I didn't know this location existed. I was in the area running some errands, so I stopped in for an Amazon return. The young man that waited on me was friendly and smiling. That's a plus. When I came in, he was waiting on a person and there was one other person ahead of me. I spent maybe 5 minutes total here. Definitely easy in and easy out. They are conveniently located in same shopping center as the Neighborhood Wal-Mart on Craig across from Regal Plaza. I'd return to this location. read more

I needed to convert the format of a number of important documents and mail them out. My issue was I had no idea how to convert the formats. By chance I was close to the UPS store on W. Craig Rd. in Vegas. My "go to" store for mailing, notarization etc. so I went in and explained what I needed to do to Chris. Most of my interactions at UPS, W. Craig Rd., was with Chris. He is always very helpful, professional and personable. Chris listened to my plight and showed me exactly what to do. This location is awful. The customer service is always lacking. Open hours are a bit of a guessing game as well. Their posted hours say they open at 8am but they never are. I've been there multiple mornings and the store is still closed at 8:15 and after. If you don't want to be there at 8am then change your hours. Its worth the extra five minute drive to go to the store on Ann. Much better store. read more

I have a mailbox that I use here temporarily. The cost upfront for 6 months is around $130. Not bad I suppose for the security it comes with. There are packages everywhere and they sometimes mixup packages that I was supposed to receive. Other than that no problems. read more

Two packages both 18 pounds. One was $29 and the other, which I asked them to pack for me, was over $50 because they could apparently only ship in a giant box. (And that doesn't include almost $30 for the packing.) If they are a packing company, one would think they would have a wider variety of box sizes so it could at least get a little closer but I guess it behooves them to go big and make more money. If I had any other options in an emergency situation after a death in the family, I'd have left. Ripoff notwithstanding, the guy was unapologetic and rather rude. I love the staff running this location. They're always here to help. Simple example: when I told them I needed tape to affix my return label, gentleman in the front offered to tape it for me and saved me $3 on a rolls of tape. Now, I'll be back to buy more shipping supplies like those padded envelopes because I spend money where my business is appreciated and I'm not nickeled and dimed every visit. read more

Everything negative that you read about the owner (Chris) of this location is 100% true. This guy is NOT there to help you nor does he care about your needs. He NEVER smiles and looks so annoyed every time you'll walk in. In fact, call the location on Ann Road and ask about him... they'll tell you that they welcome his customers in all the time due to a list of ongoing issues with this guy. He will be quick to tell you to go over there instead. He's not the type of person to help you, but rather talk down on your needs while staring at his screen. He'll never walk around the counter to help you nor will he help you with the door if you're in need. I've had multiple issues with this guy just like everyone else. I bet he hates being the owner here and must have a hard time staffing it due to his poor ownership and lead-by-example. If you visit this location be ready to have to look at this jerk in the face and not let him make you feel low. He's the absolute WORST. read more

If you want your package to get there or have any kind of record of it later when it doesn't arrive DO NOT do business with this UPS Store. I turned in my cable equipment into be scanned and sent back to Spectrum cable (as per instructions from Spectrum), which they have NO RECORD of arriving - and when I went back to the UPS store to get a record of it (which I was asked to come back twice when a manger was there), the manager UNAPOLOGETICALLY said they don't keep records and Spectrum should have it. They don't keep records? THEN THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS! I hope this review will prevent someone a lot of heartache. read more

Seeing as I live on this side of town, I have come to this ups on many occasion. Every single time I have walked through the doors of this ups CHRIS is always there. I almost want to say he lives there. We joke about it every time I come in. He what makes the store work very well and I am always happy coming here. I never wait long and it's usually quite. Adhering to posted business hours should be standard business practice. The employee working tonight at this particular UPS Store was more interested in completing his work day than fulfilling the hours posted on the door, on YELP, Google, and all other websites that show store hours. I pulled up at 6:23 and sprinted to the store front so I could make it by the 6:30 closing time, only for the male employee to look right at me as he locked the doors and turned out the lights. I even called to see if he could let me in just in case he didn't see me, only to get no answer. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible behavior. This is by far the friendliest and most professional UPS store I have stopped in. I send out a great deal of boxes every other week and was having major problems at another location with my packages. They somehow always magically seemed to be lost and never left the store. I have no clue what the issue was..? But anyways! It's nice to know when you leave this UPS store you have full confidence your package will actually get onto the UPS truck. I'd also like to mention the staff is awesome. I never catch names but there is a guy who works there who is always helpful and super friendly. So thank you! It's always nice to go into a business where the employees seem happy and enjoy their positions. His has become my go to UPS store because of the excellent service. read more

