I was at the store at 4:15 pm There was no box to accommodate me so I left to get a box, I returned at 4:45 and the store was already closed . The sign says 5:00 pm. I knocked and she ignored me, gate was down and most lights was off and she was moving boxes. There was another person outside the store also. She said she tried to speak to her and tell her she was a new employee starting at another location and she was rude to her and closed the door. This location has issues I was here 2 days ago and it was closed completely in the middle of the day. If you can't operate then close completely because it's not helping customers. read more

There was still ten minutes left until closing, and I made sure to rush over before five after I got off from work to make it in time, and they locked the door and turned off the light right as I pulled up. She saw me standing out front of the door with my items. If you close at five, then you close at five. If you can't make it another ten minutes of your job, then you shouldn't be there. Writing this review there still was time left. If you're not until five, then you need a sign that says as such, or ask what service we are looking for and gage from there. read more

This store is extremely understaffed. 1 customer comes in who isnt very bright, and only one service rep on a Saturday afternoon. Trying to get the customer to understand her problem creates a line out the door of additional customers waiting. For those of us who just need a receipt for a dropped off package, it's idiotic. The one guy working is good and pleasant, but trying to deal with dumb or hard headed customers, dealing with incoming UPS drivers dropping off or picking up and the phones by himself looked overwhelming. Shout out to Jason and Ashley. I always come to this place because it's close to home, but also because everyone is kind. No one has ever been unfriendly or rude. It doesn't matter who is working they are always respectful and efficient. Today I came in and was greeted by Jason who was so upbeat and positive I had to remark "I wish I had your energy"! Ashley agreed and offered a friendly greeting and a warm smile. I work 10 hour days and am exhausted most of the time. It's so nice when people are kind and cater to your needs. This is for The UPS Store at 4045 S Buffalo Dr, in Las Vegas. HORRIBLY overpriced. I normally use Fedex/UPS to print shipping labels for 18 cents per page. Went here and they don't allow you to use their two printers. They force you to have them use the pc. Probably because they can then charge $4!!! for the first page and $1 per page (they charge 2X for the first page.) $8 for 8 pages. So much for any profit selling on ebay-it all just went to this overpric ed store. $5 for a padded envelope when you can buy the EXACT same thing at Dollar Tree...2 for $1.25. $7 for tape you can find elsewhere for $3.50-$4. TOTAL RIPOFF!!! Ruined my whole afternoon, and afterwards I realized, I could have just walked out and not paid. I wish I had! No wonder they had no one else in the store when I went. Should have been a red flag. AVOID unless you like wasting money. If you do, save yourself the trip and just throw your money in the trash. read more

I went inside this afternoon to have a few copies made. There were three people ahead of me in line. One man needed a notarized signature and a package shipped across the country, next woman had at least ten packages to mail, next woman had one package to mail. If I could give this place 10 negative stars I would. Absolutely stay away from this place if you value your time and money. I own my own company and I try my best to never give bad reviews because I know how important reviews are. This please deserves every bad review that it has. I have been a box holder for 4 years and just closed down my box due to the new owner being a nickel and dimeing thief. I have had a business grade box for the last 4 years for him to tell me I was a liar and it was a personal box. So therefore I was going to be charged double and a surcharge on all my packages. So I closed my box. Today I got a package there due to a mix up with a vendor and he charged me $10 to pick up my own package! He now charges everyone a fee to pick up packages, or if you need a box taped it $3 per box even if it's only one piece. If you need a label sleeve it's $1. Worse is that all the employees who have worked there in last few months (and there's been quite a lot) have talked trash about the owner in front of all the customers. There are so many UPS stores, pick a different one. read more

I came here to drop off a amazon package. I come here quite a bit. And i think this guy is new, Indian guy that works here. he charged me a $1 for a piece of tape to tape my box. I didn't tape it. Because the instructions said to show whats inside. And the other times i come here. They don't charge. For "tape" Its not even his business. he claims. New owners are charging for everything little thing. Not good to be greedy! I will not be back. I've never in my life had to pay $6.00 to tape my boxes. Today I had two, Usually I have them taped but the guy was just not very friendly and talking crap about the previous owners to another customer. I think it's ridiculous that I had to pay six dollars for four pieces of tape! Right across the street there's a family owned mailbox place and they have PO boxes just FYI and they're awesome so there's lots of UPS stores that you can use other than this one. Had the most incredible service done by Jason there was a lobby full of people and his multitask skills were second to none he had the entire line of 7+ people finished and out the door in under five minutes I had to ship a package across the country and he made it smooth enjoyable and an overall fun experience I really can't wait to come back! I love the ladies in this location. I ship quite a few things via prepaid label because I've been selling unneeded items online. I love Aisha. Every time I ship, she's wonderful. I pay for the box and she packs and tapes and doesn't charge me extra. She will add package filler (peanuts or bubble wrap), to protect the items, at no extra charge. Plus, her taste in music is superb. I love coming in here when she's working. But I can't remember the other lady's name. Actually both of my favorite ladies were working today Monday 6/28 @ 3pm. The afternoon is the only time I will ship out because I know that at least one these 2 ladies are here. Next time, I'll get the other lady's name. read more

