we will no longer be using this location. the woman usually working is ride, unwelcoming and always short. She acts put out by anything we bring in. I just had an experience with her where she again acted put out while trying to return Verizon equipment. I had return instructions and when she was unable to help me I went straight to the Craig Rd location and he helped me in less than 5 min. I returned to let her know and that we would not be returning for the listed reasons. She told me they have great reviews, but reading here it doesn't appear so, so not sure what she's talking about? Was trying to do a Amazon return, laser reader couldn't read my QR code so the lady (Tammy) says you need to brighten your image my laser pointer can't read that it's too dark. Moving to second return scanned perfect then she asked if it's packaged I said it has original packing on it still and she says no you have to package it and it says it on the instructions. Looked at instructions and it didn't say anything. Then I said that I have had no problems returning Amazon items before. She says you have to package it I'm so sorry. In my opinion she is just being lazy and doesn't want to package it. read more

I have gone twice to this location, 1st them the worker couldn't resize the label & printed it incorrectly, packaged it & than his other coworker advised they don't know if the label will work & if it's valuable to take to the post office, didn't even get a refund for the label made. Than 2 days ago I went once again & asked if I could get a receipt, the same lady as always with an attitude telling me they don't do receipts to take it to the post office if it's of value to me. Customer service needs to be worked on with that lady. If I could rate it a 0 I would, don't come here it's a waste of your time, take it down to the post office on Jones & Ann at that point. read more

I came in to the store to drop off a package and without even greeting me the employee quite rudely stated "that has to go to the post office". I clearly had a look of confusion on my face because I printed the label from UPS and my email stated to drop it off at a UPS location. When I stated I was confused because the email said to drop it off a UPS he said "like I said that has to go to the post office". I then pulled up the email because I was quite confused as the label clearly states UPS. When I showed him the email he then stated "well it can go to a UPS store but not this one, only certain locations". I was quite taken aback by the encounter and this employee's rudeness. I can understand if I was argumentative or yelling but that was not the case. I have used this UPS store several times before without any issue. I understand I got there right before they closed. I understand they're in a hurry. But closing time is at six and they need to treat customers politely and not make them feel rushed. I found out that I couldn't mail anything after 5:30. That's fine. Then I asked about Amazon returns and was begrudgingly told that would be OK but the vibe was just rude and like I was causing a problem. I rarely write bad reviews, but that was not cool. Just be polite and kind and more courteous please. It goes a long way. No one wants to feel like they're being dismissed. This happened right before closing today. This young man is very nice. But customers need to be treated well and you don't close till six. So stay calm use good customer service and then close your doors right at six. I just ended up leaving. read more

The two employees that usually work here are so rude, especially the younger blondish dude. The other one is an older blonde lady. They both seem miserable and take it out on the customer. I will purposely avoid this location from now on because it's uncomfortable doing business at this particular location (off Ann/Tenaya). The employees here need a major attitude adjustment or find another job that isn't in customer serive. How stressful can this job be anyhow? Come on. if I could give a minus 100 this place would get it. After reading these reviews, the owners have not dealt with the issue of the beyond rudeness of their employees. This must be how they run their business, what a shame. UPS as a whole is a rotten company to begin with. First, the driver who had my package stated on the tracking that he had attempted to deliver before going to the access point. Which was not the case. There was someone home at the time he he said he tried to deliver. I had to call UPS (it took several times of trying to talk to a human) to find out what the access point was, and where my package was going. When I found out the man had given me this store address and phone number. When I called and asked the man who answered the phone if he knew a roundabout time the truck might be arriving. He was instantly rude and short. I ended up asking him why he was so rude answering me, it ended up in an argument which I hung up on him since he would not stop or shut up. I asked to speak to his manager, he said he was the manager. I wanted to remove myself from a hostile situation. He then was so bold and aggressive that he called back at my home and continued with his rude and hostile behavior. That is pure harassment and borderline stocking. I have half a mind to sue this company for harrassment. You will be lucky if I don't. I will be talking to my lawyer. Then told me he was going to refuse my package. I again had to hang up on him. I had to call UPS back again and cancel my delivery before it got there. I also was given a number to corporate to file a complaint.I am sure nothing will be done about it, especially after reading the rest of these reviews. So whoever is answering these reviews with the "We strive to give good customer service" Maybe you should fire this guy and or all the other bad associates you employ. Wish I could give this store no stars at all hasn't been the first time I have had issues with this store especially with worker with the name of Tammy you lies and says she is the manager when I know for a fact she isn't because I have called to confirm she is not. She is extremely rude to customers and had the nerve to hang up the phone when I called and wouldn't answer when I called back. I have sent packages to my niece for in store pick up just because UPS never delivers the packages to her house correctly I live in California and Tammy always has an issue and attitude on the phone and in person whenever she goes to pick up the package she always says there is no package when the confirmation states it was delivered refuses to check the tracking number to verify I have to call to ask what the problem is and she always hangs up the phone and has an attitude including Michael who also works there they refuse to give out the managers name. read more

