There is no description complementary enough for Joey and his crew. They did amazing work, and I will always go out of my way to recommend this business. They are amazing, you can't go wrong. Excellent work, excellent efficiency, excellent prices, excellent people! I hope this is the last review you read, and you go straight to Integrity Customs!! read more

Joey is very friendly and always reachable if you have any questions and concerns. It was a smooth and fast transaction. I had my car fixed in just 24 hours. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you guys! read more

Joey and the entire team at Integrity Customs are wonderful! I reached out via phone first and got a response immediately. Went the first time and got an in person quote and the second time to have the service done. Being a girl, sometimes I get nervous I will have to pay more when dealing with vehicle related services, so I am so grateful that Integrity Customs gave me reasonable price for GREAT service. Thank you, team!! read more

I wish I could give more stars.... "Great" doesn't do Joey's business/work justice. He has worked on my car a couple different times and the service is always fantastic. The first time he worked on my car was 2020.... I hadn't needed to see him in years until I got into a minor car accident a month ago. Joey was the first person I texted after 911. It was after hours and he wrote me back that same night and remembered me (even though we hadn't consistently spoke since 2020). He took care of me and my car through the entire process of getting her repaired/dealing with insurance. He is a pro in EVERYTHING he does (service, communication, pricing, management, etc) - You won't have to worry about anything looking weird after repair and you won't have to worry about him ripping you off or being dishonest. If you are dealing with insurance people he will communicate with them in a timely manner and provide all updates/documentation to them and you. I would not recommend anyone else and will never let anyone else touch a car I own as long as I live in Vegas. Additionally multiple well known car dealerships use Joey. I am glad multiple people feel the same way I do and can vouch for him and his business because he is exceptional. This has been the best recommendation I have received in Vegas and I've lived here for 10+ years. read more

Super awesome place. Joey Lopez was the most understanding and patient person I've probably ever met in the car paint business. Mr. Lopez was honest and reasonable with the price. The best part was he educated me on the Vegas heat, and how to take care of my paint job. Thank you. read more

Had a very positive experience with Integrity Customs after my fiance dented my 2019 Toyota Avalon's rear bumper cover when she backed into a gas station stanchion (don't ask). Emilio Sepulveda, my service advisor at Findlay Toyota said call Joey. I hedged my bet by also getting quotes from two other shops. Joey's quote was lower than either by thousands! Joey got me scheduled quickly and I picked it up three days later. The work could not have been better! The paint match was perfect, the seams lined up, and he even washed the car for me, including detailing my spokey alloy wheels! Highly recommended! read more

Joey and his team made the damages on my car look like it never even happened AND most importantly, it was completed when he said it would for the most reasonable price and value in the city. Thank you! read more

What a blessing this place is! Business integrity at its finest and awesome choice for the company name, guys! Body shops aren't always easy to deal with but Joey & his crew interacted with insurance company, rental car company & got my 4Runner all "healed" up from the fender bender. I picked it up in way better shape than even before the accident - inside & out! Wow, after nearly 2 weeks, my truck still looks & feels new! Joey is a pleasure to work with & I will go back to get my hood (14 years of sun, freeway and road chips) worked on next, without insurance now that I'm an "experienced" client! You rarely (ever!) find honest business owners so I'm surprised there aren't hundreds more 5-star reviews here. Highly recommend Integrity Customs - and because the family are all involved in this business, you likely will find Joey's brother at the Speedway location just as great ;-) read more

Joey Lopez went beyond expectations when fixing my Lincoln Nautilus. My new car (less than one year old) was hit on the freeway. Joey and his team made it look brand new...like it just came off the showroom floor! I would recommend Integrity Customs to anyone who is looking for exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service and an amazing experience. Maggie S. read more

This place went above and beyond what I expected. My mom had a car accident and we use Integrity Customs to do our repairs and it was smooth and easy. Joey and his team took the best care of my mom and my car while I was traveling back and forth for work. Joey ordered my mom an Uber when she didn't know how so that she didn't have to wait over an hour for a family ride. Joey kept me in the loop via text, email and phone call whenever something was needed by him or the insurance. Joey and his team did outstanding work on my car too! The rear end was a mess and getting it back was like getting a new car. Not only did they fix the damage but they washed and detailed the car. Honestly, this is where I will be going for any auto repairs, the service was spectacular! read more

