First of all, Frank is a very engaging guy. I brought my car in for some deep scratches, and a dent in my front bumper. I also had some small scratches in my back bumper but I didn't want to pay to have them done. Frank told me he could make them look a lot better and he wasn't going to charge me. Who does that? I told him, if he could make them look a lot better I'd give him some extra money, but I would be the judge if I would pay him or not. When I went to pick up my car I went straight to the back of my car. I immediately shelled out a bunch of twenties and handed them to him. No sense in trying to get out of that bet. Unbelievable improvement. Then I checked my front bumper. It was perfect. The dent, the paint match were just perfect. He had given me some options on how he could repair my car. Wow where to start with all the good things about East Coast Collision. My 2005 Frontier got rear ended in a hit & run, with significant damage to my bumper, rear panel & frame.
