I brought the car down and spoke with Steve, who after talking to me gave me a quote and timeframe that sounded very reasonable. He said that if I brought the car in on a Monday, he would have it back by the end of the week. Brought the car to the shop that following Monday, and the work was done on Friday as promised. These guys do quality work, and treat you like you're their old neighbors. Fantastic customer service, and even better workmanship. The car looks awesome, and he even put on the new "E" emblem on the front for me. I'm posting pics so you can see the night and day difference and final results. I will definitely come back to this shop if I need body work in the future.

The at-fault party wanted to handle the repairs outside of insurance, and honestly, this turned out to be one of the smoothest and most hassle-free auto collision experiences I've ever had. I called to schedule an estimate and was greeted warmly by the receptionist upon arrival. My appraiser, Erika, met me right away. I pointed out the damaged areas, and she quickly inspected the truck, taking notes for a few minutes before stepping back inside. About five minutes later, she returned with a clear, detailed estimate. Since I was paying out of pocket (self-pay), I needed to cover a deposit--essentially the cost of the parts--before they could order them. Erika explained that once the parts arrived, I could drop the truck off, and the repair would take about four days. A few days later, I called to make the deposit over the phone using Zelle to avoid the credit card surcharge. The next day, Erika followed up to confirm the parts were ordered and expected to arrive by Friday or, at the latest, the following Monday. We scheduled the drop-off for that Monday, and true to their word, I had the truck back by Friday--fully repaired and looking great. Throughout the entire process, Erika kept me updated with a quick status call every few days, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. This was at one of only two Toyota Certified Collision Centers in the area, and the difference really showed. Professional, efficient, and communicative from start to finish--I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing bodywork on their Toyota.

They did the estimate but then refused to send the estimate to Insurance, because she would not to sign their repair agreement on the spot. Even the insurance company called them to request the estimate and they ignored the request. My aunt is elderly and was just doing as instructed by her insurance company. However, this Shop could care less and just wanted to react negatively because she would not sign their repair agreement firm, authorizing them to fix her car. They should not be allowed to get away with this and nobody should use this shop. It just shows they have lousy customer service.

I was quoted a 10-day turnaround after paying a little over $600 upfront. After taking my deposit, Rick told me my vehicle was somehow unique and that he had ordered the wrong parts--even though he had my VIN from the beginning. This delayed the repair, and ultimately he stopped following through on the job altogether. I tried to be patient and even offered to work with him on a revised plan. He assured me he would "take care of me" and possibly help with some smaller repairs instead, but after making those promises he effectively stopped responding and missed deadlines. It's now been nearly two months, the work was never completed, and I am out over $600. I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company because I was unable to resolve the issue directly. Based on my experience, the pricing may seem attractive, but the follow-through was not there. I would recommend being cautious before paying a deposit with this vendor.

He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I was afraid I'd have to take it to the Tesla service center which I'm sure would've charged an arm and a leg, so I'm super stoked that I was able o have the Dent Guys fix it for I'm sure a third of what I'd have to pay Tesla. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.

I'm almost embarrassed to write this review after the bonehead error I made. I wanted to visit an…read morehistorical site about 25 miles from Las Vegas. When I arrived, I saw that the Union Pacific Railroad had fenced and locked the gate to the road you used to use to get to the spot. Just after the fence was a dirt road leading to where I wanted to go. I went off road, realized the ground was soft, but I was able to get up 2/3 of the hill before my car wouldn't go any further. It was like being in the snow back in New York. I backed down the hill expecting to just drive away and foprget this outking. However, that idea was abandoned when my car got stuck in very soft and deep desert sand and some dead creosote bushes had stopped by backward progress. Here I am, stuck about 5 miles from a truck stop and I had no water (some desert rat I am)! After wondering what to do, I finally called the non=-emergency 311 number. I explained by predicament and asked if they could advise me what to do. This was the North Las Vegas police department. They decided it would be best to talk top Las Vegas Metro Police and they transferred me. Metro decided it was best to transfer the call to the Nevada Highway Patrol given I was in them middle of nowhere. After talking to NHP for a short ime, the call was cut off. Using Yelp, I eventually got connected with a towing service out of North Las Vegas (Elite Towing). They knew my general location and what I needed. In about 3/4 of an hour, I saw the flatbed arrive. I was going to be extricated from the mess I had gotten myself in. The driver came over and started up the hill and would pull the front out. When he realized the softness of the sand, he backed down and decided to pull the car from the back end. He attached the winch cables and I was told to turn the wheel when the car was leaving the sand and getting onto the packed gravel road, and it worked just fine! I was free. The driver, a very pleasant young man, disconnected the cables and I was free to go. I made no attempts to get to the site. I had learned my lesson. After a quick turn around, I was headed back to Las Vegas. Many thanks to Elite Towing for their response which was timely given where I was. I also decided that I'd rent a four wheel drive when I go back. (some people never learn)! I knew I shouldn't have traded my 4x4 xTerra. But I lknow if I'm in range where I can get help, Elite will be there to rescue the jerk who got himself stuck in the desert.

I called the Hyundai dealership and they recommended me to Wreck Center. Carlos and Jimmy were both incredibly helpful. It was a sad day for me but they made me comfortable and discussed all possible options for repair. The entire door had to be replaced. I never received a single proactive update and had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information on the status of my car. What's most frustrating is that after being told the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I arrived to find that the work was still not fully finished. The vehicle had to be taken back in to address items that should have been completed the first time. For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected. The front, however way my fault; I was trying to change out the KIA badge to the "E" emblem that the Korean versions have, and damaged the front bumper. I brought the car down and spoke with Steve, who after talking to me gave me a quote and timeframe that sounded very reasonable. He said that if I brought the car in on a Monday, he would have it back by the end of the week. Brought the car to the shop that following Monday, and the work was done on Friday as promised. These guys do quality work, and treat you like you're their old neighbors. Fantastic customer service, and even better workmanship. The car looks awesome, and he even put on the new "E" emblem on the front for me. I'm posting pics so you can see the night and day difference and final results.
