The quality of service is a world of difference from the last time I was there years ago. The new owner is the best, very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I'm happy this place is under new management because I will keep returning more often and using its services and of course recommending it to all my family and friends. Don't hesitate to come here for all of your shipping and stationary needs!! P.S.- The prices are pretty reasonable too compared to other places.

He got mad at a delivery driver for literally no reason. And he scare the hell out of me cause he seemed like he was on drugs. He tried to drive me himself and said he's almost off work. I told him no. He opened my passenger door and tried to pet my dog without permission. It was all so weird. If I had a ride I would have went somewhere else. For one day, my U-Haul charge was $519 and I used it for one day from VEGAS to Barstow. And paid $115 for the gas in total. Here is a photo of my last U-Haul I rented from a much much better place and they charged me $488 for 3 days. UPDATE: UPS CORPORATE CONFIRMED THIS LOCATION IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE FOR UPS ACCESS POINT…read morePICKUPS. Either the employees or the store itself is scamming customers. I will update once I have a refund or a resolution. This place scammed me. I had a Macy's order shipped here as a UPS access point package. All of the shipping was paid for. When I arrived to pick up my package they charged me an additional $10 just to pick it up. Everything that I've seen online says that UPS access point packages do not require payment to pick up. I'm pretty sure the employee just pocketed the $10 fee or this store is violating UPS company policy. I will be reporting this to UPS corporate as well. Avoid getting scammed by this place and have your packages shipped elsewhere.
