I finally went on Yelp to find someone new, booked a company with great reviews, paid in advance, and only afterward realized it was Wayne's company. I had forgotten the business name because I'd always dealt with him directly by phone. I've always paid whatever he charged and tipped, so this experience was disappointing. After my last two services, there were obvious areas inside the car that hadn't been cleaned, including makeup marks that I was able to wipe off myself in seconds with a damp microfiber towel. My windows were also left hazy, and I was told it was because of the Vegas heat. After being a regular customer for two years, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them anymore. The service has become unreliable and the way my concerns were handled was extremely unprofessional.

He really knows his stuff, and explains things in a way that is understandable. I felt well educated on the service, even detailing in general, and felt comfortable about my decision. He also quoted the work at a really fair price, upon comparison, and was not at all pushy about what I would choose. After much deliberation and discussion about what suited my car's needs, I decided to go forward with a Level 1 paint correction. Brett was able to work in my garage since the process uses a rinseless wash, which was so convenient. He consistently misses spots, leaves debris on the floor, and only details the driver-side rims while completely neglecting the passenger side. My husband has had to reclean the car after our last four visits. As someone who works in a tipping industry, I highly value customer satisfaction and usually tip very generously.
