Wheel Masters does great work. My wheels were two-toned and in rough shape with curb rash. The prior owner made some poor attempts to hide the damage with paint. Wheel Masters repaired and painted the wheels to perfection. They look brand new. They even painted my center caps to match perfectly.

I can't say enough great things about this business. TJ and Shirley are simply great people. TJ had repaired my wheels in the past but I screwed up my wheels again and was tired of looking at them. So, I finally scheduled an appointment. The price to repair was the same as my prior visit pre Covid and very reasonable. I got a quote from another place that was almost double. He even painted the minor damage on the other 2 wheels I didn't get fixed this visit. The customer service is fantastic and they are such a pleasure to work with.

This place truly lives up to its name! I contacted this business because a curb got in my way somehow and I ended up with curb rash. TJ responded quickly with a quote and time available to get my rim fixed. I was amazed at the quality, care and attention to detail put forth in taking care of my vehicle! Amazing work! Brought my brand new 2024 Camry XSE in. Pulled a female move and scraped both right rims on a curb! With black rims, I only wanted a pro fixing them! They got me in quick and the owner got them looking like new in about an hour! Super impressed and thankful for his master work I highly recommend them for anyone getting powder coated rims repaired. I will be back to get my calipers custom painted!

I recently curbed a wheel and went on a search for a quick repair. Shirley (probably manages the Yelp page) was quick to respond and was super friendly. She provided times that I could come in and even offered another time as soon as someone cancelled since she thought it might work better for me. Upon arriving to the shop, TJ and his.. (wife?? Maybe this was Shirley??) Greeted me and let me know their shop had a flood overnight. They felt terrible that there were fans all over their shop front and even offered to drive me somewhere since I was on my lunch hour. I kindly declined since I had food with me already. TJ then took the car and got everything done in about 30-40 minutes and the result was great! I would recommend their service If you need anything for your wheels. They did not even press me to give them a review so I wish they had more reviews so that more people would go to them. They are great! Highly recommend!

One of my wheels got damaged pretty bad by a curb and I decided to go with Wheel Masters. They gave quick replies with a quote through text messages and scheduled me for an appointment the same day at a good price! If you have a damaged wheel, give them a shot, they are great at what they do!

Husband scraped his rim, so we were in search of a rim repair shop with a physical location (didn't want to anger the neighbors with repair noise!). Wheel Masters responded quickly and was able to get him in within a couple days- I expected their Saturday schedule to be full, and it was. Outstanding Work - Like New Again Wheel Masters did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my wife's AMG rims on her E-Class Mercedes. He repaired some significant curb rash on my Aston Martin wheel and made it look factory new. Awesome work & customer service! TJ did a great job repairing my curb rash on my 21" Uberturbine wheel: I chose to wait there and he got me in & out in less than the time he originally quoted me (30 mins vs 45 mins). Another shop clear across town was charging the same but wanted me to drop it off for 4+ hours so they could repair at their own leisure. Ridiculous, I don't have that long to wait and definitely not paying for Ubers back & forth! Go see TJ! read more

No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

My 1st visit there they were able to do the front wheels sent home and scheduled the rear wheels for another time because they heat burned the rear wheels and wanted to paint them. Got home and noticed my Mercedes Benz cable caps were replaced with typical black ones, called and was told they didn't have them. (Ordered new ones on Amazon) at my expense. 2nd trip worked on the rear wheels sent home, car still shook, (this trip is 2.5 hours) 3rd trip scheduled, drove up waited all day again, was told they needed it overnight, I reminded them that I live in Havasu and had to be at work in the am, drove it home still shook, and I noticed the rear wheels were grey, not silver like the OE front wheels, was told they forgot to balance and to come back they would paint the rear wheels to match the front and they forgot to balance the wheels before they sent me home. 4th trip scheduled, they still didn't fix the round wheel problem, now all my wheels are grey not silver and several of the rivits are missing and the car still shook, I bought new tires, got an alignment in the middle of all this So, 20hrs of road time wheels not fixed and now they are the wrong color, plus a hodgepodge of random lug nuts I wouldn't recommend this place.

After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. Had a great experience getting my calipers painted this weekend. I wanted to add a little color to my all black car and the non painted calipers always bothered me.
