I looked across the street from where I live and there it was qwest automotive service does AC work after two days of deciding I finally called and for the first couple of days I called and then on the third day, I received a phone call the Mechanic by the name of Theo told me I've called there three times and I said yes, sir I did. I was wondering if I could get my AC serviced he asked me what's going on with the AC and I told him that in the morning the AC is cool but then in the evening time the AC is hot. He told me over the phone that he may know the issues but he needs me to come so he can dive deeper into the issue so I came and not only was he knowledgeable. He educated me and he showed me parts of the AC that was visible, which I've been too many different mechanics shops and they've never shared details about the issues with the vehicle nor did they asked me to come look under the hood with them no matter what people say about mechanics there's always a true and honest people out there, and I can truly tell you I was satisfied with the service, my AC is working. WHY HE DID NOT DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. He later added 10 hours of unnecessary labor he created when HE FOUND the bad engine an EBay and told me to buy it. He changed my spark plugs without my approval and charged me for it also detailed my car "said for free" but added $51.94 to the final bill. He charged me at least $1,000.00 for unnecessary work he created. If he was honest he would return the extra 10 hours he charged. *WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND* . Oh! he is working from home. I guess I paid for two months of his mortgage + some. KARMA IS REAL SIR UPDATE TO HIS RESPONSE BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! He should have sent it to the machine shop in the first place. That is the comment from 100% of the people I asked. And Trust me that is not TRASH TALKING it's facts of MY WASTED TIME AND MONEY not yours.
