Trustworthy and Reliable! I highly recommend Royalty Auto. Armando and the guys there have never done me wrong--they are consistently reliable, and I love that their work is always guaranteed. I recently had them install a new transmission, handle an oil change, and replace my brake pads, and they did a fantastic job on all of it. The pricing is very fair, and the best part is there is barely any wait time. If you are looking for an honest shop that gets the job done right, definitely go see them! read more

Terrible service. Got quoted on the phone they could do an ac diagnostic for 10 dollars. Brought my car in and my complaint was ac blowing warm at idle. They said the system was overcharge by 2 pounds. Went to pick up my vehicle and they wanted to charge me 60 dollars for the service. Told them to verify it with me to see if the ac blowing cold. It's blowing hot now. Still wanted to charge me. Place is a scam. Take it your car into somewhere that's professional. read more

I had a great experience at Royalty Auto. Junior is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure the job is done right. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. If you're looking for reliable service and someone who takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Royalty Auto. I'll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. read more

Royalty Auto Services is hands down the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. I've gone through so many shops over the years -- got overcharged, told different stories, or left with the same problems. But when I came to Royalty Auto, everything changed. I had a big issue with my 2009 Ford F-150 that six different mechanics couldn't figure out. Nobody could find the problem. These guys found it quick, fixed it right, and didn't try to take advantage of me. After that, I brought my 2018 Nissan Altima for a transmission issue and they got that handled too. Just recently, I took them my new Cadillac CTS5 for service and, as always, they did a great job. Every time I leave, my cars run smoother and I feel confident they're in good hands. They've done my oil changes, brakes, and even helped me get a great deal on tires. You don't find honest mechanics like this in Vegas anymore -- Royalty Auto Services is the real deal. If you've got any car problems, bring it here. You'll see what I mean. read more

DO NOT GET A FORD EDGE! I had to replace my catalytic converters, yes I had two! It was quite pricy and it still didn't operate well. It lasted me a few years before I had to replace the whole vehicle. The last diagnostic check I had was the rear differential. With that being said, they helped me with my car troubles from the beginning and did the best they could to keep my old car operating. Despite the challenges I faced, these guys supported me with all my service needs..... And put up with my attitude Now I have a newer vehicle and won't be going there for a few years. Unless I need air in my tires! LOL Thank you, Nathan, Jr. and all other mechanics! read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. They claim to do work and don't actually do it. $3000 my car still leaks oil, after the allegedly replaced the rear main seal and the front main. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! read more

Pulled up with my AC completely dead in the middle of this crazy heat, and they had me straight in no time. I thought it was gonna be a huge fix, but they found the issue fast, didn't try to BS me, and charged a solid price. Cold air blowing strong now, like brand new. I've been to a few spots before but none of them felt this real. They actually explain stuff, don't try to upcharge you, and treat you like family. I ain't taking my car anywhere else from now on. If your AC's isnt working or your car just needs work in general, this is the shop you need to hit up. Real ones over here. Thank you to the royalty auto crew. read more

Great people! Tony was amazing! I will definitely be coming back. I got great service!

I've been to this location a couple of times. But I do have my doubts I brought it in the other day to see if you know just check underneath the hood check everything out. They told me I need new motor mounts a couple of other things a tune-up but I'm assuming they drove it around because the trip mileage was reset back to zero. They think I'm stupid no so why the hell would you reset my trip mileage you had no business touching that. My name is Judy Evans and I'm very upset with them why would you do that that doesn't make any sense what are you trying to hide. read more

I took my car there to have a transmission thermostat sensor replaced. A job that should have taken an hour, took 3.5 hours. When they returned the car to me, it was not driving right. I drove in a circle in the parking lot and they told me that something was wrong. Mind you, i had just had the engine replaced the day before. I towed the car back to cadillac to find out that the sensor was not plugged in. I shared this information with Royalty and they refuse to reimburse me for the work that they did since it was not done correctly. They said that because I brought my own part that I could not be reimbursed but they did not do the job correctly at all. I even provided proof of the work they didn't do via pictures and they would not reimburse me. Nathan, the person at the front is wonderful but the other management is terrible. read more

I was referred to this location by the one on Smoke Ranch/Jones, because my car repair was under warranty. Without hesitation-Nathan, the manager was able to assist me with getting my car diagnosed as soon as possible without any hidden fees or lies. The front desk staff, JR was extremely helpful and answering all my questions. I dropped my car off and within a few hours it was ready. They took really good care of me. They didn't try to upsell me or rip me off. I will definitely be returning in the future, it's hard to find honest mechanics-this place exceeded my expectations. Ps. I was able to work from their lobby on my laptop in a comfy and quiet place while I was waiting for the diagnosis. read more

A teacher friend recommended this place to us. We have been to this place several times with both cars for 3 yrs. They always have done right by us. We appreciate their honesty. They will suggest what things to prioritize if needed. They make things right if they are at fault. Other garages will mess something up, not accept fault and still want to charge to correct it. We can appreciate this place compared to many other. read more

