They did a great job detailing my dirty rang rover. I'm planning to take it back soon. I used their Summerlin location and their waiting area is actually decent. Next time I'll take my lap top and do some work while waiting. You gotta make an appointment for detailing. They also offer Auto Customization. got a quote for window tinting. It was Pricier than expected. I was told $680 +tax for 5 windows on my car. :( read more

I've been coming here for roughly 3-4 years, this is the only place I trust with my cars. I am very cautious with detailing places due to most of them not using proper detailing techniques. Trust me, I've been to a lot of them that leave swirl marks by using dirty towels. Posh is the only detailing spot where I can leave my cars and not worry about anything. Always receive a fantastic professional detail with amazing service. The guys at Posh really take there time and pay attention to detail (Beijing and Justin) who work there are my go to guys. They are both highly experienced and always give great results. Plus the pricing they charge is unbelievable for what you get. Living in an environment where triple degree temperatures are shrugged off as no big deal is tough for a ginger. I'm not genetically designed to exist in that kind of heat. It's also difficult to cool off one's vehicle in that kind of weather without help. Posh hooked me up with a solid windshield tint that cut down on the heat significantly, allowing my ac to not have to work so hard to cool me off. The install was quick and the job reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for custom work too. read more

Save your money. They lie and do unacceptable work. Don't plan on getting your car back for at least 3-4 weeks. And that was just a 1/4" spot on the hood and paint the front bumper. Go to Bumper Medic if you want your car done right. They only accepted cash. Court is coming. read more

Great service first time for a brief cleaning, bit over priced but friendly and quick service. Got a quote for a thorough cleaning for a Nissan Altima for about $160. Called back to schedule the deep cleaning and was quoted $500+ Needless to say, I didn't get my car cleaned there. Called someone else who showed up at my house instead of me driving somewhere and they only charged me $185. Really cool cars there, definitely a feast for the eyes, great dream building. Confusing on the pricing, which brought down the rating. Probably wouldn't go back. read more

