I was told that they miss rang one of my shirts for laundry instead of Dry Cleaning and I owed another $2.25. This was surprising. I never get shirts laundered. I asked which shirt and of course they couldn't tell me. I considered saying I'm not paying it. I don't know why this ticked me off so badly but I told the cashier I'm probably never coming back again over this $2.25. If they made an error they should just own the error, not make me feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed now. And how do I even know this was an error. Enjoy your $2.25.

Everyone has a favorite pair of jeans and I have had mine stashed away for a bit as I knew they needed some repair. I refused to part with them so as I was cleaning my closet out I showed my daughter my old jeans. She immediately spoke up and said take them to Almir. He will repair and make them like new again. I took her advice and today and picked up my beautiful pair of jeans with new belt loops and interior patches added. They look so good and I can hardly wait to wear them. The workmanship is fantastic. I am so grateful for the care they took with my jeans. Almir and his crew provide alterations, embroidery, mending and repair, custom tailoring, and they are able to create reproductions. They also offer a beautiful collection of wedding gowns. Almir is so personable and the customer service is easily 10 stars! Pricing is very reasonable and fair. Parking is easy as they have several dedicated parking spots in front of the business. I paid $200 to get my skirts altered for my job and now I am out two skirts. Please don't go here unless you want to get scammed and get your clothes messed up.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
