Great service at a very reasonable price. They are well organized and honest. Will definitely be using them in the future.

H tech to the rescue. I love this place. They treat people with respect, and are FAIR! They aren't the fastest, but they're great with quality! They don't use after market parts, and I've NEVER had to take ANYTHING back. Make an appointment. They're the best at what they do. Hands down. read more

H Tech has always completed the repairs that were requested and suggested by Honda Dealers at a much lower price. I have always found them to be very fair and reliable. I have recommended them to all my friends. read more

I take my 2 Lexus cars here instead of the dealership. Will save you money and will not try to rip you off, very reasonable and very honest. Have been taking my NX300 F sport and RC 350 here for the last 3-4 years. They service all Japanese vehicles. Hard to find an honest shop these days and this shop is a gem. Not open on the weekends but they will make sure you are taking care of during the week in a timely manner. You can just drop your car off or wait in the waiting room. read more

Good Reviews but something seriously wrong with their customer service as of August 2025 Called during business hours 3 times over two days and texted business like it instructs on Yelp to txt also 3 times and got zero response back by text or call. All you get is a voicemail. Don't waste your time read more

I brought my cars her for repairs, and most of the work was fine. But I noticed later that they left a part loose, so I had to drive all they way back to get fixed it again. read more

I'm happy with how things things with how things turned out. I'm giv 4 stars because the wait time was a bit longer than they originally said, and I had to follow bcak once to get an update . read more

It's an okay option if you need work done, but I'd recommend asking for a full, clear quote first and double-checking everything before leaving. Not bad, but there's room to step up their service and value. read more

They just want your money. I would search around for another garage. Shady! Do not trust their diagnosis evaluation of your vehicle. I brought in a car to get evaluated before purchasing and they fave the approval cause they wanted to work on the car and charge me exorbitant prices. read more

Walter runs the operation very professionally. His techs do a great job. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Plus to top it off the pricing is a relief from the market. read more

Poor customer service. Unpleasant from the greeting and really curt from the start. I had high hopes and was looking for a local mechanic I could come to for the life of my vehicles. Unfortunately this wasn't it. read more

Absolutely terrific! They were friendly, communicative and professional. I had an unforseen issue that would have cost me more that $1500 than I was anticipating. They literally used sweat, muscle and determination to fix it. Thank you so much! read more

I've been a loyal customer for a while, but the recent confusion over their operating hours has completely turned me off. There's *zero* consistency across their platforms--Google, Yelp, and even their own emails all list different hours. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning (since I'd gotten service on a Saturday before), and since I requested the appointment online I was hoping for a response. None was received. I called about my request but was told they no longer are open saturdays. I was told close is also at 4 PM--but Yelp says 4:30 PM, and their email claims they're only open *Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM*. The team has always been helpful, and I have had Saturday morning appointments before but their hours are inconsistent and having seen that they have different times listed on different platforms is beyond frustrating. read more

Honest and reasonable pricing. I've had 2 cars that I brought to them and I've had no issues whatsoever.

I took my Toyota Highlander in for regular maintenance, the entire process was seamless. It was easy to get an appointment and my car was completed promptly. I will be back! read more

Went to these guys for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Walter is the gentlemen who helped us. Excellent customer service. They checked everything and gave us a full report. Everything came back great and they only noted 1 thing to keep an eye on. They are priced fairly and really seem like honest mechanics. We will definitely choose H-Tech Auto for any mechanical needs in our future. Thank you Walter! read more

Engine replacement. Fast, efficient and very informative staff. Great service H Tech and Walter.

For the first time, I think I found a trustworthy mechanic shop. While they may not have the lowest prices, they've saved me hundreds with their advice. They are well worth the ease of mind. Will be going to them for as long as I use a car they will accept. read more

Honest shop with quality work. Had two of my cars serviced here and each time the team at H-Tech gave me no issues, the customer service was phenomenal, and the prices are fair. Won't be taking my cars to any other shop but this one. read more

The scheduling person was very knowledgeable. I will let you know if they end up changing the engine.

