I am completely disappointed with this service. I have no complaints about the girls at the front desk, but I do have many complaints about everything else. I brought my car in after an accident. The repairs were supposed to be simple body work: replacing the headlight, bumper, and fender. They kept my car for more than a month. At first, I was given one price, but after they took the car apart, the price suddenly increased by another $900. I agreed to it anyway. After I got the car back, serious problems started. They pulled my car out of the garage while it was running, and I noticed that the backup camera stayed on and would not turn off. Then I shut the car off, tried to start it again, and it would not start at all. They told me the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I agreed and bought a new battery from them. That "new" battery died the very same evening after I got home. That immediately seemed suspicious to me. When I started messaging them about the problem, my messages were ignored. I had to call an electrician/mechanic myself. He was shocked by the condition of the car they sent me home in. It turned out the battery was never the issue. My power control module and wiring were burned. According to the electrician, this could have happened because the positive and negative terminals may have been connected incorrectly while charging the battery. On top of that, my fuel consumption increased significantly after their repairs. They literally sent me home driving a car with exposed wires and damaged electrical wiring, which is extremely dangerous. I will attach photos so people can see the condition they sent my car home in. I will never come back to this shop again and I do not recommend this service to anyone. read more

Booked an appointment for Wednesday, took the car in, Alex gave me a price and told me that the car would be ready on Friday. He also explained my options vis a vis the pricing, upfront, honest and detailed. I kept getting text messages from the shop about progress on the car, got a call to pick up the car on Friday at 12:30. Fabulous job, no sign of the scratches, car was washed and ready to go. I was quoted a very reasonable price and was happily surprised that they gave me an additional discount when I went to pick up the SUV. The company made grand declarations of quality service and customer service. After agreeing to let them repair my BMW's passenger door and side view mirror, it took over 2 1/2 months to receive the parts (their story) and they then sent it over to BMW to reset the restraint system. BMW wanted to charge $16000 to repair and reset the system. When I finally picked up the car I was told by them if the quality of their service. The passenger door lock was not connected and the window does not close all the way which is noticeable when driving over 45 mph. I recommend any other auto body repair shop as this company left me very dissatisfied with their work. read more

Awful!! Communication is basically impossible. Their phone system is just AI that gets you nowhere -- even when you ask for a real representative, nothing happens. My car was there for a week and a half when it was supposed to be only three days! No one ever answers the phone, so I had to go there myself just to find out when they would finish. This place is an absolute shame. Completely unacceptable. read more

11/10 service from the lads! I tore my bumper clean off while I was reversing out of a driveway with a steep dip. My bumper sat in my garage for a bit until I could find time in between work to take care of it. They dealt with the insurance company and delays they caused so I didn't have to. The car looks great and I'm glad to have it back.
