Fantastic service! I was in a fender bender to the point of needing a whole new passenger door and more. Dealing with the opposing insurance adjusters is always a headache. Thankfully all I had to do was give Sudden Impact my paperwork and they dealt with the insurance for me! Shout out to Pat for handling that for me!! I got my car back and it's like new again, they even went the extra mile and vacuumed my car out, which was totally unexpected! Their work performance, ethic and customer service far exceeds my expectations!! I highly recommend them for any body or collision repairs!!

I highly recommend you work with Chantel at Sudden Impact Auto body. She insured that my car was fixed perfectly with only OEM factory parts. The paint was matched perfectly. You cannot tell anything ever happened to this vehicle..

Can see the gaps between the left and right side and see how shifted it is when they said it was fixed.

Our vehicle was taken to them after it was recommended through our insurance company. We had initially told them form the beginning that we just wanted an estimate and asked if we wanted to take it somewhere else after the estimate would we be able to? They said yes so once the estimate was done (4 days later) they said if we wanted to move the truck we would have to pay them almost $1500 just to take the truck to another shop even tho they knew from the beginning we would be just getting an estimate. So we had no choice but to leave it there. They had our truck for 3 months. During this time we finally got the truck back and the front end was still messed up. Bumper was crooked and not even straight. They said they replaced the hood than when we showed them it was the original hood they then changed their story to oh we just used bondo.(when ins authorized a new hood). Than brake lines were hanging under the truck, front tire still completely was hitting the front end when we made a turn, new grill was cracked with horrible paint spots. Also there was paint splatter on window that wasn't there prior. They also told us they had to replace the 5.0 emblems but when we got the truck we pointed out to them they were the original ones on the truck and he came back out and said oh your right we found the new ones and didn't have to change yours after all so they HANDED ME the emblems that they charged the insurance for. We had to take it back to them again because the tire was rubbing showed them how bad the front end wasn't lined up and tried to have them fix their mistakes. After the second time we got the truck back a few weeks later. We showed them that it was still not straight and grill was cracked. His response to me was well they go on so tight they will all crack. I said that's funny because it wasn't cracked before he told me well you show me someone that can put it on without cracking it. all he had to do was say your right let's get that fixed correctly. Instead he left it and didn't do anything about it. Than we noticed our drivers mirror was new when we asked him he said all ford trucks come with mirrors that auto dim I said that's cool but how come that mirror didn't do that prior. He said oh I'm sure it did I said no we drove to Texas in this truck and it never once did this before and yet only driver mirror is doing it. He proceeded to tell us they didn't touch that mirror yet we found a part that belongs inside the mirror in our truck proving they did break that mirror and didn't tell us. We had the truck back for about 3 weeks before we had to take it back again for tire rubbing and horrible vibration that we kept telling them. He tried telling us it was the tires or that's how all trucks are. I said well before the wreck it didn't have this vibration or alignment issues. He told me to take it to United Nissan where they said alignment was fine. We got fed up and said we will not take the truck back to them. Almost a year later we were driving home and several mechanical codes came on so we took it to an auto shop and in 45 minutes they ran a diagnostic and found out that the codes were from issues in front right end they were never fixed. The wheel bearings were bad from the wreck, they hub in tire and steering rack were bent from the impact of the accident. All these issues caused a very unsafe vibration on the truck. Something that should have been fixed the FIRST time they had our truck but no took almost a year later. It's now October and we still have to take it to another body shop to hopefully fix the front end correctly and make it straight so it's not unaligned and rubbing. During the time they had our truck they also sold to kaizen automotive and no one has bothered to help or contact me knowing I have sent several calls and emails to corporate. Worst company in my opinion. They don't care about the vehicles. They just get money from insurance companies and don't bother doing the work right. Funniest part is when they changed the right quarter panel they used bolts from other vehicles to put it back together. Didn't even use the correct size or color. We had red black Grey big and small when our truck and original bolts are white. Worst customer service and worst body shop. We are taking things further with dmv with filing complaints and the district attorney. This needs to be stopped so one else can have this happen to them... below are just a couple pictures of how unaligned the front end was after they supposedly FIXED everything. worst experience we have ever had with a company especially a body shop. insurance companies for work that was never done Worst part is the damage from the hub and steering rack being bent could have caused us to crash or have other issues.

