I wasn't involved in any accident, but I noticed the front bumper of my car had a gap between the headlight and bumper connection after I drove my car slow down a sharp curb after an appointment I had that morning. Since my car was is low, the sharp curb still messed up the bracket of my bumper. We have been clients of joey for the past 5 years and have been recommending his shop. But every time we drop of a car and was given a pick up date, it was always NOT READY. This happened on all cars we dropped off. Always have to come back again to pick it up on a later date. They will not text or call you to tell you it's not ready. My last drop off was the worst one. The car was in their workshop for 2 weeks to wait for a part and it looked like it was barely touched on the day of their promised pick up date (which was their second promised pick up day due to delay) and had to wait the whole day for them to finish up the job. We were also told they will talk to their manager for compensation for the inconveniences but seems like they did not even bother. Bad customer service. read more

I have an old minivan with sun damaged paint in front of the moonroof. This minivan is still very reliable, but this spot on the roof bothers me. The guys at Integrity are awesome. I was referred by Henderson Honda after I put a massive gash in the side of my 2018 Odyssey in a parking garage. I called Integrity and left a message. Call back was within an hour and the team asked me to send over pictures so they could give a quote. I did that and again they were back to me in 2-3 hours. So we made an appt. Dropped the car off first thing Monday morning. Drop off took less than 10 minutes, and they even set me up with an Uber back to my house. They called me Thursday indicated they'd be finished up by Friday at noon, ahead of schedule. Then called again Friday morning confirming. Upon pickup everything was perfect. Damage was along a contour which was hard to match, but they did a great job. No issues with matching the paint across three separate panels. Highly recommend! I have used Joey Lopez and Integrity Customs twice now for non-insurance repair. I am generally both confused and concerned when it comes to body shops. I have always felt in the past that they are all insurance based and don't focus on the individual customer. Let's face it, a majority of the work done by body shops are insurance and the client is the insurance company! In both times, I have had to have my car bumper replaced completely as well as some quarter panel work done, lights and etc. I felt that the prices were so good and reasonable. The work is outstanding and he even has the car cleaned. I even had asked him and paid them to detail the car once as well, so that service is available. I highly recommend Joey Lopez and Integrity Custom. When it comes to feeling "no control" over pricing, feeling "taken advantage of" by a process I have no education or familiarity with, I feel that this company is top notch, cares about the customer and really knows how to provide great customer service.
