We hired JC Welding to install an extension of our HOA fencing from our back yard to reach closer to the front of our property alongside a casita, and two gates providing access to that area which was previously inaccessible (outside of a courtyard wall). They provided a quote 25% to 50% less than three other quotes we got from competitors, then did the job flawlessly and quickly, exactly matching the required HOA fencing style and paint. The new gates work perfectly. They even added an additional section of fencing free when they noticed a safety issue (our new path along the front of our casita to the new gate ended at the wall/drop-off above our neighbor's downhill property, so they extended the fencing along that border to prevent someone from falling over the wall). We have an automatic gate to our home and recently installed solar on the roof. When NV Energy came to do the final inspection, we failed because we didn't have a manual gate.
