We paid almost $3000 to fix a leak and still had a leak. First, the quality of work is great. Service and communication is professional. They diagnosed that the heat pump was leaking coolant into the transmission and had to replace the heat pump, "flush" transmission, then they found a hole in the radiator and changed the radiator. We are automotively challenged so just blindly accepting diagnosis and replacement. But whatever, just wanted the leak to be fixed. Drove the car a couple days and the oil was still leaking. It was not just residual fluid. Took it back and they said they'd have to do a transmission swap and gave us quotes. Took the car and got a diagnosis at the dealership but they wanted $4500 for the repairs. Ended up using a repair shop that my parents swear by, and spent $3500 on the repairs there but hallelujah they fixed the issue. And it wasn't the transmission. Imagine if RFX did a transmission swap and we STILL had a leak. So all that to say, my 3 stars is neither good nor bad. I just mean it as a middle of the road. They did the work they did and it was good. STILL having a leak and them suggesting a transmission swap was the questionable part. If RFX fixes your vehicle great. We had to go elsewhere for it to be fixed and ended up spending almost $6500 total. Photos are the dealer quotes for the add'l work RFX did not do. read more

OMG hands down a cannot believe it they did it!!!! I have in oxidation on the roof and the hood of my black Chevy suburban went to many places get in estimates it was not lees than 1200 to paint! Mind blowing is the only way I can describe these guys. I am a former mechanic and I have done hobbyist paint correction for years. I know a thing or two about this process, and the results these guys deliver is honestly spooky. Its a cheat code for your car if you are dealing with clearcoat failure. Essentially they block/wet sand the existing clear, then glaze it with their RestoreFX coating. I went the extra mile and had them ceramic coat it as well. It's easy to polish paint but then have the haze return a few months later. As a natural skeptic, I reached out to some former customers who posted before/afters on FB, and was relieved to hear that their cars still looked good a few years after going here. I'm shocked with the results and while it wasnt cheap, it was 1/2 the price (or more) of a re-spray. Having done this work, I know how much labor this takes, and the price is certainly reasonable given the work required. Used car prices are absurd, and new cars aren't in stock. Took my BMW to this shop only looking to get the hood restored due to some beginning stages of the clear coat coming off. Spoke with Erick. He was extremely knowledgeable without coming off as a typical salesman. He pointed out some key imperfections (scratches, oxidation beginning, etc) on my car and explained how he gets the entire car back to factory. Long story short, I thought the price was going to be ridiculous, but it was actually VERY cheap. So cheap, I decided to do the entire car. Car came out amazing. No scratches, swirls, or anything.