Posh? Lol. Please. More like Trash. Absolute TRASH, in EVERY sense of the word! Wish ZERO stars was an option to give... There are WAY TOO MANY people/ places who do car wraps in Las Vegas, for ANYBODY to even waste their time with this place!! I was interested in having some accent wraps done on my 2017 Audi S6. I wanted the front lip in red, and the side skirts, and the trunk lip/ spoiler in black. PRETTY F'ING SIMPLE JOB!!! I took my car to a couple places to get some quotes, before coming here. The previous spots were booked out a week or 2, or didn't have the color wrap(s) in stock. Driving by this place all the time, when it was Lusso, I thought I would stop by and see what they had to say. Great staff. Jovan who I think is the owner, cool as fuck. Great personalities with the staff, but unfortunately I'm not paying for cool personalities... I brought in my car on Wednesday. Jovan said, "How's tomorrow at 9 am?" I said perfect. Brought my car in that next day, at 9 am. "Car should be done in 3 hours. I'll call you when it's just about done." Tick.... Tock... Tick... Again the clock goes Tock... ZERO call at noon. ZERO. None at 1. Not even at 2. So I called at 3. No answer, so I left a message. I called again from my business phone at 4, they answered, said "Let me check... Yeah, Car is ready..." Good I thought, it's only BEEN 7 HOURS for a job that should've taken 3-4 TOPS! I go into get it, and WOW. This is where "Posh" goes to TRASH!! REAL QUICK! Did you guys do this with your eyes closed? Did you blindfold a child to cut the wrap for a school project? Not only should this job have taken 3 hours, maybe 4 at MOST, but to take 7 hours, and the quality to be a 1 out of 10 stars?!?!??! You guys might want to get a different guy/ team to do the wraps from now on, cause woowwowwow... You won't be in business very long with this trash quality... The vinyl was not even cut straight on the side skirts, and the front lip, not only did it it not go all the way to the back of the lip, but the cuts around the posts... LOL. I could've done a better job myself with ZERO experience, at night, in a garage with the lights turned off. Even the guy there agreed, "yeah, this isn't good. He usually does a much better job..." "His hands are really big, so it's hard for him to get under the lip with the wrap and be able to cut..." Well great, thanks for wasting my time and my entire day... Here's a thought: Get a guy who KNOWS how to wrap, and cut, with hands that are able to do the job!??!?! Jovan, cool as he is, asked if I could bring it back tomorrow at 10 am, and he'll make SURE that it gets done "PERFECT" and "done by 1 pm." No mention of a discount for my troubles, or anything though which I found VERY surprsing... But whatever, he's trying to run Lusso 2.0, so maybe money's tight right now, and he can't afford to offer any discount for wasting my entire Thursday without my car, ONLY to have to bring it back Friday morning to redo the TRASH job all over again. When I left, the thought crossed my mind to not come back... This is NOT a very good sign of who they are, or what they do: 3 hour job not only turned into 7, but the quality was a JOKE, and they didn't even have the audacity to call me at noon, to give me an update on the job...?? I had to call, leave a message, and then call AGAIN from a different number... 7 HOURS LATER to get the status on my car... But again, I figured fuck it... I'll come back... I'll give him another chance to make it "right..." BIG MISTAKE!!!! LOL... ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS!!! I bring my car back today, at 10 am. Jovan although he said he would be in, wasn't... I think his name was Joey said "Car will be done at 1..." So I left... I get a call at 1. I answer excited, as my car is probably finally done... HHHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!! NO!!! IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN FUCKING STARTED YET!!! Another stupid excuse, this time because "I want to be transparent, and tell you that the guy to do the wrap is still not here, but will be soon, just wanted to keep you in the loop..." How about this instead, I'm coming to get my car, NONE OF YOU apparently know what the fuck you're doing!!! And as I know how "your" service is a "dime a dozen" here in Las Vegas, you definitely don't deserve my money, let alone anymore of my time!! And given how important reviews are, I hope this review brings YOU, to get your business in CHECK ASAP!!! And your staff!!! And their punctuality!! The service was 5 star hands down. I have to give 4 stars though. Being that this is an high end car spa. It didn't make sense to me for them to not have a weather incentive. If it rains or anything. You can't bring your car back like at a low end car wash & get a free wash or 50% off. I just felt since I'm paying the amount I paid & it being a luxury auto spa. It needs to have some incentive. 09/29/2020 Updated review: Lusso has been great with regular car washes, hence the 2 stars, but wont seem to fix or provide a solution on the ceramic pro gold, and warranty that i paid for, that wasnt applied properly. I was a big believer in ceramic pro when it first came out, anti scratch, anti abrasion, anti scuff? Sure why not! I wanted to protect my brand new black jeep that i bought at the time, and protect my investment. At the time when the CPG was installed, they had 20 cars they were working on, and my jeep took 2 weeks in the shop to CPG applied. For $2000-2400 and for a product that doesnt do what it promises is a waste of money in my books. Maybe they were too busy to apply it correctly. Reason why i say this. There are multiple scuffs, scratches, on the jeep, from wear and tear, some just on Ceramic pro coating (which wont come off) and some possibly in clear coat. Ive asked the buffalo shop to get in touch with me regarding reconciling and getting this fixed or giving me my money back, and I have yet to feel important enough to get one simple phone call back. Until this situation is resolved, and im happy with the product and the warranty which is what i paid for, this review wont move. read more

I contacted Posh to have my 2024 Escalade fully wrapped in stealth PPF. I spoke to Megan on the phone and she was extremely pleasant and helpful! When I took my car in, I was greeted by Jovan who explained the process and the timeline for completion. The pricing was right in line with what I was expecting and the customer service I was given from Megan & Jovan is what made me choose Posh over other companies. During the time my car was getting wrapped, I called Jovan to ask if I could throw in my front windshield tint as I had recently gotten it replaced. He was more than happy to add on a service and accommodated installation to not add any additional time to the original timeline. Upon pickup, the car looked as good as I imagined. I went over every inch of the car looking for any imperfections, but there was none! From start to finish both Megan & Jovan were polite, helpful, transparent, and accommodating. And the final result was exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend Posh for all your vehicles needs. I Will be dropping my car back off next week for chrome delete and my other new car off for tint and a ceramic coating. read more

