I called and spoke to Brett who was very genuine, professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient in answering every question- and I had a lot! He really knows his stuff, and explains things in a way that is understandable. I felt well educated on the service, even detailing in general, and felt comfortable about my decision. He also quoted the work at a really fair price, upon comparison, and was not at all pushy about what I would choose. After much deliberation and discussion about what suited my car's needs, I decided to go forward with a Level 1 paint correction. Brett was able to work in my garage since the process uses a rinseless wash, which was so convenient. When the work was done, he gave me the chance to look over every nook and cranny to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results. My car looked good as new!

The business is tucked into a small location (behind a Metro by T-Mobile store on Basic) with an entryway that can be easy to miss, and the check-in process was unclear to me. In any event, I did find an employee and asked for "The Wash" which was just one tier above their most basic wash service. For $25, I figured I didn't have much to lose if I didn't like it. I sat at their outdoor picnic table and waited for about 30 minutes while my car was washed, still unsure about how I felt about the place. I get that this is a car wash, but I've been to many car wash locations that had a more comfortable waiting environment. That said, when I was informed my car was done, I was absolutely blown away by the results. Shout out to ANDRE for doing a spectacular job with my car. It was immediately clear how much work went into making it look spotless and pristine. The rims were shining and looked clean enough to eat off of. I wholeheartedly recommend taking your car to this place. Yes, it's out of the way. Yes, the waiting area is no-frills. However, I doubt there's another car wash that gives you the value and incredible results for the spend. ***You can tip on their credit card machine, but make sure to bring cash to tip extra if you're thrilled with the results!

However, my last four visits have been incredibly disappointing due to an employee named Micho(THIS IS HIS NICKNAME) It feels like he is only focused on getting tips rather than doing quality work. He consistently misses spots, leaves debris on the floor, and only details the driver-side rims while completely neglecting the passenger side. My husband has had to reclean the car after our last four visits. As someone who works in a tipping industry, I highly value customer satisfaction and usually tip very generously. I still tipped Micho, but his careless work honestly does not deserve it. I love this business, but management needs to address this employee's performance. P.S the other employees do a great job.
