Great service easy flat rate pricing and excellent work! Good communication-this team does excellent work! Would rehire again!

Wayne and wife were out yesterday to detail our SUV on the inside and outside. Arrived on time, went right to work and left the vehicle in Showrrom condition. After two full years of using them, they have always been on time and very thorough. read more

I've used Wayne since 2024 and honestly don't know what happened to him or this company. He used to be reliable, but recently getting a response just to schedule became difficult. I finally went on Yelp to find someone new, booked a company with great reviews, paid in advance, and only afterward realized it was Wayne's company. I had forgotten the business name because I'd always dealt with him directly by phone. I've always paid whatever he charged and tipped, so this experience was disappointing. After my last two services, there were obvious areas inside the car that hadn't been cleaned, including makeup marks that I was able to wipe off myself in seconds with a damp microfiber towel. My windows were also left hazy, and I was told it was because of the Vegas heat. After being a regular customer for two years, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them anymore. The service has become unreliable and the way my concerns were handled was extremely unprofessional. read more

I'm very happy with their work! Amazing people and really friendly and they do an incredible job. I've never seen my car shine that much! They were our second hire of the week - the first was a complete disaster and we had to have someone come fix the mess they left. Tornado came to the rescue and we will never go with anyone else again for detailing! GREAT experience! Great prices. Amazing focus on detail. read more

Made an appointment on Monday and they booked me quickly for the next day. They did a fantastic job on my new (to me) C8 convertible. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Had fantastic detail done by Tornado Mobile Detailing! I got several quotes for a full detail on my SUV and Tornado's prices were reasonable and competitive. Wayne communicated quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. He and his wife arrived on time and provided an excellent service! My vehicle looked like new and I was so pleased with the result. Thank you! I'd never had a vehicle detailed before (mobile or otherwise), this experience was exceptional. Highly recommend! read more

Tornado Mobile Detailing did a great job on my car. They were very communicative, and when my perfectionist husband asked them to detail the engine, they obliged. Thank you so much (and I apologize for my husband lol)! read more

This was my very first detail and Wayne made it a great first experience. The booking process was easy (phone call, answered right away), got a text appointment verification, and two days later Wayne was there right time. My car looks great, both In/Out. I have no problem recommending Tornado Mobile Detailing... Thumbs Up! read more

Well, I think it important to share experiences with businesses! I use Yelp a lot to search for local businesses for the majority of my projects. I sent out a request for a quote, as this business is highly rated. Sadly, this is the response I received! Apparently, they are too busy for new customers. So, save your self some time and search up True Finish Detailing or The Best Detail. Both businesses quickly responded to my quote request and have been extremely pleasant to work with! Update: See your 1-Star review from Brian 13 days ago; your customers do leave 1-Star reviews. Also, look at the attached picture. If you take new customers, then why did I get that response from you? You could have easily said we are booked out over the next month, but could fit me in after that, as I did not specify a time. It's feedback, take it or leave it. read more

Amazing service! Helped me get set up with an appointment after a sudden interior snafu. Wayne and his wife did an amazing job! I got the full service package and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The interior looked super clean and smelled great when they were done. Wayne even took the time to point out some existing damage on the car's exterior coat, which I really appreciated. Thanks again, Wayne! read more

Tornado did a FABULOUS job on my husband's car. It looks sparkley and amazing. We did an inside/outside detail/cleaning. This crew worked quickly and did a great job on every part of his car. We EVEN were able to book an appointment on a HOLIDAY. Super responsive, very professional. GREAT pricing and worth every cent. Next time will be BOTH our cars. So excited we found someone who doesn't charge an arm and a leg and does one of the BEST jobs in town. THANK YOU! We will be back. read more

There are a myriad of mobile detail and car wash companies working in the Las Vegas area. The difficulty for consumers is weeding through the plethora of companies while comparing work product, experience, customer service, reviews and warranties. The importance of choosing a company whose workmanship is of the highest caliber is crucial to the overall longevity and retention of the customer. After conducting research on several companies, I decided on Tornado Mobile Detailing and scheduled an appointment. The next day, co-owners Wayne and Ashley aka.. " The dynamic duo" arrived on time as promised. After discussing the specifics they washed my car in under one hour. They were very thorough and meticulous and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied. The end result was fantastic and the car looked amazing. I will definitely be a re-peat customer and I would encourage you give them a try should you need a car wash and/or detail service. read more