Came in to get a document notarized. Employees hanging out screwing around behind the counter. I told him I need a document notarized and he says we don't do notaries past 4 PM and my watch said it was 4:05 PM. They could've notarize my document but they were just too lazy and having too much fun so they didn't feel like doing it. I seriously do not understand how these UPS stores survive since none of them ever provide the services they advertise and they employ irresponsible idiots. I had a problem about a month ago trying to get UPS to pick up a package from my mom's place in Pennsylvania because she is disabled and can't drive. I called the 800 number and they told me they couldn't help me. When I came into this store Chris was absolutely AMAZING! I was going to mail my mom a letter to send her the shipping label and he actually saved me money by setting up the pick up. The pick up was supposed to happen at a certain time and my mom called to tell me the delivery driver never showed. I called the 800# to ask and they said there was no apartment number on file and they couldn't change it in the system (my fault for not checking the label properly). I called Chris's store and he called the 800# on my behalf and fixed it in the system. Then he called me back!!! He told me they fixed it and the driver would be there by 7pm at the latest for the last round of pickups. Driver came through, package got sent. Excellent service. This time (today) I went to a UPS store across town to schedule the same type of pickup and got the standard "call the 800 number" response. They wouldn't help me. So I came to Chris's store. He wasn't there, but Eli (The guy on shift) called Chris at another store to walk him through the procedure! These guys have me as a customer for life. So helpful. So kind. I received very poor service at this store tonight. They close at 6:30 and I arrived at 6:20. I had 3 customers ahead of me and every customer except one (she was dropping off a package) was turned away, because the store was getting ready to close. I waited my turn and explained that I needed 16 sheets of paper faxed. I was told the store is closing, but I can leave the papers and come back for everything tomorrow. The papers have too much personal information for me to just leave them. As I got in my car to leave I noticed the clock said 6:25. The sales person spent more time turning us away than he did in doing his job. I just have an extremely difficult time believing the owner would want him turning away customers. I can assure you that I won't go back to this store. How sad and disappointing. read more

The Craig & Jones location is my go-to spot. When I use this location, I am always in and out in under 4 minutes (star), the staff is NOT CHATTY (big star), staff is able to handle more than one customer at a time (star). I have never had an issue at this location. read more

I had a couple items I had to ship so I figured I would drop them off on my way to work. I stopped by FedEx dropped off a box they were open at 7:30 in the morning then I came by UPS store next to that Fed ex realized they didn't open until 8 AM. So I looked for the next closest location they opened at 8 AM. I finally got to the location at 8:05 AM and was still closed I waited for another five minutes and no one showed up and finally I left. Paid them $160 to overnight my package on 12/21, just to Lancaster, CA. Today is 12/31 and still no package. Called the store and they refuse to help in any way, called corporate UPS and they gave us a new tracking number and said the package will be back to the store today 12/31. Lazy boys!!!!!! read more

I used to think all UPS stores are all the same, and for the most part they are all helpful and pleasant. I have been hitting this UPS store off and on until finally I realized that this store is really, really going above and beyond in customer service. They are happy to help with packaging items I am sending so I just show up with presents or whatever and they package them up with peanuts and do it all for me. I do still have to wrap the presents though, darn it. :) Chris and Tony are always professional and thorough and they have earned my loyalty and now I would rather always use their store even if it means a bit of a drive. Good music, always pleasantries exchanged, and always going the extra mile no matter what. Highly recommend using this company for mail/fax services, packaging and post office boxes. read more

Overcharged and excessive packaging to ship a wooden box. A small 36 inch by 12 inch by 14 inch weighing 24 pounds wooden toy box was shipped from this store to Wisconsin. The amount of packaging/packaging materials was out of control. There was no need to use the amount of packaging materials as well as such a large box to ship such a small item. It was shipped in a box 51 inches by 21 inches by 21 inches. In doing so, the person shipping this item was charged way too much. Unfortunately, she did not question the high amount. I contacted my local UPS store and showed them the item and all the material. They agreed it was way too much to ship. While they appreciated the concern to ship safely, this was way too much and not necessary and created an overcharge to the person shipping it. This was a simple wooden box, not a Tiffany lamp shade. According to my research from the UPS Store website (and my local UPS store manager agreed), the actual cost and use of materials should have been significantly less than what was paid. Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly woman to make a profit for your store. BBB as well as the UPS Store main franchise office have been notified of this incident. Shipper beware and go to a different store or go to USPS. read more
