They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. Thanks Best Choice for giving me an amazing experience, and for helping turn an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one.

After some research, we decided on Best Choice Collision Center. They worked directly with the insurance company and kept us informed along the way. The car looks great and you can't tell it was ever damaged. They take great care and pride in their work. Definitely think about them when you need collision repairs.

    Okay, first off I only write totally frank honest reviews. The quality of work at this shop is top…read morenotch so as far as the quality of work they do a fantastic job. The original damage was under the front drivers side bumper. There was a crack near some fasteners and some brake cooling air ducks had to be replaced. I guess the lower faster tab on the headlamp was damaged as well so the drivers side headlamp was replaced as well. Though this job was pretty strait forward it's clear that whenever you get an estimate things often change until some items can be removed. When a job is done right there usually are some hidden damages that will show up on a good inspection. This shop is thorough and does great work. However, there is room for improvement. When I first scheduled the repair I worked with the receptionist Ester who was outstanding at customer service. For example, she called the local dealer at my request to see if they had a bumper in stock and she was just over all top notch at customer service. After the car was in the shop for a few days I called in and found out Ester was no longer working there. I was disappointed and explained to the manager that I felt this was a terrible mistake and explained that she was exemplary and one of the reasons I chose this shop. This is true as I had actually called some other shops first but I didn't like how they answered the phone. Sounds funny, but I have a pretty good intuition about these things. Anyway, the manger said she left on her own for another job. I'm not sure if that's true because I have read some other reviews about how they have let go of a lot of the office girls, perhaps this is an effort to save money. This is pure speculation on my part, but my intuition tells me there might be an issue here. I think the leadership at this shop needs the recognize the importance, value and significance of the people who answer the phones and take care of the office. I think this business needs a lot of improvement in this area. Another area that is in need of improvement is clearer communication and promptness. I will admit I called way more than the average customer mainly because I have an Italian car that has a lot of quirkes and technical details compared to the average car. In that sense I tend to take more of an active role in monitoring the repair process as a customer. That being said there were multiple times when I called in (this is after Ester left) that I was told the shop Forman was on lunch and would call me back. I never got a call back and had to follow up myself with a text later at the end of the day only to get an update the following day. Another room for improvement is timeliness of the repair. The repair extended out to an unreasonable time one month for a plastic front bumper repair with no frame damage. I called at various times to identify if there was part supply issue but it sounded like they were just under staffed. Sounded like an excuse to me. Personally I got the feeling they did other higher estimate jobs first and put my car on the back burner. Their completion date changed three times. I'm lucky I had the extended rental coverage with my insurance. To give you a perspective I had similar damage to one of my other cars done at another body shop and they were done within a week. My final criticism is that if you to pay by card they require you to pay 4% service charge on the transaction. At least they told me about the fee upfront. When the bill gets into the thousands this is a significant amount. I didn't appreciate this and had to go the bank in person to make a large cash withdrawal to pay my bill. I found this unacceptable. So that's it a totally honest review. If you only care about the quality of the work this shop is great. However, I feel the customer experience could have been better and this shop definitely has a small family business feel. I say that in a bad way because I think it affects the professionalism at the front office operation and logistics that larger shops are much better at handling than this one is. I also feel that 4% charge you just have to eat that as a business and based on my personal experience other shops don't add 4% to debit and credit card charges. So thank you for doing a great job on the actual body work and paint but the entire experience has to be good both in the shop, including timeliness and the front office so the shop has room for improvement. So 4 stars is my honest rating.
