Typically, when I visit this UPS store the customer service is dry/unfriendly. But for whatever inexplicable reason the service was actually good today. I've never written a review for this location so this review will be solely based on today's good visit and none of the prior slightly unpleasant ones. The woman who worked the front desk/register greeted me with a hello and a smile when entering the establishment. She answered all my questions and was able to provide the service that I was looking for which was to have a document notarized. To be honest, I wasn't expecting the price to be 15 bucks but I was happy at the fact that they had a notary and I didn't have to drive all around town looking for one. read more

I'll never come back here ever again for anything. Would rather drive an hour for another shipping center than be treated like a complete and utter burden. Whoever the worker is at this location right now on September 7th, 2025 at closing time is one of the rudest people I've come across. If it's such a burden for you to mail something right at closing time, politely inform me that it's not possible instead of huff and puff, stomp to the front door to lock it and outwardly express the trouble of doing so, and roll your eyes as I asked if it was a problem. I know all other locations are closed right now, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to mail these packages overseas to my brother serving in the army.. and I don't mind one dang bit. If you don't like customers coming in near closing time, there's far more understanding and polite ways to express it. read more

A Ripoff of a Customer with Proof. On April 10th, 2024 I took a parcel to the UPS Store #6923 on Blue Diamond in the Albertson's shopping center. I have been ripped off before by a different UPS store in the past. I wanted to use the USPS because it is cheaper and faster. However, the USPS was closed and I needed to get this package sent. I decided to enter all the package parameters and weight on the UPS site to get an estimate. The estimate came to $28.90 based on box size and weight. I have a scale and determined the package weighed 6.5 pounds. Plus I bought a box that had the dimensions listed right on the box. I entered all the figures and destination into the UPS website. The quote is attached to this review and is $28.90. I also was offered a 15% off coupon if I signed up for emails. I went to the UPS store #6923 and the clerk weighed the parcel at 6.37 pounds. The dimensions were clearly printed on the box. (See attachment) However, she entered 18x12x14 which is larger than the actual dimensions of 17x11x13. I asked for $300.00 in insurance. There is a "service option" for $5.00 plus a .22 cent CMS fee. The total came to $40.16. I told her that I used the UPS site and came up with 28.90. She said the difference was because of the insurance. On the UPS site, the first $100.00 is covered by the company. They then are supposed to charge .90 per 100.00 in value with a minimum charge of $2.70. I asked for $300.00 in insurance which should have been $2.70. To add insult to injury nobody at the location knew how to input my 15% off coupon. According to corporate, my charge should have been $31.82. With the coupon, I should have paid $27.03. All my experiences with UPS stores share a common theme that they rip off the consumer. I have the UPS website quote, a picture of the box I used, and the shipment receipt. So they made an additional 33% profit off one package. They do this to every consumer and that adds up fast. Scam, do your research if you plan on using any UPS store. read more

Yelps are right girl with glasses extremely rude. Has no customer service! Screaming we are not open even thought it was after nine. Crying that co worker was a no show. Turned away 3 customers. This place will be out of business cause she is terrible. He voice tone is abusive and she should not be dealing with public because she doesn't have a ounce of grace. This is one of my main three UPS stores that I go to usually for Amazon returns or shipping work stuff out. I really like this location because it's near the Target that I normally go to and it's pretty damn fast and convenient. the dude that was working here was a young tall gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to give me the option of shipping with both ups and USPS and mentioned that it was only a dollar difference to stick with UPS while getting tracking that you can actually track which is very true. I like that this place gives you options and doesn't try to pressure you in overpaying for a package which some of the other stores and competitors do regularly whenever I try and ship anything. read more

Ridiculous!!! Within the span of one minute with 7 customers in the door, UPS store turned down the "media" rate for a book I was mailing to a friend. The regular Post office has the media rate for $2-3 dollars as I have lots of friends books this way - these clowns wanted $13 for the same thing! Hard to believe they are 5-6 times more expensive than the post office - all about that Money in this land of milk and honey !! Then the next lady to me asked to buy a single stamp and they said "The minimum is $5" LMAO - there's now a minimum on stamps!! No wonder this location has a little more than two stars. I went in to ask status on an Amazon return, that I brought to this store to send back, since Amazon shows it has not been registered as received on the website. Walked in, staff was sitting on the floor in the back; girl with long brown hair and braid to the side snidely informed me there was no way to track the package. I showed her my return slips printed at this location over a week ago and she continued to state. There was nothing she could do to help me. She insisted that the tracking number meant nothing and that there was no way to find status on my returns since I left them at this UPS facility. She proceeded to tell me that I was to contact Amazon directly regarding this issue that there was nothing she could do to help track these packages that were left at this UPS location and I was giving receipts for. This girl was extremely unhelpful, and was literally helping no one at the time of my arrival at this store. There was no huge line and it wasn't a holiday, so there was no excuse that she couldn't of at least checked a computer or my tracking number. I will definitely contact UPS directly as well regarding the blatant disregard for customer service at this location. read more