I needed my undercarriage cleaned, took me in same day and last minute asked if they could also clean my engine. Their service was amazing! While cleaning the under side they were able to tell me some issues i had and even gave me some trusted mechanics to take my truck to get it fixed! Absolutely loved everyone here!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT! I took my car here for some simple work. (Remove badges & A wash) they are not capable of even doing this simple of a job, they scratched my cars paint PRETTY DEEP while removing the emblems! And from them using a brush on my wheels, they scratched 3 out of 4 wheels, 1 of them has a DEEP scratch on it. I wouldn't trust them with anything of mine ever again!! PLEASE AVOID THIS HEADACHE OF A COMPANY! Good luck! read more

Our vehicle collected a lot bugs on the way to Las Vegas from the Bay Area. Posh Auto Styling did a great job cleaning things up and the charge was very reasonable. I asked about some scuff marks left by a traffic cone that had wandered onto the freeway. They used some "magic" fluid and voila, the scuff marks were gone! We'll definitely be going back! read more

Darrel did a great job on my car. His customer service was excellent from the second I walked in the door. He explained everything and all my options. I could tell he really took pride in his work after he explained how he turned the air condition on and off and dog hair kept coming out so he kept vacuuming! Once he showed me the finished product I was so happy and surprised at the amount of dog hair he was able to get out of the vehicle! I have been in the market for a new car and I will likely keep mine a few more months because it really feels brand new. Thanks Darrel! Another case of wishing for zero stars here. Just got back from this place. Here's the play by play. We walked in and waited for several minutes. No one was at the front desk or anywhere in the lobby. I mean it was dead as a doornail. We saw the girl that we assumed normally services the front desk in the garage watching the only attendant present. I tapped on the glass to get someone's attention and the girl finally came out asking how we were. "Great, how are you?" She asked how she could help us. I told her I was interested in the Lusso Signature Wash for my beloved Camaro SS. She follows that by asking if we can come back tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday. They have a deadline on the car they're working on right now. There was literally one car there and one attendant present. I can't get a car wash?!? Why are you guys here? I'll never be there again, that's for certain! I have to say I had a gut feeling this place was pretentious as heck. "Auto Spa", indeed! I won't ever doubt my preachy gut again. read more

Truly amazing place!!! Stephanie and Alex did an amazing job on both of our cars - this is the second visit and we couldn't be happier. The interior of my Scion XB hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 years and it literally looks BRAND NEW. Both cars are "showroom" ready. The value is phenomenal and both Stephanie and Alex are extremely detailed in their work - they are both very kind and have ZERO ATTITUDE if you ask them to touch up anything they may have missed. THIS IS NOT A WALK IN WASH AND GO - it is necessary to make an appointment - right now it's 2 people doing what they can and they are doing a great job in difficult times...so for those of you who are complaining, in the middle of a pandemic, that you can't get what you want RIGHT NOW...you're part of the problem, not the solution (talking to you Steve B) They have a great waiting area that is always incredibly clean and comfortable with 3 TV's with app access - they also offer a variety of other services including custom digital screen installs - and the prices are excellent. We will be relocating back to Southern California this year, but will definitely make the trip to bring our cars here - there is NOTHING that compares to the detail, value, and efficiency - we're customers for life!!! read more

i came in to do my window tint, i paid for full ceramic job. After a few weeks my car was still feeling extremly hot. I decided to bring to another tint shop, they ran a few test with a tint meter and came back unfortunately not ceramic like i paid for. Very unsatisfied with the job and the service. It is very unprofessional as a company to make me pay for a certain service on my vehicle and i didnt recive the right service that i paid for . read more

My favorite place to get my G Wagon washed . Staff is awesome, waiting room is very comfortable. They hand wash my vehicle indoors. They're very meticulous and the price is so reasonable it gives me the ability to give a 100% tip and still costs less than Fabulous Freddys . I have had mobile detailer's spend twice as long and still the work isn't as good as Lusso . I highly recommend . read more

When I contacted them expecting a simple correction, the owner refused to take responsibility and blamed me for using a Groupon, as if that justifies low-quality service. To make things worse, he said he would only fix the issue if I paid an additional 80 dollars to correct his own mistake. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. A paying customer, Groupon or not, deserves quality work and basic respect. If you care about your vehicle and want service backed by accountability, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week. We have been through the ringer all these years with a few different wrap places, but at incognito wraps with Kathy and Joe at the helm, I am sure we've found our home!

First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days. BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts). If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