5 stars, they fixed my quarter panel and door, although it did take them awhile but was worth it. Joey is a great guy he will asked if u need anything, well provided. Also still have warranty on it which is good. He's always active replies and answered fast. read more

I can't recommend this autobody shop enough! Joey was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kind, knowledgable, available (he always treated me like a friend rather than a client), communicative and caring; he made me feel like he had my back 110% of the time. And that's exactly what him and his team put into their work: 110%. Not only was my car fixed and like new; but the process was quick, easy, stress-free, and the team even did the best detailing job I've ever seen done on my car! 10 stars. read more

My car was in a fender bender and needed some repairs. Joey was attentive and even helped me understand my insurance company's website. He went above and beyond. You can tell when the shop is busy because everyone is moving to the next project. Even if the workload is heavy, everyone has been attentive and nice -regardless! Will post another review once the work is all done! read more

Had a good experience here. Joey was welcoming and kept me informed throughout the process of getting my car fixed. When there was an issue with insurance he took care of it right away and went the distance to make sure I was happy. The was delivered cleaned and overall I'm happy with working with them. I will most likely be bringing back other cars for personal projects. read more

I have an old minivan with sun damaged paint in front of the moonroof. This minivan is still very reliable, but this spot on the roof bothers me. After researching body shops using Yelp, I requested for a quote for the paint repair job from several shops. They all responded quickly, but the best offer of all is from Integrity Custom. The price I got from Joey is half of the quote from other shops. It is for sure unbeatable!!! I brought the car on Thursday and I was able to pick it up on Monday as promised. The annoying spots are gone!!! Joey did a great job and he even had the car cleaned really well. This place is highly recommended. For those of you who have sun damaged paint due to the extreme weather, it is worth it to have it fixed. I attached before and after pictures of my sun damaged roof paint. read more

First things first, Joey is very respectful and accommodating. He responded promptly to all calls and texts and is very easy to work with. I needed my entire front bumper replaced which they did flawlessly. When I came to pick up my car, I got more than I had hoped for. Joey and the staff had my bumper replaced, tires shine, car washed and they even buffed out my headlights. Great company to work with ! read more

We have been clients of joey for the past 5 years and have been recommending his shop. But every time we drop of a car and was given a pick up date, it was always NOT READY. This happened on all cars we dropped off. Always have to come back again to pick it up on a later date. They will not text or call you to tell you it's not ready. My last drop off was the worst one. The car was in their workshop for 2 weeks to wait for a part and it looked like it was barely touched on the day of their promised pick up date (which was their second promised pick up day due to delay) and had to wait the whole day for them to finish up the job. We were also told they will talk to their manager for compensation for the inconveniences but seems like they did not even bother. Bad customer service. read more

By far the best auto collision shop there is - in ALL of Nevada! Full detail work with "Integrity." Timely, efficient and reasonably priced. My vehicle was completed on time. They even detailed my vehicle to look and feel brand new! I'm beyond thankful for Joey - life saver and business sound professional! I was recommended through a mutual friend and I am loving my decision. Trustworthy and the best in the business! No one can beat this company or staff - hands down. Thank you Integrity Customs! **Work completed: alignment, struts, tires, bumpers, window, brakes.** Perfection. read more

My sister referred me to Joey at Integrity Customs and I am so grateful to her because Joey did a flawless job of fixing my car back to brand new! I had damage done due to random vandalism and I had considered going to Honda (the dealership) for the repair but THANK GOD I went to Joey because he didn't take advantage of me, as a girl, who knows nothing about cars or the cost of the repairs and he took care of my car and did not - to be blunt, he did not rip me off! I appreciate his character and integrity. Every girl who doesn't have a man or a father who can direct them in regards to auto detail intellect and what is an appropriate price should take heed to this and take their damaged car to Joey because he is an anomaly! I really appreciate him. Sincerely. He takes pride in his work and does flawless repairs and doesn't charge you a ridiculous price. That's why I hope all of his integrity comes back to him because his is very honest and does hard work. I have to write this review out of gratitude to him. read more