Popped in to print out a letter to mail my mom. Last time I was in to do this I didn't pay more than $1 for six pages. This visit the associate who helped me said it would be $8 for the seven pages I printed out. I explained to him about my last visit and the price difference. He explained to me that because I was using a USB drive that it was considered to be a "scan from email" or "print from email" fee. However there was nothing written that said what falls under those two categories. The associate merely moved away from the situation when I tried to understand further. I attempted to explain the situation from this time and last, along with at other places I have used a USB to print, to which he was not hearing it and asked for the $8. I have gone to this store a few times because it's the closet one to my house. Everytime I go I'm either ignored by the younger staff that seem to hate thier job, or get talked down to like I'm an idiot if I need to ask a question. Today was the last straw. I actually had to make a delivery there. I work for Amazon. I was greeted by the employee by literally snatching the package from my hand and being dropped on the counter in front of me while I was trying to hand the package to Rena (the hateful Employee) then basically dismissed me. (Apparently the princess just wanted me to drop off the package and leave her presence). I had to ask for her name and she snapped out her name. Then dismissed again. If I didn't go there as a customer and get treated crappy before, I would just think it was because I'm just a delivery person just adding another task to a job she hates, so I get disrespect. But that's not the case. The employees are just hateful, condescending and clearly hate thier jobs. This store also chargees extra for things that other UPS stores do not charge for. So go there to pay more for crappy service if that's what you want! read more

Horrible store avoid! I shipped a package here and it was stolen from the store after the label was created and it was in the stores possession. The store manager said he filed a claim and still four months later no refund or insurance payment. I went back to the store to check on the status and the manager wasn't available and out of state. The young man behind the counter tries to make this place good but the owner/ manager is HORRIBLE! When I dropped off my package the young gal ( who I notice is no longer there) asked me what was in the box and the value. She asked if I wanted the extra insurance and explained it was automatically covered up to $100. I said it is not worth more than that so I don't need the extra coverage. I assumed my sister in law received the package until 3 months later when I asked if she needed any more sent and that is when I found out it never arrived. I went online to track & put in a claim only to find out the store never entered the package and I could not put in a claim but the store could. I called and went in a few times and every time I was told they put in the claim and had not heard anything. Finally after 7 months of asking I was given a check for $100 so basically all of the contents were covered and some of the shipping. The odd thing is the check was written from an account that seemed like maybe a personal account. I got some of my money back and will never be back. read more

Told the associate I needed it there the next day, he said the service would do that and then the item was delayed. Turns out he didn't sell me the correct service to guarantee it would arrive next day. This wasn't a ups problem. On the ups website the service selected was not a guaranteed one. Then second time today, associate asked me what box I was sending it in, didn't have many options for how to pack it (vs a FedEx location that would have a box and pack it for you), and acted sort of befuddled when I mentioned this. You have one job here and that's delivering things on time. Don't use these guys. read more

Every single time I've gone to this location, even if there's a lot of people in the store, the staff work quickly to get me in and out. The owners are kind and courteous and very helpful, there's never a wait they always have friendly and helpful staff available. Manager messed my notary. I had an erasure affidavit notarized where the manager told the original owner that he doesn't have to sign as the seller. I request he does anyways but she pressed the matter saying it didn't matter. I got to DMV after waiting hours where the rep stated the seller needed to sign in the correct spot and printed out a new erasure affidavit for me to get notarized again. I drove 20 miles each way two times due to this managers mistake and she didn't even say sorry. read more

Their store hours state Sunday 10 to 3 PM and there is no sign anywhere indicating that they are closed for whatever reasons. This review is for my visit on Oct 6 2021. I was there for the notary service. I had done a trust and other important forms. I was going away on a trip and wanted to be prepared. So much needed to be initialed, signed, witnessed, and notarized. (whew) It was about 3 in the afternoon. One of the two young ladies was the notary. She was very diligent and methodical to ensure she was notarizing every paper properly. Her co-worker stepped up to an almost constant flow of customers needing all kinds of services. Those 2 ladies kept their cool getting all of their tasks done and interacting with all of the customers. Just sm - oo - th. It was great to watch. They were so diligent and professional. Eventually the manager appeared after a long meeting on the phone. The task completions sped up. I was there an hour signing so many papers. In the end, I was *completely satisfied* with my notary requirements. I was also so impressed with the staff managing everything. I was 'under the gun' and was so glad I found a notary there. I'll be back. ps-- I couldn't believe how much people were paying to pack and ship. Some would grumble. I suppose mostly they were 'in a hurry'. I have a lot of experience doing packing & shipping myself, with the proper supplies then going online to the UPS website. (saving a lot) Well, you get what you pay for. :) read more

Please beware of this place! They have mishandled my packages on several occasions and lie about the whereabouts of your package. I took 2 Father's Day cards here to mail out. I had already place stamps on them I did not think anything of it. My parents never got the Father's Day card in the mail. We had placed $50 Kohls's gift cards in each that we had purchased just across the parking lot. I later return to Kohl's to see what I can do about the gift cards and cancel them. Kohl's told me just a few hours after I had purchased and dropped off at this UPS Store a bunch of kids had came in with their parents and went on a shopping spree with those two cards.
