This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

They were cheaper than the rest. Got what I paid for…read more Immediately after the windshield was replaced, my car's dome lights, clock, and locks all stopped working. I also have multiple lights on my dashboard. I was told they'd come out under warranty to calibrate my windshield, and I've so far been no called no showed after being told they were meeting me from 9am-1pm. Every call I place goes to a voicemail of someone that does not return my call. Look, I get that you need to prioritize new business, and I would have sent everyone I knew to this company, if I was treated correctly. Customer service reps simply tell me they're going to have someone reach out, and then it never happens. Or they tell me there's nothing they could have done to cause those issues. If you want to gamble, go ahead. I'm sure this fix will cost more than what I saved on the windshield.
