I took a chance and had Absolute come out to clean my Dodge Challenger. I have to admit I was a little unsure but I'm convinced that they are legit and professional. They took the time to see what I needed, talked about what the process is and came completely self contained and prepared to do the job. They found my office without any issues (not easy) and took about 1.5 hours to get it done right. I'd highly recommend and plan to use them again. Amazing job! I have 3 huskies and my cars were filthy inside and covered in hair, my cars looks brand new again. Eric was so thorough. His normal detail is 35; he charged me 60 for each car because of the amount of dog hair which I always expect to pay more and totally understand. Made an appointment to have Eric Odom come to detail my car 4 days prior to the scheduled time. When it came to my appointment slot from 12-1pm, he text me to ask me to push it back to 2-3pm and I said no problem. Then he text me at 2pm asking if he could push it back again to 3:30/4pm, which I said that's fine but no later. He then calls me at 4pm saying he wouldn't be able to make it, so we re-scheduled again for 10am the next day since he lives relatively close to my area. At 10:10am the next morning I text him asking if he was coming because he had not shown up. He replied stating he just woke up, but could do 11/11:30am. I said that's fine and to please be on time. At 12:20pm he text saying he fell asleep and just woke up again...After having to wait at my house for Eric Odom/Absolute Mobile Detailing for 4 hours while he pushed our appointment back 3 times, then rescheduled to another day all together and continued to fib and lie about when he would come wasting another 3 hours of my time and then COMPLETELY NO SHOWED, I will never waste my time with this completely unprofessional person and company again. What professional company schedules someone for noon and cannot even make it to the appointment by 5pm?! Don't fib and string a customer along if you're not going to follow though. read more