As noted several years ago, we were fortunate to meet the owner and to enjoy the satisfaction and comfort from knowing such an honest and helpful team of mechanics. Our Nissan and Hyundai received such great care over the last few years that we always recommend them. Today we had significant help from Pepito who is tuning up our old Nissan so we can provide it to our son in law, an electrician who needs a car. You will be so pleased when you experience the greatest level of customer care in Las Vegas!! read more

The good, these guys are very honest from my experience and I believe they are very thorough as well. Downside, an oil change is now $55. $10 more than it used to be more recently. Not sure if that's a valuable deal as I haven't gone anywhere else recently. They have a little lounge where you can sit and wait for your car to be serviced. The lounge has a television for you to watch or you could just let your mobile device entertain you. I think they're pretty quick and the response time when I called to book, my appointment was quick. This business is located in the back of a little parking lot which is quite crowded usually. You will need to be a little careful as you're driving around the lot as there are delivery trucks and cars throughout. read more

Reliable mechanic shop in Vegas. I know it's tough to find someone you trust. But, this is the place. Trust me, they will take care of you. They are honest, and want what's best for your vehicle. They took me in on short notice to get an oil change, and they made sure to go through the entire list with me to show me everything is okay on my car. The only thing they pointed out I needed fixed, was a tire that I already knew needed to be replaced. The oil change is priced reasonably. My wife and I both take our cars there.. she has a Honda, and I have a Hyundai. They will take other cars besides Hondas. Please give them a chance and see for yourself. read more

It's been over 5 years now that I have been getting my civic serviced at h-tech auto. I won't take my car anywhere else. You can't find this quality of service & honesty anywhere in vegas. Every time I need service or an oil change they are helpful & happy to make an appointment within the next couple days. The prices are extremely fair, I'm always surprised at the cost of their great service. Great deals for the amazing quality. Staff is friendly, funny at times & so so helpful. You can't go wrong taking your vehicles here! Best auto shop in Las Vegas! read more

Notice this place when I was driving by, I wanted to take a look as the place seemed busy I walked in to get some information on my other car I own, it's a 2001 Honda Accord and where very nice and knowledgeable. I took my car to get repairs and do have to say they fixed the timing belt and fuel injectors at a reasonable price. Would gladly recommend. SIDE NOTE: The people complaining on the comments of how something in their car went wrong it's because they have taken it to other mechanic shops that other people worked on and didn't do a good job and blame the current work shop that's working on it. Stay with one mechanic and everything should be fine.over heard a customer complaining and when the mechanic specialist ask who worked on the car, the customers always stay silent, says a lot!!! read more

Best customer service. Fast efficient workers. And very good honest pricing. I've been coming here for years and I'll never go anywhere else. Everyone I recommend has had the same experience I have had. Family owned business. Everyone is super kind. read more

These guys are great. They accommodated my wife last minute and didn't try to take advantage of her like 90% of mechanics she deals with. Admittedly, honesty is fleeting in an industry that is plagued with dishonest mechanics. Alas, so long are the days when I had access to the base garage and lifts and tools. As busy as I have been, I've let my wife make the decisions on the car repairs. She found this place and chose to go with them due to the amount of reviews. Even after sitting in the lobby, she noticed that the cost for certain work was the same and quoted by different mechanics in the shop that rang them up. With COVID impacting pay as so many other millions across the country, we had to run lean and mean with necessary repairs. Replacing new tires for instance, with tires purchased online. Spark plugs bought from O'Reilly were another. What we needed were the tools and the know how for the rest. We were treated fairly and more importantly, honestly. While our needs were maintenance, I can see us coming back for repairs. Highly recommend! read more

H-Tech Auto - Auto Repair Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

this is an honest car repair shop. They specialize in Hondas but they can work on other Japanese cars. I felt they were not upcharging me and only billed me for the time it too to repair my car. Have gone to them for oil changes, gas tank issues and brake problems. read more

