ABSOLUTELY outstanding!!…read more While heading to work on a Friday morning a car switched lanes and projected a rock on my windshield leaving an obvious chip that had was beginning to crack. I pulled over and immediately began looking for estimates to repair it. The estimates were CRAZY. Anywhere from $100-130 and they weren't willing to see me for days. I called first class and spoke to CHRIS. He was kind, empathetic, and understood my frustration. He mentioned they were also busy all day but when I was available, I could call to see if he could fit me in. I did in the next hour or so and he said he could find time and to come through. I arrived and left my car with the OTHER Chris who works there. He was also super nice and such a pro. I went in and met the original Chris I was chatting with and again, super cool. Gave me a discount and said my car would be done In 15 minutes. It was done even faster that that!! The repair was so professional that the chip that originally had cracks looks merely like a spec of dust now. I'm so impressed Such great service, amazing work, and fair pricing. So grateful.

I learned a lesson that when you get a crack in your windshield to take care of it before the day…read moreis over because my crack spread by night fall past the point of salvation, and I needed a new windshield. This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

"Get Hit by a Rock?! Call Brock!" -- And I'm Glad I Did!…read more A bird of prey dropped a rock on my Mercedes and cracked the windshield! Yes, really--a bird of prey. If ever there were a perfect occasion for the slogan "Get hit by a rock?! Call Brock!", this was it. My insurance company initially refused to authorize OEM Mercedes glass and instead insisted on aftermarket Chinese glass. Their designated glass affiliate would not install OEM glass under my insurance plan. Brock advocated for me and made it happen. From the beginning, Brock's knowledge, confidence, and understanding of the insurance process were extremely reassuring. He knew how to navigate the situation, communicate with the insurance company, and ultimately obtain the OEM glass that I wanted for my Mercedes. Once everything was arranged, Brock sent two clean, qualified, knowledgeable, and professional technicians to my home. They arrived promptly as scheduled and handled the installation with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was the service throughout the entire experience. Brock didn't simply arrange a windshield replacement--he listened to my concerns, understood why OEM glass mattered to me, advocated on my behalf, and followed through. Brock's impeccable service makes Preferred Chip Repair a company to remember--for all the right reasons. If you get hit by a rock--whether it comes from the road or apparently falls from the sky--call Brock!
