Pros: Windshield itself was put in place properly and done for the cheapest price I could find, however I would have paid a little bit more for another place that doesn't have the issues of the guy who runs this place. Cons: 1)Terrible customer service! I cannot really expect much coming from such a low price place, but I was not happy with the terrible rudeness and arrogance that the owner of this place "Ash" gave. It was a lot for even me to handle. I noticed my mirror wasn't adjusted properly upon expecting my vehicle. Apparently asking this guy to help me fix my issue was the same as him "reinventing the wheel." Upon my confusion he started yelling at me as if it was my fault that my brand new windshield has a mirror that is put on incorrectly. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the the shop assistant helped me adjust my mirror and it actually worked as it was supposed to! 2)Terrible owner attitude. I was waiting to pay the owner "Ash" and during my transaction he gets a phone call, and he starts yelling at and belittling some person on the other line. Apparently this guy was not giving the owner good news about some project and he was almost having a tantrum on the phone. It was kinda crazy and very uncomfortable. definitely not professional. 3)Bad neighborhood. There were people out front right next door who looked like tweakers. They were changing a hood for more than an hour and were still working on the hood by the time my windshield was done and it looked like they had not made any progress whatsoever. I felt a little uncomfortable leaving my car in this little run down and miserable service shopping center. 4)The owner "Ash" cannot hear a word you say to him no matter how clearly or loudly or slowly you speak. He always is asking huh!!!!!?????!!!!! very loudly as if you are the one who is in the wrong for not screaming at him. I started speaking slowly and very pronunciated and the guy could not hear me and asked the person I was with if I always speak this way, as if it was my fault that he is tone deaf.. Once upon a time my car was broken into and my entire front passenger window was in pieces. I depended on yelp to help me figure out what to do next because I cannot be driving around with all those mini shards of glasses all over my car and I thank all the wonderful reviews for guiding me here! This place was actually the first one I called and a very nice man answered the phone and quoted me $139 for same day service and if I do decide to go there, just to give him a heads up so he can order the glass window. Called a couple more places that was closer to where I live and had decent ratings on yelp but I was so surprised to hear that fixing that glass can even range up to $260 and its not for the same day service! So of course I had to give this place a call back and come here since I do not have hundreds to just give away and I did not mind the 40 minute drive with my one open window. ;) Store itself was simple and clean with cute uplifting words and a cute little shitzu that would hang around the lobby if he was in the mood to play! Of course it was just my bad timing that I came in at a busy time where there were 3 other cars ahead of me so I kinda felt bad since the owner himself does everything from answering the phones to changing the windows and cleaning up. Mr. Ash was really sweet and friendly despite being busy. I was serious when I said there were so much glass shards in my car and I felt so bad that I didn't know what to do or how to clean it up so I just left it to Mr. Ash.. and when they were done with the process, my car looked brand new on the inside after he and his assistant cleaned it with no glass anywhere. The window was perfect again and it was only an hour wait, which honestly is not long at all. I highly recommend this place more than anywhere else. Save your time and money and just call here if you ever need any of your glass window fixed! It's a very honest and reputable business that should be recognized more. Some gutless coward smashed my window and then promptly ran away giggling like an eleven year old Belieber watching that dumb documentary they made about him a few years back. Yes, he was actually giggling; I heard him. It made me question humanity. I called ahead to Low Price Auto Glass to get a quote and make sure it truly was low priced and not some ironic name for a business and furthermore to make sure they had my window. They told me to stop by that day after work -- or told me to stop by, and I told them I could not until after work. Anyway, here is where my faith in humanity is returned. FULL DISCLOSURE: I am fairly eccentric/particular with certain things. Not sure why I was doing it, but I do not do it anymore ('don't smash my window'), but at the time I had 500$ cash under a backseat carpet in twenty dollar bills. I do not remember hiding it there; I would have never noticed if it would have been disappeared by someone. Thus is life, I guess. Part of the service at Low Price Auto Glass, they vacuum up as much of the broken glass from your car. Anyone that has had to deal with it knows that the shattered car window glass is really difficult to clean all up. My front windshield got cracked by a rock kicked up from the road. I got a bunch of estimates and this was $100 cheaper then the next best estimate. I told them I would come in the next day, but then my plans changed and I just came in the same day no appointment. They had me out of there in less than an hour and no surprise charges .... I got it at the price they quoted me (no extra fees and the quote included tax). The windshield they installed seems to be doing the job ... no wind in my eyes. The owner was a pleasant fellow. The shop was clean, parking was easy. The service was excellent; even with the phone ringing off the hook. There is a comfortable waiting room if you have to wait. I felt acknowleged. (My pet peeve is a business that doesn't greet you when you come through the doors.) My drivers side window was broken and the part had to be ordered. I tried to get by on a used part but when it arrived, the quality was lacking. Ash honored his price quote even though he had to purchase a new a part for the window mechanism. What can I say that hasn't already been said about this place. This is my third visit here and I've gotten the same exact service each time. Customer Service here is what it should be, courteous, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. They offer you every available option and will price match. Though I haven't found a cheaper place or company yet. They guarantee they're work and they do very good work. They offer options of new or used glass, I've always gotten the used glass because to be honest there is no difference. When they use used glass they make sure the glass doesn't have any blemished, cracks, or anything that would actually makes it look used. The used price is significantly lower. They never try to 'up-sell' you. The shop is always maintained in a very clean and professional manner and I'm always in and out of there quick enough to do it during my lunch hour including travel time. FYI I do get an hour for lunch. So far they've had every glass/window I've needed in stock. Even the rear passenger window of a 2000 Dodge Dakota WITH the factory tint on it already. I called around to every place that was on the internet to see who could get it done first thing in the morning. Everyone was quoting me around $250 and most were saying tomorrow or in two days from when I called. Yikes! My windshield was broken yesterday. I called 3 different places. When I called here, I was given a out the door price of $139. About $60 less than any other quote. I was there at 8:30am. Right next to Pic-a-part. The replacement took only 30 minutes, was exactly as quoted and given instructions for curing etc. Safelite (Spelling?) wanted a fee to dispose the old glass, a fee for something else, and was my insurance carriers "Choice". I called this shop on Thursday afternoon and got a quote to replace my rear window at about half the price of all the other places I had called. Ash said I did not need an appointment to just bring the car in by Saturday for this price. I went there the next day and Ash asked me what price he had quoted me and that is what I paid...no extra for parts, tax, etc... His shop is on the opposite side of town from me but I would go back for any other auto glass needs. His shop is extremely clean. They cleaned all the glass out of my car and even vacuumed the interior for me. It only took about an hour and a half from the time I got there until my car was completed. He told me if I had any problems with the window, he gave a lifetime warranty, and to just bring it back no receipt necessary! Ash has extremely good reviews on here and is the reason I went to him in the first place. Something hit my windshield as I was driving on the freeway. A crack smaller than a dollar bill turned into a crack more than a foot long within 2 hours.
