I looked across the street from where I live and there it was qwest automotive service does AC work after two days of deciding I finally called and for the first couple of days I called and then on the third day, I received a phone call the Mechanic by the name of Theo told me I've called there three times and I said yes, sir I did. I was wondering if I could get my AC serviced he asked me what's going on with the AC and I told him that in the morning the AC is cool but then in the evening time the AC is hot. He told me over the phone that he may know the issues but he needs me to come so he can dive deeper into the issue so I came and not only was he knowledgeable. He educated me and he showed me parts of the AC that was visible, which I've been too many different mechanics shops and they've never shared details about the issues with the vehicle nor did they asked me to come look under the hood with them no matter what people say about mechanics there's always a true and honest people out there, and I can truly tell you I was satisfied with the service, my AC is working. Gave me plenty of appointment options to fit my schedule . Too top everything off, his quotes for the job beat everybody else's quotes. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No hard sell on anything else . The issue that my car was having was the alternator. He replaced it and the belt in under 45 min. Inspected my engin and breaks for signs of future issues. Pointed out a couple things I already knew about. He was completely honest with me the whole time.
