I pulled over and immediately began looking for estimates to repair it. The estimates were CRAZY. Anywhere from $100-130 and they weren't willing to see me for days. I called first class and spoke to CHRIS. He was kind, empathetic, and understood my frustration. He mentioned they were also busy all day but when I was available, I could call to see if he could fit me in. I did in the next hour or so and he said he could find time and to come through. I arrived and left my car with the OTHER Chris who works there. He was also super nice and such a pro. I went in and met the original Chris I was chatting with and again, super cool. Gave me a discount and said my car would be done In 15 minutes. It was done even faster that that!! The repair was so professional that the chip that originally had cracks looks merely like a spec of dust now. I'm so impressed Such great service, amazing work, and fair pricing. So grateful.

This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

Instead, they shattered the entire front windshield during the process. What started as a small, affordable fix turned into a huge problem -- caused by them. Rather than taking responsibility, the staff became rude and defensive. They refused to admit fault and even tried to charge me $895 for the full windshield replacement -- which I never needed before walking in. They offered a so-called "discount," bringing it down to $525, which I was still expected to pay out of pocket for something I didn't break. I calmly offered a fair solution: I'd pay half, and they cover the other half. I even told them I understand accidents happen -- but I came in with a tiny chip, not planning to spend hundreds of dollars. The owner flat-out refused, started yelling at me, and kicked me off the property. He even threatened to call the police and accused me of trespassing -- all for trying to resolve their mistake reasonably. This is not how a professional business should treat customers. Their behavior was completely dishonest, disrespectful, and aggressive. They messed up, and instead of owning it, they tried to make me pay for their error. Do not trust this shop. If anything goes wrong, they will not take accountability -- and they will treat you like the problem.
