I purchased the vehicle back from the insurance company and found Tommy at Taylor Custom Automotive through a friend of mine. Tommy was extremely helpful and honest in walking me through what needed to get done. He was in constant contact with me, sending pictures along the way when parts arrived and when progress was made on the vehicle. The initial collision center I had my vehicle at forgot to send all the components removed for inspection (hood, fenders, etc) to Tommy's shop. Instead of waiting for the collision center to send over the parts, Tommy went out of his way to pick those parts up himself so that he can get right to work on the vehicle. At the end of the day, once he had ordered all the new parts needed, it took him only a few days to complete the job and I had my car back that looked brand new. Oh by the way, Tommy ordered the new parts and I paid for them directly so there was not mark up on the parts, very transparent!
