Took my wrought iron fence to these guys and dealt with several people . Brad the service manager quoted me one price then changed his mind and wanted to charge an additional $250 for the original color I picked out! I ended up going with satin black to avoid getting ripped off even though we had already executed a written contract with the price and color. Caveat Emptor dealing with Brad! He's the service manager and should not be dealing with the general public . His attitude is caustic , brash, arrogant and overall a bad representation for this business. Adam the owner was very nice and agreed with me that the backing of my fence needed to be done over as there was some white material on the black powder coating. Victoria was very nice and gracious after they lost my spacers for my hinges but didn't believe me when I told her the spacers they made didn't line up with the hinges. She was just relaying information from the young and arrogant son of the owner named Aiden. I dealt with that kid on numerous occasions and he seems to think he knows everything. I told him my spacers and hinges were custom-made from Artistic ironworks and they need to match perfectly otherwise they won't fit and of course that went in and out of that kid's ears. They had a new set made but the holes didn't line up, they had burs on their drill holes and were not square ! It looked worse than 8th grade metal shop ! I had to have an other set made which cost me $200 and resulted in me getting a violation from the city for not having a gate with a pool home. They did not wrap up my freshly painted gates either and the staff in the warehouse became indignant when I asked them to wrap them ! They refused and I had to use blankets that were in my truck! I'll never use this company again that's for sure! Today I got a call from Adam the owner complaining that my review was "destroying his business" but he didn't offer to pay for any damages that I had incurred as a result of their carelessness. I told him I stand by my review because it's all truthful! Just got another call from "Kristen" saying she's "gonna get this review removed" Everthing in this review is truthful and it's sad that they don't try to make amends with me instead of threatening me to get it removed! I guess they don't believe in the first amendment! We just celebrated America's 250th anniversary and that's one of the freedoms we have! Caveat Emptor! There are much more ethical and customer oriented business to choose ! So Adam you didn't lose my spacers ? How do you know what transpired if you were not there ? You're trying to spin it like it's my delusions of what transpired! The fact is you never offered to make me whole after your business lost my spacers and denied it ! I had to show pictures of my gate with the spacers installed ! The fact is Adam the replacements you had made were atrociously subpar and couldn't be used ! You refute these facts ? You didn't call me ? Kristen didn't call me threatening to have my review removed ? Your attempt to make it sound like I was unreasonable is pathetic and further supports my previous review ! Customer service is something you don't do very well Adam! I hope others learn from experiences and don't take their projects to your establishment! read more

When I picked up my engine parts that I had coated by PCP, I was amazed at the quality of work that was done. They listened to my concerns and finished the job within my time frame. While there customer service is good, they rush through projects and I didn't find them to do quality work. While they provided me with a full refund, I ended up having to order a new shifter arm for my motorcycle because the damaged the inner threads. The first time I went to pick up my items there was not a consistent finish and they offered to do them again. When I went back to pick them up, some items still had the same problem. To top it off the label that had my name on the products had the work "picky" on it. I don't believe wanting something done right is picky. Again, the service from the people I had direct contact with was fine and the did give me a full refund (still doesn't make up the cost of the damaged item). I will not be coming back. read more

We dropped off our razor cage to be powder coated , they had told us it would be about 6 weeks due to shortages ect... ok no problem. We were told to go online and pick our color .... Well there are about a dozen colors to choose from ( felt like we had to settle on one of those colors , so we picked the color purple that was closest to our harness color ). After 8 weeks had passed my husband called down to see what the status of the powder coating was since we hadn't heard a word from them yet, my husband was told it would be another 4 weeks as they were swamped and behind on orders, give them another 2 weeks . After the 2 weeks came and went I told my husband let's go down there since there is lack of communication with the sales rep, we went down and they took us back to see the progress of our order ...... THE COLOR ON THE CAGE WAS A PASTEL PURPLE AND THE ENTIRE CAGE WAS STILL NOT COMPLETELY FINISHED. I told the young kid THIS IS NOT THE COLOR WE PICKED AND THEY WILL HAVE TO RE DO IT . As we walked back to his "office" he said here's your choices and pointed to a wall full of color swatches , there was no apology for the wrong color being on the cage , there was no don't worry we will make it right with you, just attitude and we were made to feel like it was completely 100% our fault for their screw up. I wouldn't recommend this company as we were quoted one price and when it came time to pick up the cage we were charged an additional $740 dollars. read more

Walking in i/ knew that I was small potatoes to them, compared to the huge jobs that were in line in front of me. They could have just said, sorry we're too busy but they didn't. Adam is nice to women, that's definitely uncontested. He takes female customers as "lovely ladies", making them think that they are getting a discount because, you know.... but when the bill comes the office manager (whom incidentally wrote a fake review here) known as Kristen C. socks it too you in many ways, not just your pocketbook. The plans/schematics were given to this company to make an outdoor piece and the finished product looked great except for the micro-dents. They literally powder coated finished product without inspection of the design lines. Aside from the girlfriend secretary, they somehow arrived at a premium price because of "extra labor"? When it was time to pick-up the product they directed me to a "cheap" shipping company even though I told Kristen that I was local and could pick up with my own truck. Anyway, they were the experts so I went with that. This was a metallic/brass finish and upon arrival, more defects were visible, severe defects/scratches. Why they didn't package this expensive piece for shipping is way beyond? It wasn't even shrink wrapped, blanketed or nothing. Now they want payment in full or they threaten to use their tx attorney's to affect your credit report! I asked them to take the piece back as it does not fit because the width is also 1.245 inches too wide and all they do is keep having their tx collections attorney's contacting with nasty threats. Typical non-family owned business with bait and switch, zero ethics and most importantly, grade school level craftsmanship/office skills. read more

Took my wheels here to have them coated a different color and was actually referred by a friend. Tim made me aware that my wheels were already painted and would need to have them stripped first before coated. In addition, there were some issues with the lip and having it stay brushed aluminum. Basically, Tim took his time on the job and the finish is phenomenal. As time came to pay, there was some miscommunication with cost and Tim once again helped me with that. All-in-all, fantastic work by guys who know what they're doing. Will definitely come back for more wheels and my calipers here soon! read more

I do not recommend. Staff has poor customer service from top to bottom. They did a terrible powder coating job. This was their second chance and they lied about everything. I had a large project I needed to get stripped and powder coated. I brought the parts on a Monday and was called on Wednesday to pick them up. They were nice enough to give me a hand unloading and loading the parts during drop off and pick up. With a bad back I struggle lifting anything heavy. Lucky for me they volunteered. Do not go anywhere else, these guys are the best! I shopped and shopped around and found a place that charged me less than this place. But with the cheaper guy never being in the office to talk face to face and not being able to see samples, talk about the process, and asking general questions I found Powdercoating + and glad I did. I must say, these guys will take your business, and money,but the quality of the work, and communication was unacceptable. Let me start out by saying I went to 4 wheel parts to have all of my work done. Well, they sent my side steps, and body armor out to this place to get powder coated. When I got them back, it looked like somebody had just used a can of satin spray paint and basically did a once over on both items. The sidesteps were scratching after one week . One of the workers told me they're gonna scratch, and have my wife step in a different area of the step.My body armor was not even prepped, all of the edges were razor sharp, and I almost cut my fingers on it while cleaning my vehicle. So, if anybody wants to go to these guys, just come to me and I can do a better job in my backyard.I gave them 1 star, because after the owner had found out, my product was sent back and actually coated the way that it should be. In closing, 4 Wheel Parts are not to blame, but they may want to look for another powder coating company to work with. read more
