and at the price they quoted. I highly recommend First Class Body Shop. read more

Took my car to this shop, they did really good with giving a cheap rate Good deal but it took forever to get my vehicle back.

I purchased a previously owned 21 Durango the front bumper needed repainting I talked to this very rude lady named Eva at the front desk well she said she gave me a good deal on painting my bumper it was single stage paint it's only been 5 months it's already peeling and she started cursing at me when I brought it back for review by her when I picked up my vehicle I believe she committed embezzlement and had me put the second half of vehicle $1100 in her personal zelle account read more

Yelp request a quote online states 100% responses, 30 minutes. However, I stopped by and within 30 seconds they had rudely told they didn't have time for me. First, the woman who apparently is the office person, gave a weird attitude because I was interrupting her conversation. I mentioned my car did not have collision damage but I was looking to replace my headlight assemblies because they were not working correctly. She told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. I said I was not in a rush. She said, "No it will be 3 weeks before we have the time to give you an estimate." I went elsewhere and got stellar service. Y'all need to shop around. read more

Don't listen to the negative 1 star reviews. Eva is awesome and took care of me and my truck. She beat the price of most other body shops in town, finished on time and was great in communicating with me about the progress. Would highly recommend. read more

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would! This place is a major RIP OFF; we took our vehicle in after a collision. These guys charged the insurance company for a NEW hood, but reinstalled our original hood, after banging out MOST of the dents, but not ALL. They also tried to get us to come out of pocket 500-600.00 for a part THEY said had been modified and the insurance wouldn't cover replacement; that was a LIE. The woman at the front counter (Eva) and I got into a screaming match and she was swearing like crazy! DroppingF-bombs and calling me a bitch! This is the WORST place Ever to take your vehicle to!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!! Pictures are of the dent in the hood with resulting gap. The grill piece wasn't bolted in, neither was the AC condenser. The battery was 98% dead, and we had to replace, and the front tire now rubs whenever you make a right turn! read more

Com'on man you left the cover that goes on the inside of my hood in the back seat in my car when you gave it back to me. Also told me my car be done in 4-5 days and it took 8 days with no call backs to tell me it will take more time. Had to call multiple time to just find out when I was going to get my car back. Customer service has some work to do. Read other review to get an idea of what you will be expecting if you choose this body shop. read more

I was told estimator comes in at 9am. Waited for 30 mins and no one upfront nor was able to assist . Customer service

Called this morning to get an estimate. The lady who answered literally would tell me if I could just drive up or needed an appointment.. she went on about how insurance does this and that. Which was not my question.. I ended up asking if she wanted to give an estimate or not and she again went on a rant. I felt like I was begging to get an estimate. I'll take my money elsewhere! read more

After a tragic crash where i was hit while pulling out of a parking spot at my apartment, by luck, I met Eva who recommended me to her shop. Upon meeting her to the day i got my car, I was treated like family. Im incredibly particular about my thing's, and Eva went above and beyond accommodating my requests and needs. Her communication throughout the process gave me comfort as this was my first time filing a claim. Any question or concern i called about was quickly responded to in a timely manner and the advice from her experience in the industry was also incredible. She knew exactly what my car needed to get back on its wheels. After all was said and done, after a very short turn around, i came in to pick up my car and i was amazed. My car had looked as good as it did on the showroom. Eva and her team did perfect paint matching as well as making sure the panels were aligned immaculately. The pictures i'll post will speak for themselves.(they're the ones of the Blue Subaru BRZ hit on the front passenger side fender by the white Chevy Malibu) There isnt a day that goes by where i dont thank and recommend Eva and her shop to people that are in the situation i was in, for what she did for me and my car. There's no doubt that this is THE place to go to! Ps. Sorry for the really late review, as i had this work done almost a year ago, but i think that it just goes to show that the work Eva and her team put in stands the test of time while also leaving a lasting impression on me as a customer. read more

