I went on yelp and saw that this company had good reviews. From the moment I contacted them they were outstanding. Very informative and friendly. The lady who I was dealing with (Leesha?) was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience painless. They had an excellent quote that they stood by and the work was just simply perfect. It was done in an extremely timely manner. I don't give good marks generally. I am a "hard marker" lol. But these guys earned all of the five stars

A recommendation from our mechanic led us to Diamond Collision Center on Arville…read more We sent Dimitri a text with photos of the damage. A prompt reply with a preliminary quote was provided. He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough. I know peoples experience will always vary, but I can only speak of our experience and it was a delightful one. Thank you Dimitri!

They even washed my car and shined the tires! A few other places that the insurance set me up with wouldn't even look at an EV, let alone repair it. This was not an issue at all at Best Choice. They handled the complexities of navigating all insurance related stuff with ease, and walked me through the steps needed. Other guy's insurance was paying, but this wasn't an issue at all. They needed to submit supplemental work, for things not originally quoted in the insurance initial estimate. Again, not an issue, and nothing that I had to deal with directly. Insurance set me up with a rental car, and Best Choice called the rental place to come pick me up at their shop. My ride was waiting before I walked out the door. Super quick and painless - I was at my workplace without any delay, and much faster than I expected. Thanks Best Choice for giving me an amazing experience, and for helping turn an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one.

Jon was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about what they could realistically do. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. I was concerned because the dent was in a very visible area, and I wasn't sure if it would ever look the same again. From the first phone call, the team was professional, responsive, and honest about the repair process. They arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the damage, and explained exactly what they were going to do. The results were incredible. The dent is completely gone, and the door looks factory new again. If I didn't know where the damage had been, I would never be able to find it. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, especially considering this was a white Tesla where imperfections can be easy to spot in certain lighting. Unfortunately, this problem originated from a previous repair in Orange County, where someone supposedly installed a new bracket to address a broken mounting point. Less than a year later, the bumper started coming apart again. I brought the vehicle to Bumper 360, and I cannot say enough about their honesty and professionalism. Laura took the time to evaluate the problem and recommended a common-sense solution: rather than installing another bracket, charging me more for parts and labor, and potentially ending up with the same problem again, she recommended using professional bumper adhesive to permanently secure the damaged area. That is exactly the type of honesty and transparency I appreciate in a business. They weren't looking for the most expensive repair--they were looking for the solution that made the most sense for the customer. The young technician who worked on my Mercedes was extremely skilled and did a phenomenal job. In less than 25 minutes, the bumper was secured beautifully, the liner was back where it belonged, and everything looked great again. I couldn't be happier with the result. Laura also assured me that if anything related to their repair ever becomes an issue in the future, I should simply let them know. That kind of confidence in your workmanship is very reassuring. Bumper 360, managed and owned by Jesse, earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone in Nevada--and even my friends and family from California--looking for an honest company that isn't going to turn a relatively straightforward repair into an unnecessarily expensive job. Thank you, Laura, Jesse, and the talented young man who worked on my Mercedes. God bless you and your families, and I wish Bumper 360 many, many years of continued success.
