After asking several handymen and professional hardware specialists, I decided to try one more time to find someone who could attach a "hanger" to a decorative mirror after the original (from Uttermost brand) broke off for no apparent reason.None of the other handymen could come up with a solution to rehang it. I was told by Uttermost that I would have to buy a new mirror! I thought I was going to have to "junk" the expensive mirror that I'd really gotten attached to at the end of our dining room. Rudolf and his team did an amazing job magically transforming our non-functional metal and wooden gates into working like new gates. It took about 6 hours for the two gates. They took the time to meticulously remove all rust, sand and prime/paint the metal gate and realign it so it opens and closes again. Rudolf was the only one out of all the quotes I requested to notice that the wooden gate really needed new slats. The other contractors just quickly shot back quotes without really looking at what was needed. He replaced them with Western Cedar type wood. Not a speck of dust was left when the work was done - how often does that happen? Great care was taken to put down tarps to protect the outside area and clean up when finished. We really appreciate the hard work that went into the job. They took all the time needed to ensure the job was done correctly and we would not hesitate to call Rudolph again with any future projects. Very Disappointing. I spoke to this man picturedon the phone and he texted me back a estimated price to fix a gate. His estimate was reasonable so I asked him to do the work. He then showed up and brought a crew with him, and then he gave me another price which was $200 more than the last. Then he wanted a deposit because he had to get the materials, which was fine, whatever. Then he didn't even do the work. He pawned it off to a guy that was never there at the initial meeting which is fine. But, if he saw his work, I'd hope he'd never hire him again. Never never!