NOT GOOD, I know the problem in my car the sway bar link at front, I went to ask for prices in the job to replace both sides and the DONT work like that, they wan 120 dollars just to look at it and tell you the same thing, and from there they ask for more money, THEY ARE JUST A RIPPED OFF to people who don't know nothing about parts or cars , reviews on Yelp probably all from family or friends or fakes, NOT RECOMMENDED, before you walked inside this place check for another mechanic . read more

We were one of our annual Vegas trips. Driving in we notice that when going over the two lane highway dips, something was dragging and scraping the pavement. We pulled over and clearly saw that the oil pan cover had been damaged and the clip that holds it in place was broken. When we arrived in Summerlin, my husband looked up Honda repair shops on YELP. H-Tech Auto was close and very responsive. They gave us an appointment for the same afternoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a couple of great guys. They were expecting us, knew the issue and were ready to help. They put the car up on a lift and showed my husband the damaged area. The technician, I believe his name is Pete said its not that bad, I will secure it right away. It took a couple of screws and it was secured perfectly. It took less than 5 minutes and the job was done. We said thanks so much and asked for the bill..... he said its okay, no charge.... Didn't expect that....we did give Pete something anyway, as his time and expertise was greatly appreciated. I am giving them a well deserved 5 star review. It was a small job, but there was great effort in all areas: response time for appointment, knowledge of issue, honest evaluation, cleanliness of shop, and value of customer review. Its great to know, that anytime we are in Vegas and need some assistance with our car, we have a local place for service that we can trust. The drive home was perfect, not a sound underneath!!!!!! Thanks Mike & Wendy Thanks so much!!!!!! read more

Always thorough, honest and reasonable. I won't take my Lexus anywhere else! My first time there, my brakes were squealing. They put it on the rack, showed me there was still plenty of meat on the pads, and explained that it had rained a few days prior and dirty got in between the pads and rotors. They cleaned it out and said I good to go, no charge. I had them do an oil change and cabin filter. I couldn't leave without throwing some business their way. Do yourself a favor and let them show you how they do business. Lifetime customer! read more

Let me start by saying, many of us do not know cars and always have hesitations when choosing where to take our vehicle. A car is something many of us use as a means to survive, some cars hold memories of lost loved ones, others of travels long ago. When choosing a mechanic I picked H-Tech Auto because the community from Reddit, to Yelp, to Google all said they are trustworthy, high quality work, and reliable. I was able to have an interaction with the owner Pete, and at the time I did not know he was the owner. He treated me with dignity, respect, and honesty. He went above and beyond, thank you Pete. I am returning for work in a couple of days and happily spending my money where I know it is given value. Thank you Pete & H-Tech Auto read more

Made an appointment to bring my car in. Told the techs about my front lower ball joint and bushings and suspension that needed to be replaced/repaired. After looking at my car, a younger guy came in and told me that everything looked good and that my ball joint and bushings were fine. I had taken pictures while being under my car and knew that they either didn't actually check, or they weren't properly trained to know what a bad bushings and ball joints looks like. They told me I would have to leave my car there and possibly overnight so they could drive it even though I had an appointment and made it on time. I felt like I was either being played, or that they just did not want to do the work. I think the older gentleman who owns and operated the place is probably well trained, but he didn't seem to be the one involved in making the decisions around the care of my car. Gotta respect people's time and train the young guys. That was a weird experience. I'd recommend another shop if you need more in depth work done. read more

Awesome honest shop. Wont ripped you off. Bernardo and team are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Like the rest of the reviews this place is one of a kind in terms of friendliness, service, and price. They service Hondas but take my lancer in like it was. Every technician I've had the pleasure of working on my car has always been knowledgeable and helpful. Today Benji went above and beyond making sure to let me know all the things my car needed and for future reference they even put prices on their recommendations which I appreciate given the economy I know prices rise but so do peoples need for a livable wage. The owner Pete is a sweetheart and greets everyone with a smile. Pete and his team deserve all the business they get and all the ones to come. read more

This place was my go to for anything car related in Vegas and right before moving I started having some electrical issues.
