Luke and his team were recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I followed the recommendation. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Luke greeted me warmly when I arrived and explained the process clearly. I received regular updates, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. I just picked up my car from central auto body. And it was a very pleasant experience working with Luke (and team). I found them via yelp project. There were two competitive company but I decided to go with central. I took the car there for an estimate and it was a little lower than the other company. But Luke was very easy to work with. originally via email I worked with Bret. anyway the car got finished earlier than planned and if I ever needed bodywork on my car, I would bring it there again. read more

I took my Prius to have some marks assessed on the bumper. The staff at Central Auto Body were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which is rare in Las Vegas. I had been communicating with Bret B., and upon my arrival, He carefully examined my bumper and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. There WAS ZERO wait time, NOT even a minute. Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The young technician who worked on my Mercedes was extremely skilled and did a phenomenal job. In less than 25 minutes, the bumper was secured beautifully, the liner was back where it belonged, and everything looked great again. I couldn't be happier with the result. Laura also assured me that if anything related to their repair ever becomes an issue in the future, I should simply let them know. That kind of confidence in your workmanship is very reassuring. Bumper 360, managed and owned by Jesse, earned my trust. To be fair, they were definitely the cheaper option I found in Vegas. They were able to repair the…read morescratches on the bumper, timing was as promised (2 days) and Laura had good communication throughout the process. The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper.

Tech Ric arrived and efficiently swapped the battery out of my Viper. The quoted price was $229…read moreand Ric got the job done in 50 minutes. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.