On a Work Trip to Las Vegas (From L.A.), I notice my temp gage was running a little HOT. Stopped in the Royalty Auto on Cheyenne and Tammy got her crew to do a diagnostic on my radiator. Sure enough it had a crack. Long story short.....Tammy and her crew resolved the issue. Unfortunately it did take a full day ( I arrived at 4pm). By the next afternoon, I was back on the road and the truck ran fantastic (and still is/it's been a month). Did not want to think about trying to go 300 miles across the desert with a cracked radiator. Can't say enough about the care and quality service Royalty, Tammy, and her crew performed. Hope I do not have truck problems when on the road, however, if it happens in Vegas, I'm going to Royalty on Cheyenne. Jeff Higgins (Pro Sharp Sharpening) read more

I couldn't be any more happier with the service the honesty professionalism and the great work that they did on my car. They totally saved me and my car by giving me the true reason why it wasn't working. I brought it to a prior auto shop and they said that the head gasket was blown and that was a big lie so thank God I went here and they also was so kind enough to gave me free replacement on my oil cuz the old oil was really bad. I highly recommend them for any service for your car read more

Went to 5 different gas stations today, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them, has an "Out of Order" sign on the air pump. I had multiple tires low, and was trying to find somewhere to get the inflated. On 10 May 2023, I had towed my car to Royalty Auto Service on Cheyenne with a busted radiator based on referral from Xprient Car Repair Expert Rep. Travis. Several things Jose (the Manager) did that had me concerned about his experience level and integrity - 1st, he wrote the estimate on a blank sheet of paper versus a Form and wanted me to sign it, I said no, that I wanted a legalized Form with everything he stated needed to be done with the cost listed. He said I could take a picture of it with my phone, again I said no, so he did the proper estimated invoice. Then he requested I pay the full cost of the work in advance, $1720, I said no, I don't do business like that. I will pay for the repair when work was done. He then asked if I would put down $300 deposit, again I said no. He then told me that the car would be ready the next day and if I didn't get there before they closed he would leave my keys at the casino next door. I was horrified! I told him I would be picking my car up from him, whom I placed my car in his care not a casino. When I picked car up, Jose said he added recommended services on the invoice....one was for transmission service/fluid. After I picked my car up, the car started acting up when I pressed the gas pedal/jerking as if it was stalling out, also I found leaks on floor of garage. I opened the hood and there was major leakage on left side of radiator. Took it to a nearby garage a coworker uses, and head mechanic said Royalty did not install the radiator correctly, the hoses were not inputted right and it was leaking transmission fluid. When they removed the bottom panel transmission fluid spilled out on their garage floor! Having this major non-repair caused a huge safety issue while I had been driving car after picking it up from Royalty Auto Service. Big concern was my safety and major damage to the Transmission. I trusted the referral from the Xpirient Car Repair Expert Rep. Travis (had him on phone when I took car in) and he informed me afterwards he didn't know about Royalty's service. I advise everyone to take your car here at your own risk! read more

oyalty Auto Services recently replaced a power steering pump for me, simple enough job but constant procrastination meant it took 3 days. Tammy at the front desk will say anything to please you, she is entirely dishonest and out to make money from you. After hoping to never see them or deal with them again, 2 weeks later I had to stop in Lake Havasu City to get the whole system replaced again. This reputable mechanic did the work in a fraction of the time, and they assured, verified and documented that this was entirely a result of Royalty's poor handiwork. No problem with parts as supplied, but improperly fitted parts and a crossthreaded nut caused the truck to be on the verge of breakdown after 2 weeks. When the garage doing the work contacted Royalty, they were met with a hostile attitude and were accused of lying. I have tried to contact them and have received the same welcome. I plan to try to resolve the issue legally and very strongly recommend you avoid this business. read more

I like how employees, co workers, and friends of this business are creating yelp accounts and writing how great of a service they get. This all happens after my post. It's all fake, it's all bs, don't believe them. This is exactly the kind of reaction I expect from this place!! read more

I began coming here after my father and now my whole family gets our cars worked on here. Tammy is amazing. They have outstanding customer service. They are reasonably priced. They dont make me feel like they are making things up to get more money out of me. While she does tell me what kind of maintenance to stay on top of and make me aware, she does over sale to make me feel obligated to pay for unnecessary work. She gives accurate wait times so your not waiting around for no reason. We've been doing business with them for a few years and car after car they haven't disappointed. read more

BUYER BEWARE... They do not stand behind their work when they fuck up your car they make you go elsewhere to get it fixed because they don't reprimand their employees and don't stand behind what they do. A $17 job cost me $80 because I had to go elsewhere, because the white lady who says she's the owner, who's really just a manager, told me that discrimination and half ass jobs after they take your money is okay!! They pride themselves on half-assed work! If I could give them no stars I would. Okay, so maybe I'm a little biased on my review, but here goes nothing. Came in yesterday got my oil changed and Tammy was friendly and informative. Got in, got out. 3 hours later my check engine light came on and I got concerned. Took my car back to Royalty and Tammy go my car in, recommend a good restaurant for lunch next door and didn't ask any crazy questions. She explained what the light was, checked the manuals and said if the light came back om, bring it in and they will see if I am covered by warranty!