The tow company Ewing f@gs towed my truck after I was involved in a fatal accident, stole tools from my truck, then after I reported tools missing they went back and broke my rear passenger rim using there tow truck rear wheel lift boom. You can see the scratches on the other rear wheel and a deep dent in the rear diff cover.. It would of been impossible for myself to have Ewing admit to the damaging of my truck or admitting the tow driver a 7' tall inbreed white dude is a thief with what looked to be 2 rows of teeth.. Chantal at Sudden went to bat for me. She was able to get them to buy me a new rim.. She didn't have to do that. It wasn't really even there problem. But she did and I am grateful. I don't frequent auto body shops luckily but, if I had to again, I know where to go!! "Let are family service you family!!"

Let me start off by saying that the actual work done to our vehicle was fantastic, I will absolutely give credit where credit is due there. I have no complaints about the actual body work. They also fixed some scratches that we didn't think they would be able to fix, so I'm thankful to them for that. However, everything else has been not so great. 1) We picked up our 2018 Atlas two days ago and yesterday morning we discovered we have a giant BOLT in our tire. 2) We also have 4 scratches in our passenger side door that we showed the owner before leaving, which he said they would buff out or do touch up paint on. We got rear ended so this is not something that was from the car accident. 3) I open up my glove box and it smells like something DIED in there and I find an empty pork and cheese snack pack!? My family is vegan so this was NOT from us. 4) They also gave it back to us with "0 miles" of gas and I barely made it to the gas station with my 3 children in the car. Could you at least leave me with an 1/8th of a tank or something since I dropped it off to you with gas in it? Even if they charged me for having to put gas in it, that beats running out of gas while my kids are in the car. 5) We had a chrome bumper protector when we dropped our car off, and there was no chrome bumper protector when we picked our car up. Again, we had to speak to the owner who told us he would order it and we can come back in 3 days to have them put it on. I appreciate them trying to make this right, but it's still a little annoying to have to ask for my vehicle to include the same parts I dropped it off with. I thought that was part of the deal? All in all, I'm thankful that the actual body work done to my vehicle was done very well. They also did a wonderful job detailing the car (aside from leaving empty food wrappers in my glove box).

I appreciate the seamless process with same day service and the brake caliper work that was done from Christian and his team. No need for any research and/or shopping different shops because this is definitely the one-stop shop for ALL your auto needs!!! 10000000% satisfaction guaranteed, no cap! "Don't get Gypped, take your vehicle to DIPPED!" Christian also sent me a video of the finished product. Upon returning to the shop, he walked me out to my vehicle and made some nice recommendations on different ideas and looks that if I wanted to they can get done in the future. He never forced or tried to upsell me/hard sell me on anything like some of these other companies/shops. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back in the near future once I decide on what to get done next. Until then, shoutout to you and everyone at Dipped Auto Works.