They did a wonderful job on my Camaro. They fixed all of the scratches I had accumulated over time and replaced a rubber that had come off. It was done quickly and within the timeframe they promised. Thank you Integrity Customs for fixing up my 2018 Rav4. A friend of mine recommended this place and I'm glad I went with them. My new vehicle got hit, which left my bumper all scratched up. Wow. It takes a lot for me to get impressed. But these guys did it. They called me that I could drop off my car earlier if I wanted to. They quoted me for a Thursday or Friday completion. And guess who gets a call Wednesday morning? Yes. This guy!!! That my car is done and I can pick it up after 12 noon. Not late but 2 days early. In Las Vegas. In the automotive industry. Then they throw in a full interior/exterior detail. Unbelievable. And the work itself? Yeah car looks brand new. As an added bonus they knew exactly how to work on Teslas. I can't believe there are still companies like this one in Las Vegas. read more

Mandy and Joey, have an amazing team over there at Integrity Customs. I have all my body and paint work done there. We're talking 30+ vehicles and there is more to come. Joey is the man. Always available if you need anything. No matter how major or minor your problem may be he is there to help. I've had a couple cars derailed by him and his crew and they are always amazing. They even make sure the next day that your happy. In this particular review is my TL. The guys did a full inside and out detail. From tires to dashboard and Windows. Not a single part of my TL was missed. I will be sending my Tundra in next. Customer service is top notch and they don't break the bank. Very fair and reasonable. Also if they give you a deadline they deliver on it. Told me my car would be ready at 5 and had it at 430. read more

The guys at Integrity are awesome. I was referred by Henderson Honda after I put a massive gash in the side of my 2018 Odyssey in a parking garage. I called Integrity and left a message. Call back was within an hour and the team asked me to send over pictures so they could give a quote. I did that and again they were back to me in 2-3 hours. So we made an appt. Dropped the car off first thing Monday morning. Drop off took less than 10 minutes, and they even set me up with an Uber back to my house. They called me Thursday indicated they'd be finished up by Friday at noon, ahead of schedule. Then called again Friday morning confirming. Upon pickup everything was perfect. Damage was along a contour which was hard to match, but they did a great job. No issues with matching the paint across three separate panels. Highly recommend! Special shout out to Joey, who was really pleasant throughout the entire process. read more

Joey did a really good job at taking care of my truck. I had the hood, roof, bumpers, trimmings, handles, exhaust pipes painted and it all came out really clean. I was slightly disappointed that a handle was slanted when put back on and some door panel pieces inside weren't fully snapped in - I was able to fix them myself but Joey offered to fix it by bringing it back down - none the less Joey really made the whole experience enjoyable and I would go back for more services! read more

BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN TOWN!!!! My uncle backed into my car and dented my bumper with his hitch and even though he offered to pay for it to get fixed I didn't want to go somewhere where I'd get screwed over, so I called up a friend and he referred me to Joey and I was so happy. Joey and his crew did an amazing job on my bumper you can't even tell there was anything wrong to begin with and they washed my car so it was all nice and clean when I got it back. Hopefully I won't ever get in an accident but if I do I will definitely take it to them. read more

While I was on a trip visiting Nevada, I had gotten into a car accident and damaged my side doors on the passenger side. I had to take it into an auto shop and did not have time to do my research on the best auto shop. So I had chosen one that was close to where the accident happened . I was quite skeptical but When I took my car in , I was welcomed and greeted with open arms and everyone seemed so professional and very well informative on how they will take care of my car...Right away I trusted integrity customs. Joey was the one who I contacted with through out and he was very professional and would answer your calls and questions right away. Once I got it back , my car came out like it was never damaged. It looked brand new. I was surprised by the outcome. I definitely recommend anyone who needs to get their car fix to go to INTEGRITY CUSTOMS. 10 out of 10 I would rate it 110!!! A M A Z I N G ! Joey the general manager was very open, gratifying and patient. I had went to 2 Auto Body Shops and Collisions and they were rude and impatient. Insurance companies are always slow and tedious but when I left my car I knew that my car was in good hands. I have never met anyone let alone any place so arms open, quick, humble and considerate of you life ! Service needed if you need a ride to get a rental. No trouble at all .
