Highly recommend! First, they got back to me quickly with a quote. Then they came to our home and shredded everything right in front of us. So nice and easy to work with, will absolutely be using them again. read more

I had gone to a free event for a drop off but by the time I got there the truck was full! So I called company and they were located close by near Blue Diamond. The process was easy. I back up my truck. The man came out and dumped the paperwork to be shredded into a garbage looking bin and rolled it away. They don't take boxes but they will recycle them for you. I paid $10 a box. The staff are friendly too. read more

This was the easiest business transaction!! Emailed for a quote, Terri got back to me within 30min. These folks are in Henderson for pick ups on Fridays so it worked out perfectly for me. Terri put me on the schedule for a pick up at my house later in the afternoon. Ronald the driver called to advise what his eta was then called again when he was 30min out Ronald showed up and he was super friendly, professional and prompt. He brought the 64gal bin, transferred my shred items, collected payment and off he went to shred my stuff. Literally the easiest, fastest, most convenient process of getting rid of ish ever!! Yes, you can save money and go drop off your items at their place on Arville but this was way more convenient for me and for the value 100% would use them again!! read more

We have never used a shredding company before and we unsure of the cost, etc...after doing some research on shredding companies we found that not only does Assured Document Destruction have great reviews..they have an exceptional rating with Yelp and an A+ rating with the BBB. We arranged for a truck to come to our address for some serious shredding...we had 16 large trash bags to get rid of...the team of two arrived promptly and in minutes all we had to shred was completed perfectly! We were impressed! We appreciated their promptness, professionalism and for completing our shredding quickly. Thank you. If you are looking for a shredding company to shred all the things that you cannot just toss in the trash...Assured Document Destruction is great for all your shredding ...for homes, neighborhoods, businesses...The price was fair and worth it. I had boxes and boxes of papers to shred. I was able to load then into my car and drive to the business. They brought out a locked bin and dumped every box right in, I didn't have to lift a single box. It was very convenient and friendly service from Craig. Prices are reasonable and I did not need an appointment. Then that bin is taken to the warehouse under surveillance cameras, so there is nothing to worry about. You can assured your documents will be destroyed with integrity. read more

Fast and helpful. Least expensive shredding place that I found, too. Tried others, but Assured was the best.

Assured Document Destruction was the ABSOLUTE best. My technicians Ronald and Javier made a daunting task not so bad after all. Ronald was absolutely very informative and all around a very nice professional guy. I have used this company before and I will continue to use them for any shredding needs that I have. Well definitely recommend this company to family and friends who need this service. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Assured Document Destruction. I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. Here are my highlights. They accommodated my closing, which happened to be on a Thursday. Their flexibility was greatly appreciated. The fact that they came to my house made the process incredibly convenient. Because I had so much to get ready. Richard was unbelievable, he actually went to his next route then he back tract to accommodate me. Especially since my vehicle was already on its way to Boston. They took care of private documents x-rays and a computer tower. Richard was amazing fast, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Vanda and Terry above and beyond. I give them a 110. Definitely highly recommend this company. Nancy A read more

I was spending too many hours trying to shred on my own... 5 pages at a time. My boss referred me to Assured. They do residential service; not just commercial/business! They handled a large box full of documents I didn't need; which included my mom's stuff from the 80's and 90's! I contacted them. Their initial response was within 24 hours. They work with you on the details and you receive a quote. When you come to an agreement, set an appointment, and sign a service order. It's all convenient and electronic... except the workers. On appointment day, you receive a call informing you of an ETA. A human being rings the bell and carries your junk out to their shredding truck. You can watch. When all is good and done you get the paid invoice; keep the original. They accept cash, check or credit card. Also just learned they destroy hard drives too. These you need to bring into the shop. And to top off the excellent customer service... You get a follow up contact to see how everything went. They make life a little easier! read more

I needed a local document shredding company. I wanted a company that shredded as their primary business and took care to maintain my documents securely until they were destroyed. These folks do all of that and with professional and friendly staff. They do a great job! read more

