Jon was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about what they could realistically do. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. Definitely recommend the Dent Guys for any dent repair on your car!

Even better, Enterprise is a quick 5 minute walk away making the rental drop-off & picking up your car quick and easy. I wouldn't go with any other auto body shop. Sudden Impact is the place to go with their positive atmosphere and great customer service. Also, they hand-washed my car before I picked it up. So shiny & pretty!! I am sure they do good work no doubt about it but for the average joe they dont give estimates unless you leave the vehicle to be taken apart. To me they appeared very much in the pocket of the insurance and I did not trust them to deal with my vehicle. I went to a family owned immaculate body shop that is good to deal with. This fix it place am sure they are great but seem to be for high dollar newer vehicles and its hands off if you leave it. Even with other shops be aware that if you take the vehicle it will be kept and if they total it you will get a rental but you will not get access to the vehicle again unless you buy it back. That is with ANY shop. My case was for an older van old guy hit it they accept liability totally that is not disputed. In summation no matter how good fix it is the meeting was icy even though I was as polite as I could be when they saw I was not a rich old lady they almost "ran me off" and were not good to deal with for myself. I look at total experience not just if they fix things good which I am positive they do.
