I finally went on Yelp to find someone new, booked a company with great reviews, paid in advance, and only afterward realized it was Wayne's company. I had forgotten the business name because I'd always dealt with him directly by phone. I've always paid whatever he charged and tipped, so this experience was disappointing. After my last two services, there were obvious areas inside the car that hadn't been cleaned, including makeup marks that I was able to wipe off myself in seconds with a damp microfiber towel. My windows were also left hazy, and I was told it was because of the Vegas heat. After being a regular customer for two years, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them anymore. The service has become unreliable and the way my concerns were handled was extremely unprofessional.

It was totally worth it and we didn't even have to drive anywhere, he came to us. Proud to support a hard working business owner like Hanz. We will call him again.

I called and spoke to Brett who was very genuine, professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient in answering every question- and I had a lot! He really knows his stuff, and explains things in a way that is understandable. I felt well educated on the service, even detailing in general, and felt comfortable about my decision. He also quoted the work at a really fair price, upon comparison, and was not at all pushy about what I would choose. After much deliberation and discussion about what suited my car's needs, I decided to go forward with a Level 1 paint correction. Brett was able to work in my garage since the process uses a rinseless wash, which was so convenient. When the work was done, he gave me the chance to look over every nook and cranny to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results. My car looked good as new!

However, my last four visits have been incredibly disappointing due to an employee named Micho(THIS IS HIS NICKNAME) It feels like he is only focused on getting tips rather than doing quality work. I pay $30 for a wash, and while he spends 20 minutes wiping down the vehicle, the results are terrible. He consistently misses spots, leaves debris on the floor, and only details the driver-side rims while completely neglecting the passenger side. My husband has had to reclean the car after our last four visits. As someone who works in a tipping industry, I highly value customer satisfaction and usually tip very generously. I still tipped Micho, but his careless work honestly does not deserve it. I love this business, but management needs to address this employee's performance. P.S the other employees do a great job.