On time, quick, and thorough! Very nice and did an excellent job with my interior detailing. Definitely recommend and plan to use again

Really poor job for interior cleaning at $220, you'd think the inside would look great. Nope, windows aren't cleaned, plastics not shined. Floor mats and seats looked ok, but nothing I couldn't do with a free vacuum at a car wash. When I complained, they said they don't even show me as a customer! Additionally, they claim they are "BBB certified" which is a lie, according to BBB (see photos). They claim I'm not a customer - my receipt is attached. They could be humble and accept that they deserved a bad review - instead, they go on the attack. Is this who you'd like to do business with? read more

Great place to flexible they come to you. Did a great job. I appreciate your hard efforts.

They did a great job and were really nice. Not to mention that it was 96 degrees out and they worked for 2 1/2 hours in the sun detailing my wife's jeep. Very nice couple. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

Great service from the married duo! I've had no problems with the cleaning and they were able to get everything I've asked cleaned. The interior looks like a whole new car thankfully! Wayne also gave me some helpful car advice outside of the wash which I really appreciated! Thanks for everything Tornado, will definitely use you both again! read more

Can't say enough good! From scheduling the service to completion, was a great experience. They sent texts confirming the appointment, another letting us know when they were almost done with their previous job and another when they were leaving to head our way. And the job itself? Fantastic! Had a full service interior and exterior done on my mid size SUV. It hadn't been cleaned in months. In the end it looks like it came off the showroom floor! Are there cheaper options? Probably, but they are worth every penny spent. Great customer service, fantastic job performed, what more can you ask for? read more

Absolutely exceptional auto detailing service. They responded with a timely and reasonable quote, set an appointment, texted a reminder, shoes up early, dedicated 2.5hrs to making our car look like we just drove it off a showroom floor. I found this detailing company on Yelp and selected it quickly based on the great reviews here. Wayne got back to me very quickly and I was surprised they had availability just 2 days later. Communication was frequent and professional. He and his wife did a fantastic job on my dirty car. They got rid of all the marks and smudges and dirty carpets and made my car look brand new again. They were even able to greatly improve and diminish a food stain I had gotten on the passenger seat. They did a wonderful and thorough job and I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for our other cars as well. read more

Never responded to my request for a quote for 2 vehicles as a Christmas present for my son and daughter-in-law.

Absolutely worth every penny, the last time my car was in this amazing condition was the day I took it off the lot. I cannot say enough about Wayne and his wife. They are friendly and took the time to get the job done right! Very very impressed. They did a same day appointment and were quick to answer when I needed a mobile detail, they will get all my business from now on. Again very very impressed, I wish I had a before pic to show you how much work they did. read more

Wonderful service! Seriously, so pleased that I found Tornado Mobile Detailing. Not only did they come out on short notice, but they did a seriously incredible job. They spent about 3 hours on my car, making it sparkle like it was brand new--- and that was despite the fact that it was roughly 10,000 degrees outside. My daughter whom is allergic to dogs was coming into town. We have two dogs, and the truck she'd be riding in was a MESS! Dog hair infinity! Usually I spend hours vacuuming it out and prepping for her, but ran out of time. I found tornado mobile detailing on Yelp. I liked they're quick responses and immediate time slots of availability for me to book them. Luckily they had room to come out same day. I literally haven't seen the truck this clean in 4-5 years! Every hair and dried dog slob had disappeared! PERFECTION! The exterior wax and detail job they did even made it look brand new! read more

Knowing the flat rate from the start was really helpful because a lot of other places weren't as informative

I had two vehicles done yesterday - a truck and a sedan. They communicated well, not too much/too little. Made sure they were at my home on time with everything they needed and went to work. They took about 4 hours to do the job and it's worth the 5-stars. I like being able to support local, small business and this is what they are. No pretense, no sales push, no problems. I'll definitely use them again. read more

100/10... I highly recommend Tornado to anyone in need of interior detailing. My husband paid for another service to detail my interior and they left two wet rags under my Weather Tech mat creating a moldy mess. We found the rags, cleaned the mold but the smell would not dissipate. Tornado came to my office and within 2 hours my car looked brand new, and smells amazing. They went above and beyond cleaning areas the 1st service didn't. I will be contacting them now on a regular basis now! read more

I used them for my daughters car (which was awful inside) they did an excellent job, great communication, would use again