I needed several boxes of important documents shredded. These are documents that I have been storing for decades that I no longer need. I called Assured to get a quote. This was the only company that was fair and reasonable, they also shred it on site which is a big plus for me and the only way I would do it. Getting a quote was fast, easy, and Vanda was thorough and friendly. Ronald was the technician that called that he was on his way. The company will schedule the date and the technician calls the time he will be there. He called on my scheduled appointment. This huge company truck pulled up. Ronald is a jokester which I find endearing, he is super friendly, communicative, honest and he also showed me how the documents are shredded through a video attached to the truck. I would definitely use this company again. Why? Fair and reasonable prices, fast and easy transaction, honest, friendly and pleasant staff especially the technician Ronald. I would request for Ronald to pick up my docs! read more

I was very very happy with Assured Document Shredding and would recommend them to anyone needing to purge their home of old personal documents or businesses needing regular shredding. We had several boxes to shred and it was a very fair price and well worth the time and money. It took less than 30 minutes to clear a good sized area in our garage where we stored the boxes of documents to be shredded. Being it my first time using the service, I watched the process and saw that my documents were safe, secure, and efficiently being shredded. Michael was the driver who came out to our house. He was friendly, worked efficiently, and was helpful in answering any questions I had. He made the experience great! read more

I've used Shred-It services, too for large, storage-unit sized jobs where they come to the site and shred. I know Assured does that too but I've just been getting rid of old bankers boxes of receipts and other shreddables so I've been taking it to the Assured facility and dropping them off. I'm very happy with their service and have started purchasing their $10 "bags." I keep several at home and fill them up and drop them off as I go. I would recommend Assured Document Destruction. read more

Here I am, joining the five star club for Assured. While cleaning out my mother's estate, there were precisely 2,733,912 pieces of paper inside. Bank account statements, property information, bills, taxes, and much more. We made some phone calls to places and got estimate of $400 to $600 or more to come to the house and shred them. We set them in the garage and decided to handle them later. On our next attempt, I brought my very strong son with me to help me load them, as certainly it would have been cheaper to bring it somewhere. We made more phone calls to find a reasonable place to shred them. Turns out that many places where you can bring shredding want you to stand there and slide it all into little 2" slots. Omg that would take forever. And then **insert harking of shredding angels here** we found Assured. They gave us a rough estimate on the phone which turned out to be completely accurate. For about $130, they helped us unload the paper into giant shredding bins, locked them up, and we were on our way. And they said they would have come to pick it up for the SAME PRICE... but our stay in town wasn't scheduled that long. THANK YOU, ASSURED! read more

It was a pleasure dealing with a Assured documents from start to finish. More companies need to follow their lead when it comes to quality, value and the high customer service you receive. From the beginning , everyone you are in contact with provides, knowledgeable and high-quality customer satisfaction. It's so refreshing especially, nowadays. Vanda was the first person I spoke with at this company, and she was so professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. She scheduled my appointment. The day of my appointment, Ronald the gentleman that was going to shred the documents, phoned me in the morning and updated me as to when he would be at my residence to shred the documents. He was very professional and answered every question. I asked him with regard to shredding. I still have several more boxes to go through before I can have them ready to be shredded. I will definitely be calling this company again and referring them to anyone that needs shredding. read more

We had over a hundred boxes of items to be shredded (double what our initial estimate was, actually). Both the office staff and Ronald were wonderful. Ronald came to our office and really went above and beyond, as he had to move over 100 boxes of material up a set of stairs to get them out of our office. He was cheerful, friendly, and worked very efficiently to get everything to the truck. His "can do" attitude is a major reason I will 10/10 call this company again for document shredding services. read more

Excellent company and easy to work with. Drive up or home pick up good offering of options.

I have done business with this company twice. Both times I was extremely happy with the way they performed. They are good communicators, which is something I find important. They tell you when they are coming and then they communicate with you as they draw near. Predictably, their truck showed up right on time in front of my home and I was able to get rid of 34 bankers boxes full of sensitive documents. I was able to watch them being shredded as it actually happened. The whole thing only took about 20 to 30 minutes minutes. I didn't have to lift a thing or do any work whatsoever. I simply pointed to the boxes I wanted shredded and their representative made it easy. He was friendly, fast and efficient. I am an attorney and tax preparer. My life is full of sensitive records. I need a service like this that I can count on and assured document destruction is the best way to go! I recommend this company without any hesitation. If you need documents shredded, you should call these people. Scott P. read more
