He took the time out of his busy day to do a complete check up, pointing out future to dos and explaining the tick noise. He spent over two hours of his time, and the cost of his expertise was more than reasonable. It is extremely difficult to find someone who has the knowledge of these older cars. I will definitely be using Hackers Hotrods exclusively for any of our hot rod needs.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. I called this…read morecompany at 9am when they opened. I was quoted $105 for them to come take a look at my car and run the tests to figure out the problem. If I choose to repair the vehicle with them. That will be credited to my bill for the repair. I was scheduled between 1-3pm for this visit. Waited around all day no one answered or called me back for the mechanic to come. I called back the number I set the repair with. A lot of confusion and unprofessionalism on their end. Got a call back from the mechanic I was assigned to. He started with letting me know that the the price is now over $300 for them to just check the car out and there will be no credit. (In which they have no Information on the what kind of repair is needed) I gave the mechanic the information I was given this morning from the first call made to his company. He let me know that he is not part of their company, that's not the pricing and I should give a call to the company in which he RECEIVED my order from as it sounds like my problem not his and hangs up. Their website states they are an emergency mobile mechanics that will come to you for a better price than going to a shop. Their company is unorganized, unprofessional, and can't even get around to their scheduled customers. They will change their prices on you and anything they say will most likely be talked back on and altered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY. BRING YOUR CAR INTO A SHOP WHERE THE MECHANICS WILL ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND NOT CHANGE PRICING AND WILL SHOW UP TO MAKE THE REPAIRS.

If Troy found something, that the car needed, while performing the work we agreed on, he called me. Suggested what he thinks we needed to do to continue. Every time I stopped in, the garage was clean and organized. It seemed no matter how many cars were currently in the garage, there was progress being made on all of them. I am very glad I found Troy and Outlaw Classic Cars. I've been playing with cars now for 50 years, and it is very difficult to find an honest and sincere person that tells you what they are going to do and then actually do it. If I ever had a question with the billing, invoice or contract Trista had an answer. She is very organized in the office and can answer any questions. The shop workers are also very knowledgeable and there was never a day that they were all busy working on something. Great group of guys !!! But the highlight of this entire adventure was meeting "Axle". He is the garage mascot. He will meet to at any door you come into. I have to warn you, you better be prepared to play catch with his ball or any of the toys he has that day !!! All in all my experience with Troy and Outlaw Classic Cars has been very positive. I know exactly where to take my Classic 1971 Dodge Charger Super Bee anytime it will need work or service. Respectfully Submitted Robert and Paula Robinson

Dave is a busy man, Safelite sent Simpson Glass my new windshield took about a week. Scheduled the appointment, Dave and his crew arrived spent a good part of the morning prepping to put the new windshield in. I can only say they were very professional, took the time needed to do it right and it's done. Dave is my hero. Insurance paid for the windshield $125 deductible I couldn't be happier

I am very disappointed in this company. There were to nice guys that owned this business before and…read morethey were both named Ron. I'm so sad to know they sold the business they were both so nice. The new owner Peter is a professional asshole. I called for a quote and notice he raised the price of a trailer wash by 60%. I said to him woah!! An expression for the high price. He said...I don't work for free and hung up on me!! I do not recommend this company to anyone with such rudeness for me just asking for a quote. If that's how he treats people, he doesn't deserve anyone's business. I don't mind paying a little more, but I don't want to be mistreated and disrespected as well. I give this guy a -20 Don't support rotten attitudes!! And just so you all know, those 5 star reviews was when the two Ron's owned the business.

But I'm pretty sure McGraw will side with me: "Yeah, he's right. Look at that brilliantly clean car. It's like museum clean. You can't blame him for not wanting your Snapchatting ass messing up his car. And what about your own car? Did you have it detailed by Ron at Martinez Mobile Detail? No, you didn't. That leads me to question your judgment. You've made a lot of horrible life choices and this is one of them. You got that Asian script tattoo and have no idea what it says, and recently sent that campaign donation to Beto O'Rourke. The only good choice you made lately was dating JG but he tells me he only agreed to go out with you only out of pity. I'm going to recommend he leave you and obtain a restraining order against you for both himself and his car." So just give Martinez Mobile detail. For a few extra dollars they'll buff swirl marks from your car (from when your ex girlfriend took your car to the non mobile car wash at the gas station), clean the engine block and remove any exterior box lines. Just do it. You'll be glad you did.
