My girl wanted some red calipers on her Audi, everyone I talked to said 6651 is the best and they were right. Brought the calipers in and I wanted wrinkle finish red not just glossy. Ryan took care of them no problem! They even got them done same day! I dropped off around 11 am on a Saturday and they were ready to pickup at 4! I was stoked since I didn't want the car to sit without brakes very long. Great service. Now my brother wants them done on his mustang. I'll be back to 6651 for sure read more

I recommend 6651 to anyone looking for great work at a reasonable price. I went to another local shop and they left rods all over the welds. It was embarrassing. They fixed everything and bent all new piping for less than the other shop. Great work guys! read more

I was referred to this shop because I needed my catalytic converter worked on. They fixed it but wasn't quite right. They did however guarantee their work. My schedule being what it is, it took a while to get it back to them but they did fix it and I'm so happy that darn dash light has been turned off!!! They also do powder coating, FYI. read more

Took my classic car here for headers and exhaust. $700 later (labor only) noticed All heades bolts not tightened All the way and multiple exhaust leaks. Mind you the shop foreman told me he checked for exhaust leaks before I picked up my vehicle. I don't have time to keep bringing it back in for something that should have been done right the first time since thze supposedly specialize in custom exhaust work. I'm in the car business and this shop had my car for over three weeks. A long time for me to have to redo the work at my own shop. It's a couple of spot welds and tighten a few nuts and bolts but that's not the point. I guess the old saying goes if you want a job done right do it yourself. read more

Ryan and the gang know their stuff when it comes to powder coating wheels. Knew to tape off the back of the hub and center so there's no vibration issues. They also perfectly rebalanced the tires; 100 mph on the way home proved that :) And they even powder coated the little barrel nuts on the TPMS sensors so they wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb on the nice gloss black wheels. So, if you don't want a condescending attitude or to be told they can't powder coat your barrel nuts because they're part of an electronic sensor like the escargot place did (some people will get the joke) go to 6651 Customs. read more

I started at the bottom, painting in a building I built in my backyard. I kept up with the good work, improved myself and today I am proud to say that I am doing well.

I am not only the owner of 6651 Customs, but I am the main person that will work on your vehicle. I take pride in all of my work. I value my customers and I take my time working on a vehicle. I don't try to pull the wool over a customers eyes. If something is wrong with your vehicle, I won't lie to you just to get money from you. I will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. I do this because I know that if I were to walk into another shop, that's what they would do, and its happened to me before. Which is why I opened my own shop.

The wrap was nothing short of embarrassing. Some edges were rolled, some weren't, air bubbles all over, wrap was lifting on almost all edges, doors were taken off and put back with HUGE door gaps, misaligned, brackets and push pins were cracked, broken, or missing, etc Reached out to a local Cybertruck FB group for some much needed help. Mario (owner) from MADhouse Detailing & Customs reached out and literally came to the rescue! Had the old wrap taken off and literally had to start from scratch. All the edges were rolled perfectly. Had the cantrails taken off and grind so the spacing is more uniform. Also had the door jambs painted to match the wrap and boy, did they turn out amazing! This is not a paid review. Hands down so relieved that Mario and his family did exactly what they said they were going to do. Absolutely 5 stars from the initial meet to delivery of the beast. Needless to say I have spent quite a bit of time and money trying to resolve an issue I was having with no success. Then one morning I was watching the news and Kelly Curran was doing a spot on car maintenance. She was at Velocity Custom Cars in Las Vegas off of Speedway Blvd. Miguel the owner specializes in LS swaps and repair. I checked-out the website and found nothing but 5 Star ratings. I drove out to Velocity Customs shop ( I live in Henderson ) and spoke with Miguel at great length about the issues I was having with my car. He took time to listen to my problems and was very professional. I felt I like I had known him for years. I made an appointment to have him work on my car. This man is AMAZING!!! He and his shop took care of all my issues and the cost was more than reasonable. ( half of what I expected ) I have other work that I would like to do on my vehicle and you can be sure I will be taking it to Velocity Customs in Las Vegas. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I'm almost embarrassed to write this review after the bonehead error I made. I wanted to visit an…read morehistorical site about 25 miles from Las Vegas. When I arrived, I saw that the Union Pacific Railroad had fenced and locked the gate to the road you used to use to get to the spot. Just after the fence was a dirt road leading to where I wanted to go. I went off road, realized the ground was soft, but I was able to get up 2/3 of the hill before my car wouldn't go any further. It was like being in the snow back in New York. I backed down the hill expecting to just drive away and foprget this outking. However, that idea was abandoned when my car got stuck in very soft and deep desert sand and some dead creosote bushes had stopped by backward progress. Here I am, stuck about 5 miles from a truck stop and I had no water (some desert rat I am)! After wondering what to do, I finally called the non=-emergency 311 number. I explained by predicament and asked if they could advise me what to do. This was the North Las Vegas police department. They decided it would be best to talk top Las Vegas Metro Police and they transferred me. Metro decided it was best to transfer the call to the Nevada Highway Patrol given I was in them middle of nowhere. After talking to NHP for a short ime, the call was cut off. Using Yelp, I eventually got connected with a towing service out of North Las Vegas (Elite Towing). They knew my general location and what I needed. In about 3/4 of an hour, I saw the flatbed arrive. I was going to be extricated from the mess I had gotten myself in. The driver came over and started up the hill and would pull the front out. When he realized the softness of the sand, he backed down and decided to pull the car from the back end. He attached the winch cables and I was told to turn the wheel when the car was leaving the sand and getting onto the packed gravel road, and it worked just fine! I was free. The driver, a very pleasant young man, disconnected the cables and I was free to go. I made no attempts to get to the site. I had learned my lesson. After a quick turn around, I was headed back to Las Vegas. Many thanks to Elite Towing for their response which was timely given where I was. I also decided that I'd rent a four wheel drive when I go back. (some people never learn)! I knew I shouldn't have traded my 4x4 xTerra. But I lknow if I'm in range where I can get help, Elite will be there to rescue the jerk who got himself stuck in the desert.

Hands down the most professional and honest shop I know. I have a business making and fabricating everything out of metal. I could build the nicest work of art and it wouldn't mean shit with out 6651 customs powdercoat. I bet my company's reputation on it. Ryan is fair, honest and dam near the hardest worker I know.
