When it's easy for auto repair shops to scam the every day person, Best Choice was honest, timely, and work was quality. Lucky I found them and will definitely refer others and bring any future needs to them!

When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The young technician who worked on my Mercedes was extremely skilled and did a phenomenal job. In less than 25 minutes, the bumper was secured beautifully, the liner was back where it belonged, and everything looked great again. I couldn't be happier with the result. Laura also assured me that if anything related to their repair ever becomes an issue in the future, I should simply let them know. That kind of confidence in your workmanship is very reassuring. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

Please please please!! Do NOT bring your car here!!! It is not worth the cheaper price! Abe acts like a nice guy but is a huge criminal and a fraud!! I took my 2016 Prius in because I had a small crash on my right bumper. It took him over 1 month to change my bumper. Odd. He never fixed my wheel bearings and never changed my wheel. (Which was in the contract and he charged my insurance for it). When I realized I went back and he gave me some of the money back so I can go buy my own tore and replace what he did not do. How can you take my money and not fix the issue?! Now my car has a coolant leak which it never had. When taken to the new shop they said whoever put on my harness dented my heater core to make it fit which now caused a coolant leak. Now I took my wheel bearings to be fixed and My mechanic asked who changed my suspension because I do not have a 2016 Prius suspension on!!! I am the sole owner of my car and it has never been in ANY accidents or body shops besides A+ Collision! Abe changed my suspension to one that is NOT 2016! He has taken parts from my car which he did not need to just to profit from perfectly new parts on my car! He had my car for over a month to change a bumper? It now ALL makes sense why he took so long on my car. He didn't just do my bumper he also pulled my whole car apart to steel my parts!!! Do NOT ever bring your car here!!! Abe is a thief and not an honest person who will be hearing from a lawyer very soon!! His low class blue haired weirdo assistant Myra was a nasty dog to put that in a nice way :) with the worst attitude always trying to speak over you and act like Abe is right meanwhile she has no idea what is going on at work or in life in general. The sad part is, people don't get their cars inspected my others after they leave the shop. It might look good and like it was fixed but you have no idea what he has done to the inside of your hood. read more

I dealt with the former owner, and the work was always fine and the rate competitive using the Mitchel guide. The former owner is still on staff and the new owner is keeping the tradition of honesty. Also if you know a lot of Armenian history he will give you a little faster service. read more