Eva is an angel! The moment I walked in the door with my damaged car (rear ended) she eased my mind and walked me through the process of repair. She gave me an idea of repair needs, checked on availability of parts, and emailed me a detailed quote all during my estimate visit. On top of her organized visit with me, she handled the finances with the responsible party and kept me updated without giving me any stress at all. The work was just as diligent as my first visit. She updated me as the work was getting done and even gave me a good price on a repair that was damaged prior to the accident. The car is now flawless and this experience has been the least stressful car repair I have had. Thank you so much for taking care of my car. read more

Bad costumer service. Ivette at the front desk is very rude. She should definitely work on better people skills. read more

I switched to All Team Auto about three years ago when my car started to act all wonky and weird on me. He was much closer to my house than my old mechanic. The owner of the shop (Bobby) is really informed and honest, which is hard to find in a the car mechanic game. I don't know about you, but for some reason, I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off when I go to a car mechanic. Well, I don't feel that way at All Team Auto. I have had my car fixed three times with All Team (W/ Bobby as the owner) and each time I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. Bobby shows you all of the parts he took off and explains in detail why they needed to be replaced, and he lifts the car up on a giant jack thingy and shows you the new parts that were installed. Since going to All Team, I recommended that my family members go there too, which works out because Bobby recognizes the value of honest good work and he knows that a good job done spreads good words and his business grows. Bobby and the staff at All Team Auto, Thanks for taking care of me and my family's vehicles over the past few years. I know when something goes wrong our cars, that we have an honest mechanic that has our back. - Michelle read more

I've been super lucky this year in finding GOOD, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY help. My sister got in a wreck and my mom's car needed to be looked at, I was steered her by a friend a few years back when a random part (vacuum booster hose - wtf is that even?) broke on my car. I remember being quoted for the part to be fixed back then at the dealership and I just broke down crying as to how I was going to pay for the repair. After taking it to several shops, I landed here. My car was inspected, a part was ordered (homie founded the cheapest on available) and once it was ordered, wham! Car was returned to me spick and span and running like a champ. When the family was plagued with car woos, I guided them back to this friendly, family owned garage. My sister was met with ease, a fair offer, and decent compensation as her car was going to be a boat load to fix, my mom's breaks were fixed the same day. I don't recall the lady that works up front, but she's phenomenal. Before any work was done or bumps along the way, we were called, informed, and then could make a decision. No hassles or upselling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

A++ Best place in town if you need quality bodywork service. My third time having my BMW M3 bodywork done here, front and back bumper damage on 3 separate occasions (long story, don't ask). Eva is very professional and takes her time to explain all the work that needs to be done for repairs. Beautiful work! Now I can drive with the windows rolled down. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again Eva but hope I don't see u anytime soon ;D read more

I typically don't take the time to sit down and write a proper review but Eva helped me out of a really difficult situation with my car so I'm logging in to my account for the first time in a long time to share my experience for anyone that's looking for a business that'll do right by them. A few months ago my car took some nasty pothole damage and so of course my insurance company instructs me to go get it evaluated. Initially I had an appointment set up with the nearby Service King. After a minimal effort visual inspection I was told limp my already damaged car back home and to schedule the next appointment. I felt like I had spent more time waiting in the lounge than was spent inspecting my vehicle so I started looking into getting a second opinion. I'm a complete novice when it comes to cars, but I can tell when I'm not being treated seriously. After checking reviews and calling around, I decided to check out First Class Body Shop. Eva immediately helped me with a much more thorough inspection of my vehicle, explaining the damage that she was able to identify (which Service King didn't bother to check for) and cautioned me about doing any further driving at the risk of exacerbating the problem. She handled talking with the insurance company and getting payment for everything sorted out; she kept me updated on any important developments and was able to quickly respond to any questions I had about the process. The repairs were very well done and tested with a trip from Vegas back to San Jose, CA with zero problems. If you're tired of being treated like a number at a big chain shop, I highly recommend the much more personal experience an independent can provide, and for that I highly recommend First Class. read more

My car needed a bumper and a few other pieces replaced. It was poor timing because I was going on vacation. Eva helped me out and got it all sorted out very quickly and had my car ready to go for me the day I got back from vacation. Don't let the few bad reviews deter you. Eva was very helpful and I can only imagine there was tomfoolery if somebody got on her bad side. I'd easily go back for any body work in the future. read more
