Came here due to a collision, and our attorney recommended sticking with this business versus going through our dealer due to insurance purposes and due to everything being warrantied if something goes wrong. When I arrived here, I met with Wendell, the owner. Honestly, he is a really down to earth guy and really easygoing. He explained the entire process of how he works with the insurance companies, finds parts, and how they will repair the damage / paint. To really tell everyone the truth, his entire team is extremely professional. When I first arrived, the politeness, respect, willingness to show me the shop, and how they treated me and my wife throughout the process left a true positive impression on us both. Even when we returned to pick up the vehicle and the mechanic needed more time. Wendell, Nikki, and Tony took excellent care of us. To also point out, Tony and one of the associates dealt with a homeless guy bothering me, my wife, and two children. The homeless guy was asking them to play in the dumpster and yelling at us. Tony and the associate went out and made sure he left the area and our kids alone. Now when we originally dropped the vehicle off, the passenger doors were completely dented in and couldn't open, the paint was just practically gone, etc, just a bunch of problems. Wendell comforted my wife in knowing everything will be fine and everything would be fixed almost like new and he was 110% spot on. Wendells mechanics had the vehicle for 3 weeks and did an outstanding job on everything. The before and after pictures of my wife's vehicle. They even did a multipoint inspection and noticed we had a blown radiator, and since we have the vehicle under warranty, it was covered and again they repaired it. I had no idea that Wendells shop could make the call to the warranty company to have the repairs done. I even had them replace all the rotors and brakes on her vehicle. For proof that this shop can 110% be trusted, just look at the before and after photos of the vehicle. I fully trust them and will return with my vehicle for repairs in the future. Personally I would call the employees here like family as they showed us nothing, but respect, making sure we were comfortable, and etc. Reading other reviews that are negative, yeah that might be there experience, but I will say they are not accurate! This place is the best and we will never take our cars anywhere else from now on. We found this great spot after an unfortunate situation where another shop had messed up our truck pretty badly. We were very leery to try another shop after the awful experience we had just had but we didn't have a choice and had to find someone we could trust this time. This place was recommended to us and from the first call, we were immediately comforted and felt confident that they would be able to help. Nikki is amazing- she is so knowledgeable and friendly and communicative. It's very rare to have an auto shop give you so much detail and explain the things you don't understand. Usually they just tell you that you need a part and they don't really tell you why and how it will work going forward and why it probably went out in the first place. They also were very strait forward and did not try to sell us unnecessary things. They were very quick as well which was much appreciated. 1/23/2020 Light was on last week but I still passed smog. Smog guy said to have my car checked out since it might not pass next year. Came in today and since I've been coming here for years now, Nikki checked and the part is still under warranty. I'm at PT's drinking a beer waiting for them to fix a small problem. Love it. Mike and Hamo aren't around much, Seth is gone too but that's okay. I love and trust Hamo's judgement in hiring and love Nikki. I wouldn't take my monster truck of a 2005 Hyundai Accent with 129,000+ miles anywhere else. 2/16/18 Came in for an oil change and because she was making a funny noise. They told me I need a new car but they said the same thing two years ago. She hates winter and it's been cold. The funny noise will go away. The address for the building they are in has changed but my directions didn't. Expansion and change might be good? Was recommended by Discount Tire as a local car maintenance place they trust and they were right! I first called with some questions about an oil change and brake fluid change, and the service manager was informative and not pushy. It turned out there was availability the next morning so I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, there were already people who dropped off their car for service and were waiting in the waiting area. There were still enough seats where each person had room to spread out. I was quoted about an hour, but it took an hour an a half. They requested and waited for an authorized part delivery, rather than using an after-market part, which I appreciated and was happy to wait a little more for. Cost was reasonable and competitive. DO NOT GO HERE!! Long story short we came in telling them we are selling car, please fix bumper and do diagnostic on fluids and everything because I have to drive it back to California. The first time it seems like all they did was fix bumper because the next day oil light came on. Engine over heated when I drove down the street. And I STILL HAD A CLINKING sound underneath car. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. They told me we needed new brakes so I bought brakes and told them about oil and everything. Waited another week. OIL LIGHT STILL CAME ON and clinking noise was still there!! I went back like a dummy the 3rd time and she said a tyrod or something was messed up and if we paid another $300 it would be brand new...so I did it and of course, NOTHING WAS FIXED. And to top it off, I had a target gift card that I KNOW FOR A FACT HAD $$ on it, when I got car back, the card was at $0...I called the # on card and saw that the last place my card was used was at a location 20 min from me...my local target I go to is 7 min...so thank you to whoever for stealing my money. I would sue but it seems they need the money even more.please, go to a trusted auto shop instead. read more

I was referred to this shop by Derek from the tire place. I needed an alignment and was pretty nervous because... I'm a girl and know nothing about cars... easy target to get ripped off. I called and mike answered the phone. He was super friendly and made me feel comfortable coming in. When I got there, I was greeted right away. They have a waiting room with WiFi, coffee, and snacks. He had my car on a lift and within 10 min evaluated it and decided the alignment was necessary, but there was no damage to the suspension. Finally, someone honest! I was out of there in an hour... and the price was less than the dealership. I highly recommend mike. He's been in business for ten years and really could have taken advantage of me if he wanted.
