Saturday morning I called 7 windshield replacement businesses and got 4 total quotes. When I called Onsite Auto I didn't get an answer but that's okay because in that time I was able to get those quotes and when Marco from Onsite called me back, he was the ONLY place that had my windshield and could get to me TODAY!!! WOOT WOOT. Marco was transparent and punctual. He told me he would do his best to fit me in today. He arrived TO ME on time and it only took him 35mins to replace. Marco answered all my questions and concerns. Not only was he professional but he just seemed like a great guy. He walked me through the after care and told me to call him if we experience anything with the windshield due to ALL my questions. Onsite, you have a forever customer with me and I will be recommending all my friends because of Marco! Thank you for being fast and informative. There are very little people who are reliable and you really came through today so thank you again!

We had a very bad experience with this company…read more In January, we hired them to replace a broken car window. We were initially confident in their service and even referred a friend who also needed a window replacement. During the installation, the technician damaged the trim piece next to the front windshield on the passenger side, which contains an important safety sensor. He acknowledged the damage and told us he would order a replacement part and install it within a month. Unfortunately, that is when the problems began. Instead of taking responsibility, he later denied causing the damage and claimed it was a design issue with Lexus, stating that the part should never have been attached to the windshield in the first place. He repeatedly postponed appointments and continuously made excuses for why he could not meet to replace the damaged part. By May, after months of delays, we had to ask someone else to contact him on our behalf because of our busy work schedules. He responded and promised to meet us the following week. He even stated that he would arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes. However, he never showed up. Shortly afterward, his prepaid phone service was disconnected, making it impossible to reach him. At this point, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unless this company resolves the issue and properly replaces the damaged part, we intend to file a claim and report the business to the appropriate agencies. We simply want the damage repaired as originally promised. Until that happens, we feel obligated to share our honest experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.

My Tesla window would not go up, and they were confident from the beginning that the problem was the window regulator. They even suggested purchasing a cost-efficient part and recommended where to buy it online. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They consistently followed up with me to check whether the part had arrived and confirmed everything ahead of the service date. They were always very responsive. The installer was highly experienced, quickly identified the issue on site, and completed the installation efficiently. The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I highly recommend Affordable Mobile Glass Service. It was a genuinely positive experience and a real blessing to find such reliable and professional service.

I learned a lesson that when you get a crack in your windshield to take care of it before the day…read moreis over because my crack spread by night fall past the point of salvation, and I needed a new windshield. This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

The factory smoke glass on the rear windows is ok but the front driver and passenger windows were clear like a fish tank making it unbearable to drive. I stopped by here after going to another place that wanted to charge $100 more for less windows and wasn't available the same day. For $245 I was able to get my front driver and passenger windows tinted 35% and all of the rear windows %15 tinted on my 2011 Toyota Highlander. The tint came out clean and it makes the car look fresh you can feel the difference inside. Bring your car down to precision window tint for straight forward pricing and excellent service UPDATE AFTER 2 WEEKS This high quality is perfect for the summer heat in Las Vegas and now my car with leather interior cools down a lot faster than without the tint. I pulled over and immediately began looking for estimates to repair it. The estimates were CRAZY. Anywhere from $100-130 and they weren't willing to see me for days. I called first class and spoke to CHRIS. He was kind, empathetic, and understood my frustration. He mentioned they were also busy all day but when I was available, I could call to see if he could fit me in. I did in the next hour or so and he said he could find time and to come through. Red Rock Window Tinting is a new business out of Summerlin that is going to be very successful…read more Gavin did my car a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with the customer service we received and the finished product. How's this for service? Gavin came to my work, picked up my car, and completed the tint while I was working. I didn't have to go to a shop on my own time and wait around for hours; the job was started and completed while I was doing my normal routine, and the car was waiting for me (all nice with dark windows!) when I walked into the parking lot. What I really like about this company is that they donate 5% of the proceeds of every job to the Nevada Injured Police Officers Fund. That's such a cool thing to do and shows that Red Rock Window Tinting cares about the community. I felt good giving my business to them because I know they will pay it forward. RRWT also does security film/tint for houses. If we decide to add that to our house, we will definitely use Gavin and his company again because I know what a great job he does!
