What an absolute nightmare. I decided to trust these guys seeing that they had solid reviews on Yelp and Google. Here's how my experience went: Came in on a Tuesday afternoon (8/10) for a consultation for a front bumper replacement. Was greeted by friendly staff and got the replacement bumper ordered that same afternoon. The next spot they had available to start work on my car was the following Monday (8/16). Dropped off my car that Monday (8/16) and was told I can expect my car back on Wednesday (8/18), no later than Thursday (8/19). I was pleased to do business with them. Key word: WAS 4pm Thursday (8/19) I call to check the status of my vehicle. I was told they ordered a bumper without PDC holes and would have to Micky Mouse the holes themselves. The job is delayed and I'm told it should be ready by the next day. 4pm Friday (8/20) I call and I'm told they have to order lower bumper grills. The car is not ready but should be ready by Monday (8/23). I call 4pm on Monday (8/23) and I'm told they need to order fog light bulbs because the bumper grills they ordered were meant for a vehicle with fog lights. My car does not have fog lights originally. How they didn't notice that at the start of the job honestly baffles me. I'm told the lights should be coming in by Friday (8/27). I call Friday (8/27) and they tell me that one of their mechanics walked out and they're short staffed. Oh, and now they have to order fog light brackets. Again, delaying the job further. I am infuriated at this point. I've been given 3 different pick up dates and each time, there is a new excuse. There doesn't seem to be any sort of organization. At this point I just want my car back because taking an Uber for the last 2 weeks started adding up too much. This is what I get back. What an embarrassment. The paint already chipped where my parking sensors are. One of the sensors isn't even seated properly, causing my car to be in constant "alarm" tone whenever I reverse. I honestly don't know what happened over the last year that caused their quality of service to deteriorate. Please, take your business elsewhere. This is not the same 4.7 star rated business that you see online. read more

Super friendly staff and communication is great but unfortunately in my particular situation I believe they dropped the ball at delivery. If your insurance is paying for repairs and you're in the mindset that that you plan on getting rid of your vehicle upon return, then I HIGHLY recommend this place. They'll pass the vibe check at trade in for sure! (SAID SCREW KIA AS EVERYONE SHOULD and got a nice Chevy 3 days after pickup.) If you're paying out of pocket and plan on keeping your vehicle I highly recommend giving them their time to complete the job with ALSO quality and not just speed. Upon return of my Kia I was advised my car was cleaned. Which in their defense it definitely smelled a lot better but the amount of dust and debris under the seats, cigarette marks, and the coffee colored... whatever.... covering the interior walls would say otherwise. In addition several minor dents in the new parts that were installed were also found in the front end which was also painted a completely wrong shade from the rest of my trim. Almost nothing was flush with the other components of the bumper either. Fluids were not filled in replaced components until after delivery when I was alerted by my cars system before pulling off lot which was also already previously charged to insurance. Additionally, staff was asked not to touch anything in any glove or center compartments and only throw away things found floating in the car as my car was stolen and trashed. Unfortunately I'm assuming that got lost in communication within staff itself because several things in my center console was thrown away as well as previously pointed out damage in the passenger side floor board that was just completely omitted altogether. Make it simple on yourself and just be responsible and take all your things. Staff was very understanding and attentive to several quality issues but I believe if they maybe had more help and was allotted more time for detail and execution, majority of the issues could 100% be resolved. As far as the drive, they nailed it. The engine, feel and overall drive of the car I would say was better than when I had my transmission completely replaced at the dealership. (Another completely separate example as to why we say screw Kia) I CANNOT complain whatsoever with the feel of the drive. Regardless of the fact I dont think it was delivered as it should I would still like to thank staff for the friendly customer service and hard work that WAS put into the vehicle. In my particular situation it worked out for me and I appreciate it 100 percent. Just the next one that goes through a similar situation just maybe place a little more attention into detail and the visual delivery of the vehicle. The fact they brought it to you to begin with was probably hard enough as is. They should feel great getting back in their vehicle while also feeling like it was the way before. read more

Awesome experience! Though what led up to me reaching out to Arrow was not a great experience, they made an upsetting situation much better! The communication was great which is very rare these days. Chantel is super friendly and knowledgeable. The young woman upfront is also very friendly. A sensor was on special order so they had my car for about 4 weeks but kept me in the loop at every step. I hope I never have to get a repair done again but if anyone asks me who I recommend, I will definitely recommend Arrow. I was able to leave my rental car there and Enterprise picked up from the shop. That was also very convenient. Let me add that my car looked amazing when it was returned to me. The paint looked more shiny and clear than when I bought the car brand new. My car is black and I've had a few people wash my car but this was the best wash/detail I've seen. It's been almost a year since the fender bender and Arrow Collision coming to save my day and fix my Honda Civic. Well, I got tired of looking at that same old passenger side headlight lens being all cloudy and ugly, where as the drivers side was brand new because the guys at Arrow replaced it last year. So I called and asked for an estimate on polishing headlights. Chantel, being as friendly, helpful and professional as she was, quoted me $100 for both headlight lenses being polished. The local Honda dealer quoted me $150. I arrived without an appointment and my car was taken in right away and asked for only the passenger side lens be polished. I didn't wait but 20-30 minutes before Chantel reports that it's all done. Wow, although the passenger side was not as crystal clear as the new drivers side lens, the polished lens was 95% better than what it was! Still a faint bit hazy but I was very happy with the results. My total expense was $51.50 ($1.50 service charge for using my debit card). I recently had to have the spoiler on the back and the shark fin on my 2015 Camaro repainted. The hot red paint was turning milky white. DuPont who did the coating on my car ,paid for the repair 100%! I'd had one estimate and wasn't thrilled with the man who did it. On my way home i see the Arrow Collision signs and followed them.
