Jon was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about what they could realistically do. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. The dent is completely gone, and the door looks factory new again. If I didn't know where the damage had been, I would never be able to find it. They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. A recommendation from our mechanic led us to Diamond Collision Center on Arville…read more We sent Dimitri a text with photos of the damage. A prompt reply with a preliminary quote was provided. He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough. I know peoples experience will always vary, but I can only speak of our experience and it was a delightful one. Thank you Dimitri!
