ABSOLUTELY outstanding!! While heading to work on a Friday morning a car switched lanes and projected a rock on my windshield leaving an obvious chip that had was beginning to crack. During a 20 Hour Rd. trip, got stuck behind quite a few 18 wheelers and my windshield got nicked. That nick spread through my trip. I was in a small town in New Mexico when it first happened and of course it was a weekend and there was nobody to repair my windshield. We looked in the Safelite but it was still a way we would have to travel to get to the nearest one. Decided to reroute my trip coming back home due to heavy rains and hell that I was going to be hitting. I did put your basic superglue on my crack to try to keep it from spreading. I can say my windshield held up pretty well until we hit Arizona and the temperatures were over 105. My already 12 inch crack started to spread. I understand the windshields are double paned but he still made me nervous and was starting to go across the drivers area. When I got home, I called my insurance. My deductible is $1000 and my agent told me most windshield replacements would be under that. She gave me a number of who they use and that price was going to be about $850. Safelite at home quoted $1000 online because of insurance deductible. This just seemed wrong because how are you gonna charge me what my deductible is if replacing my windshield is supposed to cost me less. Finally, I decided to call my Honda dealership in Henderson. I spoke to Judy who always helps us at Honda. She recommended first class auto glass and said that that's who they use as a company. We love the people at Honda and fully trust them so caught up first class auto glass. I go out a quote right away. It was easy, nobody was trying to scam me, service was estimated to be between one to two hours, and it actually ended up being cheap cheaper than anybody else had quoted me. They are located on a street behind the airport and it was pretty easy to find. There are big numbers on the buildings and they have their name also. I parked and and went in, handed over my keys, and sat in the waiting room. The waiting room had plenty of chairs, TV, small area for kids to play. I sat in the corner with a drink and book. I lost track of time, but I'm pretty sure they finished with earlier than an hour and a half.. my windshield was so clear. It looked like there wasn't anything there at all. They recalibrated everything for my windshield. I ended up waiting about 10 to 12 days to go get my car wash. Everything worked great with no leaks at all. Great company. Honest and fast. First off if you want good energy and good vibes, hassle free glass replacement, this is the place. Please please please do not take your car to Safelite. I had a horrible experience with them before. Now I needed a front windshield replacement. Did my research, called my auto insurance and I was able to use this company. First call to getting window replaced today was a breath of fresh air. All went smooth, only paid 50.00 deductible, about 1-1/2 wait which I didn't mind because I wanted to ensure my window was done currently. Scott/Chris and the entire crew are amazing. Now just have to ride around with the blue tape until 5pm. I was referred to them by Findlay Honda. Which I was advised First Class handles all their glass issues. Was at the Cadillac dealership wanting to know who their "go to" is for glass repair and ran into Edgar from First Class. We talked and I showed him a picture of a petty nasty rock chip I had. I made an appointment for the following week at home in the AM. I was planning anytime between 9 and 12 but I received a call just before 9 that he was 20min out! He was at the house promptly and performed a very good repair considering the damage. I will say I was not ready for a complete windshield replacement and elected for a repair instead. When you're driving down the road and you hear that rock bounce off your windshield...then you frantically look all over to see if it cracked or just a chip. Well that's what happened and it just so occurred right in front of the drivers seat and was an unrepairable double impact rock hit :(. My first thought was being thankful the rock didn't hit me while riding a bike or without the protection of the glass. This is my third review. Like the first and second reviews. I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced and this time the back glass to be replaced. The tint was coming apart. And once again, Scott and his crew came through with flying colors (First Class Colors). My glass technician's Chris and Chris are (AWESOME!!!!). First Class all the way! Chris and Scott were so helpful when I needed to replace my new car's windshield after Safelite cracked it ~16" in a botched chip repair. This shop was so easy to get a hold of, and they did everything I asked for via my insurance: ordered all OEM parts, new molding and trim, and did the recalibration. The work is truly First Class, and I'm so happy to support a locally-owned and friendly shop (unlike Safelite, who my insurance sends you to). My wife's car is figuratively a magnet (but perhaps quite literally) for flying rocks. First Class Auto Glass replaced her windshield when she was home on leave last September after we caught a baseball-sized rock while driving on I-15 southbound. They were a repair shop that came recommended to us and did a great job with the replacement. Fast forward a few months later, I was driving the wife's car along I-215 toward the Stephanie St. exit and I caught a small rock, chipping the windshield smack dab in the middle of it. Given our previous experience, First Class Auto Glass was my first and only choice to perform the repair even though the job was below our deductible threshold and not covered by our insurance. First Class offered mobile repair service, which was a huge plus. I scheduled them to perform the repair at our home. They came...they saw...they repaired the windshield for $75. Fast, friendly, professional service was a real plus. Needless to say, I'm a fan, but I certainly hope that we never have to use them again. These guys are awesome. I needed my windshield replaced on my 2022 Honda Passport and they found the only replacement windshield available in town. I showed up at my appointment time and they took my car right in. A couple of people checked on me while I waited. It didn't take them long and everything was fixed. They have the equipment needed to calibrate the windshield and they gave me a report after that was completed. It's been several months since they did the work and everything is working fine. The front brake assist warning is working fine and my rear view mirror is still attached and working like it should! (I had a different car repaired at safe lite and the rear view mirror kept falling off - even after three attempts to reattach it!) I drove across town for the service and it was completely worth the drive. I checked with several places and because of all the bells and whistles you really have to take your car somewhere with the equipment to recalibrate things. I got my rear drivers side window replaced after someone broke into my vehicle. They were able to get me in asap and were $100 less than Safelite's quote.