Today 6/24/24 at 2pm I attempted to return something to Amazon. I was really hoping I would not get the same unhelpful rude woman I had last time. However it appears even with all the complaints she is still working here. The item I was returning was about 80 pounds, so obviously I was not interested in going elsewhere(once I got there) She insisted that I pay 40 dollars to repackage the box (it was free return by Amazon) or she would not take it. She also argued about the UR code and finally accepted it (it just needed to be taped to the box). After going to this location for 10 years I will never return. Do not take your packages to this store. The managers name is Craig and he will personally screw you by not sending your packages off. He is in no way a good fit to be a manager. I sent off 300.00 for returns to Amazon. And they never received them. Never had this problem till I had a simple question for Craig which he didn't understand and answered me very rude. And now my packages didn't make it to Amazon??? Coincidence? Who knows. Let's ask Craig? Probably went right into to the trash. And since he is the manager he has to answer to no one. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Craig & Tammy are very rude!!! The owner probably knows them personally and I don't care because I'll write negative reviews daily until this store closes. My first encounter with Craig was when I was pregnant. I caught him smoking and The entire store smelled like cigarettes. He was very rude because I did not have the item packaged when clearly he misread his job duties prior to employment. My item from Amazon did not require that I package myself, because the store could do it. Clearly he was lazy to do his job. Now, Every good review you see on Google is a lie they probably paid someone or had a very close friend write a fake review about how they are polite when they are not. They even took a photo of him so everyone knows what an a**hole looks like. They now have signs that say have your Amazon return codes ready. Here is where I met Tammy, she is probably Craig's mother because she is also rude. She kept arguing with me over a sign that they made up because if you go to any other ups store in vegas this location is the only one that has that sign. Please have return codes ready. As if waiting a few seconds hurts the owner and his pockets by paying these people to do what they applied for. This is the worst experience I've ever had today! This older woman with Blonde hair has yeld @ me 2 previous times, told me me QR code is not from the usps store. (Luckily sweet Nick came in from his break and scanned it!) It did work of course! Today she scanned 2 of my packages and insisted I lighten my phone for the 3rd one. I sat the phone on my box lit up as she didn't try to scan it! she said did you hear what I said in a mean voice? I said to lighten up the phone more! This being the 3rd t I asked her what is your problem with me! She started screaming @ me pointing and yelling get out of my store! I said I'm going to call the police... she then said go ahead, I've done this before they will escort you out!!! She was also so mean to my neighbor who closed his account because of her! I was talking to my husband and he felt the need to respond to that conversation while walking away. They limit Amazon returns to 5 which no other store has done. He said it's the owners discretion. So they let me bring a few packages in and get the rest out of the car before telling me they wouldn't take them all. If it was just the oil I that would be one thing but the rudeness is ridiculous. On Wednesday October 11th at 12:15pm I visited the UPS Store#2938 on 7065 W Ann Road in Las Vegas, NV 89130 to drop off two Amazon return items. The person behind the counter asked if I had packaging for one of the items. Since I did not he told me I could purchase it there. I rejected. He then refused to scan and take the other item I had to return for no reason. I asked him to call the manager so I could complain about him and his refusal to take my properly packaged return. He replied that he is the manager. I asked for his name and his employee number and he only gave me his first name Craig. He then told me to leave and that he is calling the police because I'm insulting him and threatening him. This of course was not at all the case. Unfortunatly there were no other witnesses to see this happen. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I want this employee to be dealt with by his superiors and a formal apology from the store. read more

We have been to this UPS store location numerous times to drop off amazon box returns. The lady up front, who says she is the manager, is the rudest person ever to work a front counter. If this review goes to the owner you should know she came out of the back and saw a box in my hand and said she could not accept the package as the back room was full. This is a UPS store and you can not accept a package that can be carried in one hand?? She said no the back is full. I have seen feral cats with more personality and respect than this lady has for the customers that walk in. We are also business owners and there is no way this lady would be the face of our company. This UPS store, in particular, is my favorite. Not a huge fan of UPS most of the time, because it seems they have more delivery issues, mess-ups, and delays than FedEx or even USPS for that matter, but this particular location is always polite, professional and helpful. I sent some speakers back that I bought on Amazon and one was delivered and refund credited next day, while the other went across the US to finally get back to AZ just 6-hours away. UPS definitely dropped the ball, but this location and it's staff were incredibly helpful in trying to track it down a get it figured out and back on track. Great staff, great location, minus one star because UPS drops a lot of balls and makes their staff work a lot harder than they should have to and for the early closing hours.
