Unfortunately, during the application process, an accidental activation of my key fob resulted in the rear hatch striking my garage door, causing a significant paint chip. Kyle did inform me of the damage immediately and assured me he would cover the repair costs. However, after obtaining two repair quotes, he has since stated he lacks the funds to fulfill that promise currently, suggesting a future plan. Furthermore, the initial ceramic coating application exhibited several noticeable high spots, requiring two separate return visits for correction. While Kyle did attempt to rectify these issues, the initial oversight was disappointing. While I acknowledge Kyle's attempts to address the problems, the combination of the damage incurred, the uncertainty in fulfilling his promise to cover the repair, and the initial quality issues with the coating itself, have left me with a negative overall experience. I now have to pay for an autobody shop out of pocket to repair the paint and am left without my car for at least 5 business days while repairs are made. read more

Took my new Tesla here for the wash, clay bar (there were marks on the trunk), and sealant package. I didn't experience the great communication mentioned in other reviews. I messaged to inquire if they ended up getting WiFi, to work while I waited. No response. Turns out, they do now have WiFi. I was able to work a bit on my phone instead of my laptop; however, I wasn't able to watch the cleaning process I didn't think that was necessary considering all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, that might be the case - you might need to watch the process if you go to the shop. He finished very early. I noticed the same spots on the trunk that I pointed out when I arrived. He tried buffing them out, which looked better, but why were they still there when he was done. As drove off to return to work, I noticed dried spray on the windshield and a large spot missed in the rear windshield. There's also a circle mark on the rear window that's been there since the car was delivered, if he cleaned it, why is it still there? This isn't the detailed shop that loves cars, like their website states. I suspect he only cleaned the wheels and a few other choice areas vs providing the service I paid for. I had a feeling when I arrived, but work was busy and I recalled all the 5 star reviews. If you go here, watch the process to make sure you get what you paid for. Got the stage 1 paint correction and ceramic coating and I see a big difference in the amount of swirl marks and fine scratches my car had prior to. He even put extra effort to ensure the quality of his work. Im new to ceramic coating and will see how I like it. So far it looks great (however I noticemore gloss and shine from traditional carnauba wax). Nevertheless, I'm satisfied. Update: A few weeks later, my car's hood and front bumper seemed gunky and had hair/lint looking strands right after a hand wash. Took a picture and sent a message to Kyle. We messaged through Yelp with my other questions and he was very friendly, helpful and honest, I even made appointment in the process. Kyle is very responsive when I contacted him to get a quote for ceramic coating. Got an appointment on a weekday. I took my Tesla Model 3 to their shop and needed a ride back to work which is only a mile away so I don't have to wait there or take the day off. He gave me a ride so that was nice of him to agree. My car is only 1 week old so it still have that brand new car look. But when I picked it up it's even shinier. I can tell the dust doesn't sit as much. Kyle is a magician - he did such a great job on my car (not in a great state partly thanks to my toddler) with an exterior wash wax and interior clean light shampoo. I was delighted with the end result (forgot to take a picture!). I didn't have a power outlet downstairs for him to do the interior cleaning in my apartment complex so went to his shop. He was very communicative in terms of scheduling and the process, took a lot of care and extra time to make sure he got all the nooks and crannies cleaned, and pointed out anything that was harder to get perfect right (e.g. certain spot that needed more than a light shampoo). A bonus is that there's a shared simple space in the Autozoo next door where you can hang out on a couch / coffee table / with a power outlet setup till he works his magic (so I got some work done on my laptop in parallel).