Their prices are outrageous to send out a fax assumed it might cost 15-20 cents a page. I have 50 page document I needed to send out $50 to send a fax is ridiculous. I'll find someplace else to send my fax. read more

Tony was a long time fixture and will be missed, but the current staff along with Gary are friendly and very helpful. They provide great customer service and are always ready to help. Horrible experience. I've been coming here for a few years to do my Amazon returns. One of my packages he wanted to charge me a $1 for about 2in of tape. I told him on the return it says I do not have to worry about packaging. I tried showing him the message from Amazon and he throws the box at me and keeps the item saying it's my responsibility if something happens to my item. So I asked him to give me back the item, which he shoved at me. When I asked for his name and if he was the manager, he said yes and you can't complain to anyone because it's only me. read more

I had a return and that store is a nightmare. It looks like it's been robbed. Nothing on the shelves and the staff was very rude. I didn't have a corner of the box sealed as I received it that way and was charged for tape. I said I would go to another location and was told they already scanned in my return! After attempting to ship a package via a UPS competition, which was less than a mile from my home, with a less than enthusiastic employee who could only make excuses as to why she couldn't ship an unusually sized/shape package to SC for me, I left and headed several miles away to the UPS store on Rainbow. The gentleman at the UPS Store was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to get my package boxed and sent to SC for me. Package arrived and recipient was pleasantly surprised. Today I have another package that needs to get to NY...guess where I'm heading...UPS Store on Rainbow. Won't even need to waste my time with their competitor when I know UPS goes above and beyond. read more

Tony, the guy who helped me was great. Walked me through all the options in mailboxes and time responsibilities. Very professional outfit at those ups store and I'm glad to be doing business with them. A bonus is that there is a port of subs right across the way so whenever I get my mail I can grab a sub and that's just excellent. It is a little tucked away in the shopping center so if you're not really looking for the UPS Store you could drive right past it. If you park near the Port of Subs you are near the UPS Store. read more

I recently sold a few sets of tickets through StubHub. They automatically generate a UPS Shipping label which meant I was in need of a few visits to UPS Stores. My first experience was at a DIFFERENT UPS Store. It was easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any business I've patronized. If my label wasn't already paid for I would have certainly gone with another carrier. After this experience I was not excited to use a UPS Store in the future. But I thought I would make the most of the opportunities and perform a little field experiment. I tried my best to remember the same questions and and ask them in the same manner that I had previously done when I had the unpleasant experience. Needless to say, my next two experiences were remarkably better, and in typical fashion a standard "regression to the mean" occurred. The customer service at the 2nd location I went to was satisfactory, but at 3rd store (this specific location) it was not only adequate...it was exceptional! It was clear and obvious that the franchise owner at this location has a high value for customer service and showed general pride in his business. I would be more than happy to visit this location in the future! read more

I'm ready to scream!! DO NOT USE UPS!! These assholes STILL refuse to refund me my money!! I shipped 2 packages December 26th. Paid $65.00. UPS REFUSED to deliver my packages!! They were lost, then finally returned 3 weeks later, on January 16th. Both packages were torn and damaged. I had to repackage everything, and shipped them back out via the USPS on January 21st, I paid $80.00. They were supposed to be delivered January 24th. But instead, THEY ARRIVED A DAY EARLY, and they were delivered January 23rd. No issues, no problems. It took UPS, an actual package shipping company 3 weeks to ship, lose, damage, find, and return my boxes. And they WERE NOT returned to my return address, but rather they were returned back to the store that I shipped them from!!! I have called corporate even! And they still refuse to refund me my $65.00!! When did it become ok to charge a consumer, a customer, for products or services to be rendered, only to not complete the services you paid for!? And still keep the customers money!! This is absolute bullshit! The fact the the USPS showed up UPS, should be enough to make them hang their heads low. Absolutely disgusting that companies can steal like this from people. Much less someone like me who is disabled, on SSI aka a fixed income!! Shame on you UPS! You make FedEx look like a choir of angels! Zero stars given as Zero fucks were given by them. read more