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!*…read more Let me start of by saying this was a *VERY* simple job I needed. My car is wrapped. I ha damage on my drivers side door. I need ONE door wrapped. I already had the wrap I bought. I just needed him to wrap the door. I reached out to Top Notch Wraps via Yelp for a quote on my job. He responded very quickly and came back with a very reasonable quote. He had good reviews on yelp so I figured I'd set up an appointment. Monday at 9. Monday rolls around and around 8:30 he reschedules to 9:30. No big deal, only 30 minutes. I head to the address on his yelp account which is about 26 minutes away. I get there right around 9:30 and I can't find his shop. I call him a few times and no answer. He finally texts back and says "Don't think I've sent you the address. Sorry." He sends me the correct address which is 25 minutes away and says "we switched shops about 2 months ago and I haven't updated the address." Ugh.. okay. I need this done so I head to his new address he gives me. He asks if I'm still coming and I say yes. I send him my ETA which is another 25 minutes. Around 5 minutes from getting there he tells me to park in the back of the shop and he will open up the garage door. I pull up and I can't find the place so I call him and no answer. He texts me saying it's a shop called "Gaby Printing"... this is where I start to get a little sketched out. I park in the back like he asks and nothing. I text him after 5 minutes "Are you here?" Nothing. I call him a few times. After 15 minutes I'm highly frustrated at this point. I tell myself at 20 minutes I'm leaving if I don't hear from him. Still haven't heard from him. I start my car and leave. I text him: Very unprofessional of you to have someone drive over 45 mins around Vegas for you to ghost them when they finally show up at your shop. He finally starts to text back and call me 5 minutes later after I've already left saying his phone died and he was working on another customers car inside the shop. I don't believe this AT ALL. If you're expecting a customer to pull up to your shop and you're IN the shop, wouldn't you already have the garage door opened? He offers me a discount to comeback but I've already had enough of the unprofessional behavior. If you're that's unprofessional than that would probably show up in your work as well. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Listen, Joseph I am a small business owner myself. This review is in no way malicious or anything like that. I hope you use this as a stepping stone and learn from it. If your phone is the ONLY communication between you and the customer, shouldn't you ALWAYS have it charged? My best guess is - you were never there to begin with. If this is the case, it would have been a world of difference to just be honest and let me know. I would have waited. Also for future reference you should probably update your address on Yelp, Google, & Apple maps. Goodluck in your future endeavors.

My experience with XPEL was the complete opposite. The work and overall experience was simply stellar!! After the experience I had with my 2022 Corvette, I was a bit gun shy about doing a PPF install on another new car. I made a bunch of phone calls and visited a few shops to help make a decision about where to get the work done, but I can say that my first call to XPEL put me at ease right away. Jayme, the shop manager, was able to give me the information I needed right up front, and was also able to give me a ballpark price based on the services I wanted and my vehicle, and it turned out that this was very close to the final price I paid. He made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel the need to actually visit the shop before bringing my car in for the work. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment many times due to circumstances out of my control, and Jayme was always happy that I let him know, and he was always perfectly fine with rescheduling. When I brought the car in, Jayme went over all the details, including several optional details. I ended up having all the painted parts of the car protected with the XPEL film, plus, on top of the film, a ceramic coating was applied. They have every tint option available for windows, including tints darker than strictly legal. They will install whatever you want them to. I went a couple of shades darker than strictly allowed, which looks fantastic, coupled with my black painted car. They can also install a protection film on the outside of the windshield for protection from chips and stones in addition to the tint on the inside. Further, they ceramic coated the gloss black wheels. Before leaving the car with them, we got a tour of the work area, which was filled with high end vehicles, various Mercedes models, and a number of Porsche 911s, the high end GT3 versions. I could see the attention to detail being paid, with the door handles removed so that the film would cover every inch of the paint, rather than just butting up against the handles. That allowed me to relax even more, feeling assured that I'd picked the right shop to do the work on my new Corvette. In addition to the great work they did, my interactions with every person at the shop were always very pleasant and professional. They were always wonderful. In conclusion, I can say I'm thrilled with the work, and when I have another car in need of PPF and/or window tint installation, I will definitely be bringing it to XPEL. I'm extremely happy that I've found a shop that I'll be able to depend upon for future work. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

Had the cantrails taken off and grind so the spacing is more uniform. Also had the door jambs painted to match the wrap and boy, did they turn out amazing! This is not a paid review. Hands down so relieved that Mario and his family did exactly what they said they were going to do. Absolutely 5 stars from the initial meet to delivery of the beast. This is your warning to not bring it anywhere else other than MADhouse Detailing & Customs for ANYTHING car related, literally ANYTHING.
